• Lilian (9/5): Eine kleine Oase im Grünen in einer Großstadt mit bester Anbindung an S-Bahn und Bus - Unser Doppelzimmer: Der Blick geht von allen Fenstern aus ins Grüne! Mitten in einer Großstadt! Das Zimmer mit separatem Bad ist sehr geräumig, die Leseecke wunderbar (es gibt auch genügend Lesestoff). Die Pension liegt sehr gemütlich in einem Reihenhauskomplex, mit vielen schönen alten Gärten. Wir hatten kein Problem, in der Aschinger Straße einen Parkplatz zu finden. Sehr gute Beleuchtung, daran hapert es in vielen Hotels. Eventuell könnte es schwierig sein, schwere Koffer die Holztreppen hochzutragen. Wir hatten damit kein Problem. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig, der Kaffee mit Kardamom wunderbar, auch die selbstgebackenen Leckereien (salzig und süß) waren ein Gedicht.

• Gabriella (9/5): Ottimo posto, tranquillo e accogliente - L'atmosfera della pensione è molto accogliente. Grazie anche a Bianca che è molto ospitale e cordiale. Colazione più che soddisfacente, sempre con piatti diversi e caratteristici preparati dalla nostra host al momento. Come tutte le pensioni il bagno è nel corridoio.

• a.zuffo (10/5): Incantevole - La proprietaria è squisita, disponibile e allegra La pensione è ricavata da una vecchia casa a schiera, appena ristrutturata molto bene, in un piccolo borgo alle porte di Monaco. Raggiungibile a piedi in 3 minuti la stazione di Solln, treni molto frequenti e si raggiunge il cento di Monaco in appena 15 minuti. La colazione nella veranda è fantastica, completa e la signora è sempre disponibile alle richieste. Buona permanenza a tutti I letti secondari aggiuntivi andrebbero migliorati nel comfort.

Das Frühstück – eine köstliche Mischung aus deutscher und arabischer Küche – war einfach fantastisch. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung sorgt für eine besonders angenehme Atmosphäre. Dazu kommt die absolut ruhige Lage, ideal zum Entspannen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder.

• Rianne (8/5): Heerlijk! - De gastvrouw Bianca is fantastisch! Ook het ontbijt was top! De slaapbank is niet echt comfortabel en het is erg gehorig. We wisten niet dat er ook mensen boven ons sliepen en door de houten vloer hoorde je dat erg goed.
• Denisa (10/5): - Snídani nám připravila paní hostitelka, zeptala se, co si přejeme, co máme rádi. Dokonce i čas snídaně jsme si mohli určit. Paní hostitelka je velmi milá, vstřícná, ochotná dáma. Vrcholem luxusní snídaně byl domácí štrůdl. Nic. Snad jen najít místo pro zaparkování, ale nakonec se také podařilo.

• Rui (10/5): O bem estar aconchegante em Munique. - Além do espaço, limpeza, acessibilidade do local, realçamos a simpatia, disponibilidade e competência da gerente, a Bianca. Além de nos fazer sentir em casa e responder de imediato a qualquer necessidade, cada dia preparava um magnífico e diferente pequeno almoço com iguarias de inspiração Árabe.

• Ahu (7/5): Description of this property needs to change- it’s very misleading with all the pictures shown. - The host Bianca was nice- the location was good, close to train station. The rooms were clean. The description never stated we were staying at someone’s house and getting 2 bedrooms. Having only 2 bedrooms with 5ppl made it not so comfortable. Also, having to stay in the same house with strangers may be normal to some but not something we would have preferred. And we normally pay this much money for a property that offers ore privacy such as apartment or in law suite. This is definitely pricey for its size and conditions.

Great breakfast, room was great, 5 minute walk to the U Bahn (above ground Train). Could not ask for a better place to stay There are NO negatives to this place

• Teachermatt (10/5): Just outside of the hustle of old town, this warmly hosted spot is a great find for families - An outstanding host and accommodation. Breakfast was made to order every morning and extra care was made to keep the kids happy. Bianka went out of her way to help us settle and make sure we had access to all the right info. to make our travelling around that little bit easier.

Our rooms were on the second floor and they were clean and ready to go upon our arrival. We LOVED her breakfast. She is an incredible hostess and chef. We felt like royalty. Her breakfast room is beautiful and we looked forward to every breakfast. She made egg dishes to order, let us sample different foods every morning, plus all of the delicious standards: bread, jam, meat, cereal, coffee, OJ, hot chocolate, etc.

She provides a large & tasty breakfast with delicious Arabic flavours Nothing! Solln was ideal for us as close to family but is a little out of the centre of Munich -station is only 4 mins walk away

Bianka was very cool, she didn't mind us coming later than i previously texted. the place is super comfy, metro station is 3 mins away by foot, neighbourhood is very peaceful and lovely and has all you need within short walks reach. we arrived by car, public parking is in front of the house, free and safe. everything was clean, we slept super good, and the breakfast is beyond words. we totally enjoyed our stay and definitely would come here again, every time. i have nothing negative to say about this property, on the contrary.

Thank you for letting us stay longer hours in living room because we couldn't change bus tickets. About 20 minutes from station thru taking S7 costed 3.4 euros for a single ticket. None.

The bedroom was lovely and more than we were expecting. The breakfast was excellent and also more than expecting - thank you for putting in so much effort, it made our stay so special. Nothing - had a really positive stay. Could have done with a do not disturb sign.
• Sergei (9/5): My favorite place in Solln/Pullach - I really don't want to repeat everything that was already written by others. I can only confirm everything is 100% true and even more. This place and its hostess really deserve the highest score! Probably, I will be the only person complaining about something here. It's not because I am so picky (even though it is true), but because I want to help discover issues and make this place even better. So those minor things I have noticed in our room. 1. I would say that kettle requires decalcification. 2. Small fridge seems to be not actively used for a while and some cleaning inside is nice to have. 3. Holder for the shower tap needs to be better fixed to the wall or maybe even replaced because there are some cracks on it. 4. Rubber seal strip on shower door is partially torn. Sorry, Bianka once again for complaining, all these things are really minor ones compared to overall experience in your place.
• Virginie&david (10/5): Pension Prinz a 5 star accomodation ! - Bianca is so welcoming and made us feel like if we were home. The family suite was so perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teens. Bedroom very quiet, no noise whatsoever from the street, comfy beds and bedroom beatifully decorated ! And on top of that a fantastic breakfast served in the winter room with homemade delicious delicacies and everything you wished for to start your day !!! Thank you so much for having us :)

Super convenient to the train as well as easy to park our rental car on the street. The breakfasts she made each day were amazing. • Brett (10/5): Gracious host, beautiful rooms, easy access to restaurants and public transportation. - What a wonderful stay! Sara was gracious, kind, and energetic. The house was filled with good smells--from early morning bacon, eggs, and pastries to late night cinnamon wafting through the rooms. Our youngest (9) was jet-lagged and truly struggled both with sleep and attitude, and Sara was beyond gracious. This was a great location for us to visit family in Solln, plus right by the Ubahn and several local restaurants and dessert shops. Perfect.
