Sembra veramente di essere a casa, parcheggio sotterraneo protetto da 3 cancelli automatici, dove inizialmente può sembrare scomodo ma ci si entra con 1 manovra. Super consigliato in tutto

• Stephan (10/5): Schönes Appartement - Wir hatten schon kurz nach der Buchung Kontakt mit Giuseppe,dem Vermieter.Er hatte uns empfohlen bei Anreise mit PKW sich 30 Minuten vor der Fewo per WhatsApp bei ihm zu melden,da die Zufahrt zum Hof und Garage mit Funk Toren gesichert sind.Er war pünktlich vor Ort,hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und alles erläutert(bißchen italienisch bißchen englisch) dann war er beim einparken behilflich,ich konnte mich voll auf ihn verlassen. Alles in allem eine sehr saubere,schön Geräumige Unterkunft( Grundriss der Zimmer und Bild von Garage waren schon im Angebot von Booking dabei).Man kann in Neapel besser auf das Auto verzichten,der Fußweg zur Metro Linie 1 beträgt ca.10 Minuten.Wir haben 7Tage Tickets gekauft die für das gesamte Stadtgebiet und die Bergbahnen gültig waren.Die Bahnfahrt nach Pompeji oder Ercolano muss extra erworben werden. Wir hatten eines morgens einen Stromausfall,im Sicherungskasten gleich neben der Tür zur Unterkunft war alles ok.Was ich bei der Einweisung vielleicht überhört oder falsch verstanden habe,in dem Sicherungskasten hängt noch ein Schlüssel und Taschenlampe für die Tür zum Elektroraum im Keller,dort befindet sich der Hauptschalter für die Unterkunft.Nach Anruf beim Vermieter war er nach 15 Minuten da und hat geholfen. Wie gesagt es war nicht seine Schuld,bestimmt hatte ich den Hinweis bei der Ankunft überhört.
• Daniela De León Pineda (10/5): De los mejores alojamientos. - El piso es tal cual las imágenes. Impecable en todo sentido y ni hablar de la comodidad. Pero sobre todo, estamos súper agradecidos con Giuseppe y Carolina por el trato recibido, han sido maravillosos.
• Renate (10/5): Soggiorno meraviglioso, grazie Giuseppe - Das Appartement ist real viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Es war alles vorhanden ( ausreichend Handtücher, Kaffeekapseln, Küchenutensilien……..) Bäder, Küche und Einrichtung sind neuwertig und gut gepflegt. Alles ist Fußläufig ( Metro, Supermärkte, ein wunderschönes Shoppingviertel, Restaurants) zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber, Giuseppe, war immer erreichbar und hat mehrmals während unseres Aufenthaltes nachgefragt ob wir was brauchen und ob es uns gut geht.
• Hicham (9/5): - ​Zwei Bäder: Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad, was super praktisch war. ​Klimaanlage: Sie funktionierte in jedem Zimmer einwandfrei. ​Sauberkeit & Ausstattung: Die Wohnung war gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. ​Sicherer Parkplatz: Der Tiefgaragenplatz war sicher und geschützt. ​Empfang: Pünktlich, freundlich und eine sehr hilfreiche Einweisung. ​Lage: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab's direkt vor Ort und die Metro war in nur 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben: Der Gastgeber! ​Obwohl der ursprüngliche Tiefgaragenplatz etwas eng war und wir am letzten Tag aufgrund von Schwierigkeiten eines Nachbarn mit dem Rangieren umparken mussten, war die Reaktion des Gastgebers absolut vorbildlich. Er kümmerte sich sofort um eine Lösung, mietete für uns einen anderen, geeigneteren Tiefgaragenplatz und übernahm die gesamten Kosten dafür. Das zeigt ein herausragendes Engagement und ist definitiv ein großes Plus! ​Terrasse: Zwar geräumig, aber leider etwas staubig und könnte eine bessere Pflege vertragen. Die Sitzmöbel waren auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. ​Tiefgaragenplatz: Der uns zugewiesene Stellplatz war für unser großes Auto recht eng.

