- Hartmann (6/5): - Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, interessiert am Wohlbefinden der Gäste, zwei süße Katzen und ein freundlicher Hund. Die Dusche hat gut funktioniert. In der Küche gab es keine sauberen Schwämme und Tücher. Durch die recht dünnen Fenster wurde es schnell kalt.

- Reeta (9/5): I would stay again and felt very welcome! - Very quiet, easy short walk to multiple restaurants, mini-market just a couple minutes walk away. Safe: gated property with access code. Rooms very nice and clean. Staff friendly and pleasant even I don’t speak Spanish.

- Paola (3/5): The manager has bad manner. And put rules but he doesn’t apply him - The location. The other things was worst. There were a lot noise in the morning they put music to loud. Furthermore, in the room there are not tv and windows. There were a skylight in the rooms is horrible. In the morning you can sleep because the light enter in all room. There are cats and dogs a lot. I don’t recommend this hotel. The dog was drinking water from the water dispenser.
- Marlen (3/5): Poor - Private room price is affordable. Beds are comfy. There’s not much happening around or in. Necessary to take a taxi or public bus to main attractions. As a solo traveler you may prefer stay in Candelaria neighborhood…Mind your food if you eating in dinning area. The dog or cats won’t give you peace. Manager can be quite rude when u ask for something. But his mom is quite sweet and welcoming.

- Zoombie (8/5): Very good - The location is fine, the blankets, mattress, and pillows were really good. .The room did not have a TV. .This is not a hotel this is a hostel. .The walls between rooms are really slim and you are able to listen to everything. .The check out is really early. .The tv room had a lot of dust. .if you want to cancel you are forced to leave your card as warranty for this reason I could not cancel. .you are forced to pay. .when I realized this was a hostel I wanted to cancel the booking however I was forced to pay. .I though the breakfast were included however it was not.

- Alisha (10/5): Estás en el séptimo cielo. - It’s the most cozy and comforting place to stay. Everything’s super clean, safe and centrally located. Feels like home. I would always come back and recommend everybody to visit Next Door Hostel!!! Not a thing to complain about.

- Robert (10/5): Book it (Safe, clean, new, creative, value for money, short taxi away from popular places) - The location is safe. There are bars and restaurants near also. Not too far from other nice areas also. The host were really friendly, and they have some creative decor and indoor plants. Clearly have a vision and are refined to make an awesome place. The room was new, clean, and the bathroom was convenient. The food was also decent and i think currently it is good value for money. Entering the gate is a bit inconvenient, especially late night, as you need to call them to open it which is awkward. I think bed side plugs would be nice (there is only one high one that i saw in the room). Also the doors are fitted that there is a big space under the door, and I feel like the sound travels a lot.
