Jochem (1/5): Nie mehr da hin - Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten Doppelzimmer gebucht und bezahlt/Einzelzimmer mit Bestellbett bekommen. Überall Staub und Spinnweben. Bettwäsche verschließen und Kopfkissen Klumpen.
Oksana (3/5): Nicht schön - Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür vorhanden , WLAN funktioniert super , einchecken auch vor der angegebenen Zeit möglich Es ist alles andere als sauber , überall Spinnweben, schmutzige Ecken . Am aller schlimmsten war der Schimmel direkt neben der Holzverkleidung am Kopfende der bis zu Decke reichte . Wasser sparen ja aber man kann sich nicht mal die Hände vernünftig waschen , so bald man den Druckknopf los lässt gibt es kein Wasser . 24/7 läuft eine raddernde Lüftung die permanent zu hören ist und einem den Schlaf raubt . Laut Beschreibung kann man Frühstück zu buchen , vor Ort erfährt man das es kein Frühstücksmöglichkeiten angeboten wird .

John (5/5): Unhelpful miserable owner, very abrupt. Once the booking had been made and paid for we then recieved a message a few day - Nothing No hot water, difficult to park

lakshani (1/5): not satisfied - The Rooms were clean and nice . Late check in was very hard . The owner demanded us to drive directly to the hotel without any stops , which is not his decision to make . We were told that we have can only maximum check in until 10pm and after that It's not possible. Where as we had a long drive of 6 hours and if they are not having the reception open they can at least have a Key Safe which would be opened with a code system . We where told to pay 22.50 Euro in cash at the property other than the booking price . On the invoice which I received from him it says cleaning cost . Where as we did not have any room service . We had to take our used towels to the reception and get new ones . For this price we really hoped for a better service .

Juraj (8/5): Very good - Not located in the same place from description. No reception, we needed to call somebody to let us in. Instructions were different.
Peter (4/5): Different building and room to what was advertised and booked. - Clean, tidy room. I can't give much more positive feedback than that. The room was in a totally different building and a totally different road to the one advertised and reserved on Booking.com. We arrived late due to major roadworks all around the area. I didn't feel comfortable with the attitude of the owner when we finally found the right location. My wife and I had looked forward to the facilities advertised and we were very upset with what we actually received. Dont feel it was value for money.