• Caradi (10/5): Fantastic apartment - What a fantastic and well equipped apartment. The hosts have thought of everything. We really appreciated the plentiful coffee pods & cakes so we could have breakfast if we wanted. The kitchen has everything you need if you wish to cook plus oil, salt & pepper etc. There are plenty of cleaning products including pods for the washing machine. The terrace is huge and there are plenty of seats so you can find shade when it's hot. Even though it is overlooked, it still feels private. The neighbours are friendly and the apartment was really quiet. We got a really good sleep as the bedroom can be made dark. There's a great shower, with shampoo & shower gel. The area is perfect for us. Walking distance to a metro, lots of restaurants, bars & shops selling excellent local produce. We visited a'tiana restaurant twice because we love it. You pretty much can't go wrong with any of the pizzerias here too! I'm sure I've forgotten lots but you can find out for yourself! Nothing!

• Raymond (10/5): Highly recommended for families who do not want to deal with the noise and older building inside the main tourist centre - Giuseppe is a wonderful host who waited for us to arrive even when we were late due to traffic. The apartment is very spacious and modern, probably renovated within the last few years. The kitchens and toilets are wonderfully equipped. Shower temperature and pressure in both en-suite bathrooms are top notch. Mattresses and linens are great. Both bedrooms are very spacious and look better than the pictures. There are quite a few restaurants, grocery and cafés within 5-15 mins walk. Commute to / from the city using line 1 subway is very convenient . The bespoke carpark space is a big plus due to the very limited parking spaces in Naples . It is however a very tight space which requires patience to maneuver, but Giuseppe helped me to navigate upon our arrival , another great hospitality attitude! None
• Sharon (10/5): Home away from home in Napoli! - This is a great apartment and I will definitely book again if I'm visiting Naples in the future! The hosts, Giuseppe and Carolina were perfect with good communication before the stay and during too! My favourite part was the amazing terrace with lots of space to relax or eat, either in the shade or the sun. After busy days of sightseeing it was nice to have an outside space to recharge. The beds were very comfy and definitely appreciated the air conditioning on the sticky nights. Evenings were quiet and I enjoyed good sleep during the stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the pastries on the first morning as we had an early tour booked and no time to shop! The area was great, mainly residential with supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. If you wanted to venture into the city centre, this was around half an hour away on foot/metro. It was nice to come back to a more relaxed atmosphere at the end of each day. All in all I recommend this apartment highly and I can see why it has an excellent rating. Book it and you won't be disappointed! 🙂 Nothing, everything was just right 👍

I particularly valued the terrace for outdoor space because it was really nice to relax in it before starting my day. Giuseppe was a really good host who was so helpful, even supplying adaptors for my phone charger when I forgot mine. His English is also really good :)

The location was also great, with everything you need close by. Parking is difficult (if you have a car). There was a space in an underground garage, but it wasn't so easy.
• Caroline (10/5): Luxurious, spacious and newly refurbished apartment close to local amenities - The apartment is huge, comfortable, new and very clean with a very big and well furnished terrace. The owners are very nice and went the extra mile to male us comfortable. It is less than 10 minutes from the next metro station and the city centre can be reached quickly. If I ever stay again in Napoli I definitely would stay there. It is a bit noisy but then again, it is in big city 😀

• Nikos (10/5): Exceptional - The house was more than we could ask for. It was super clean and had all a family could ask for. We were able to cook,do our laundry etc.easily and quickly.We spent much time in the The backyard which along with the house is far better in real life than in the fotos we saw in booking. It is very close to the airport (by car) and about 5-10min walk from the nearest metro station. Next to the building there is a grocery shop where you can buy whatever you like. The hosts were great too right from the start. Everyday they text us to see if everything is OK and if we needed anything. They helped us with other things as well such as sightseeing and finding our way through the town's centre or getting delivery food. Guiseppe and Carolina you are the best. You really made us feel like @home 😉 Hope to visit Naples soon again. That we only stayed for 5 days.

The host was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one and gave us a lot of suggestions. The apartment is in a quiet location; very close to the metro which takes you straight to the centre of Napoli. It also has on site parking and a nice yard. There was nothing we didn't like.
