• Ann Kroell (10/5): Rigtig godt til prisen - Beliggenheden med til floden var helt perfekt. Super kort afstand til den gamle bydel. Flot og rent værelse med gode senge. Hyggelig balkon med udsigt til floden.

Близко к супермаркету, центру и автовокзалу Персонал приятный, но глобально он не присутствует в отеле, только заселяет. На просьбу заселить или оставить багаж на час раньше check in отказали, рабочий день только с 13:00, но о каком расписании идет речь, если буквально пришли, ключ отдали, всё показали и ушли, буквально 5 мин. Из-за этого пришлось просто на чемоданом ждать заселения час ...

• Marcela (9/5): Nice rooms in a good location - The accomodation is situated in one floor (four rooms) of a new building in a walking distance to the city center. It is clean, the rooms are reasonable big. We were satisfied. I have read in the reviews that there is a kitchen where the breakfast can be prepared but it was under reconstruction during our stay.

The view from the window, with the river flowing right in front, was truly amazing and created a unique experience. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Ancak benim.elestirim bunun icin değil biz Mostar a trenle sabah erken geldik zamanımız sınırlı olduğu için erken gelmek zorundaydık otelden valizlerimizi bırakmak için ricada bulunduk maalesef ne dediysek kabul ettiremedik. Oda istemiyoruz yalnızca valizleri bırakalım dedik kabul edilmedi. Saat 9 buçuktan 1 buçuğa kadar valizlerle beklemek zorunda kaldık asla muhatap bulamiyorusunuz ilgili kişi 13.30 da geliyor size anahtarınız verip, birkaç bilgi verip gidiyor resepsiyon vs yok otelde. Bu güne kadar booking den yaptığım rez içinde en memnuniyetsiz ayrıldığım otel veya guest house bu oldu. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum
• Steve (7/5): We've had better stays. - The balcony was the best part with the view of the river. Be aware though that there is a building to the left which blocks almost all of the river view in that direction. There were only two kettles for seven rooms. When we asked about getting a kettle we were told maybe tomorrow after someone checks out. We ended up purchasing a kettle which we left behind to pay it forward for the next guest.

• Zhanna (10/5): Overall, my stay was a very pleasant experience. - Very flexible and welcoming host, they accommodated my very late check in at almost 2 am without any issues, everything went smoothly. The location is great and the hotel is spotlessly clean. There was constant noise from some equipment behind the window which was quite annoying.

(7/5): Erwartung nicht erfüllt - Parkplatz Aufgrund der Positiven Bewertungen haben wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden, allerdings muß ich feststellen dass meine Deutschen Landsleute offensichtlich ein anderes Verständnis von Qualität haben als ich. Die Unterkunft war okay 8 Punkte ist angemessen aber kein halber Punkt mehr. Standard und Sauberkeit haben meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Den angefügten Bildern ist nichts hinzuzufügen. Kein Lattenrost sondern ein Brett unter der Matratze, Nägel vom Vormieter auf dem Teppich und vieles mehr.

• Marian (9/5): I had a great stay. - The staff were very good at keeping in touch. My arrival was delayed and they were very helpful and understanding. The property is really well located and is near the bus station and all the sights. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a pretty balcony overlooking the river. I really liked the property and would stay there again. A tea and coffee making facility in the room would have been much appreciated.

The room that was allocated to us smelled heavily like cigarettes. Thankfully they have allowed us to change room. The parking is limited, so in high season it might be tricky, make sure to inform them in advance.

Non proprio il top la pulizia

• ali (3/5): - Unfortunately, it was terrible. We spent two of the worst days of my trip. The bathroom smelled awful, making you feel nauseous, so we only used it when absolutely necessary and relieved ourselves in restaurants. The room had nothing—no water heater, no coffee. The host was also strange; I was supposed to pay him 4 euros, but I didn't have cash, so I paid 60 euros and needed 4 euros in change. At 8:00 AM, he knocked on the door asking for money. I was asleep and shocked. I absolutely do not recommend it. The ruins are completely useless because during the day you're outside and at night it's dark and you can't see anything. There are cheaper and nicer options. Don't get involved. It's awful. Very bad

• Wei-Chun (10/5): Excellent accommodation - The accommodation is only about 10 minutes away from the old bridge and market. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. Free parking is provided, which is very convenient for tourists like me who rent cars. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, and the host is very warm and friendly. I recommend this place to tourists visiting Mostar.
• Francesca Romana (9/5): Comodo soggiorno a pochi passi dal centro - La pulizia, le dimensioni della stanza, la comodità del letto, la vicinanza al centro; il Ponte Vecchio di Mostar è a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Dall'esterno della mia camera si sentiva un rumore continuo, tipo come se ci fosse un potente motore di un condizionatore e questo di notte disturbava un po'. Non essendoci una reception, non è possibie lasciare il bagaglio in struttura in caso di arrivo prima dell'orario di check-in o dopo il check-out. Per il pagamento viene accettato solo cash (ma questo in effetti è specificato nelle condizioni).

• Gina Maria (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt! - Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der mir sehr viele Empfehlungen für Mostar gegeben hat! Das Zimmer war schön und sauber mit Blick auf den Fluss. Auch die Lage war top. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen. Super war auch der sichere Parkplatz!
