- Iduh (7/5): Quite an exciting experience staying in this apartment. - There is no provision for breakfast. The location is cosy and quiet for anyone who like such places. Shared toilet. I had to go out every time to urinate. Though, it's understandable that this is due to the ancient design of the apartment.

- Mari Scha (4/5): Sehr viel Luft nach oben... - Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe. Ausstattung und Räumlichkeiten sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fenster sind schlecht isoliert, dementsprechend sehr laut. Die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig.

- Amy (5/5): This was the cheapest option we could find outside of a hostel. - It was a 10 minute walk to the tram and around 30 minutes to get to the Old Town. There were theoretically two sleeping areas although we couldn't get the door to close properly. The nice gentleman that others spoke of in their reviews was not present for our stay. One of the ladies that lives there helped us and she was not friendly. There were hairs in the sink and the carpets were filthy. I even found a piece of dog food by the bed. The second twin mattress on the double bed had a sunken-in mattress. Not having a sink in the kitchen was a pain like others had mentioned. There was noise not only from the street but from the other people staying there. I asked for a hairdryer and was told they didn't have one.

He accommodated our needs and despite the late (or early) hour of our chack-in he talked to us and made tourist attraction recommendations. The building itself is quite old, we liked it very much, but it is not for everybody. Everything was clean and well-furnished along with a kitchenette and fridge. The kitchen lacked a sink and the windows were a bit hard to open. The lightbulbs could also be brighter.
- Yan (9/5): Very pleasant stay! - I had a pleasant stay there. The room was spacious. I didn't feel as noisy as other reviewers mentioned. The amenities were good as well. I have to mention that the landlord was extremely nice. He spent half an hour talking to me about how to get around Prague from the apartment. I have no complaints at all.

He showed us the room and also how to get into town . It was really easy to get the tram in and although there wasn’t much around the place, it waa ok as when we arrived home from town , we needed sleep . The entrance and gardens could have been tidied up but didn’t affect us.Just to make it more presentable .

Its kitchenette is stocked with everything and all the appliances work well. The host is super friendly. A subway station and grocery store are a ten minute walk away. It’s perfect.

"off the beaten track" location. nice vista of the city at nearby park. convenient public transport, nice owner. actually, there was nothing I didn't like

- West (6/5): Dilapidated, but a good price. - Good space within easy reach of downtown Prague. Excellent price. Washing machine and big bathroom were a plus. Two separate sleeping rooms made for better privacy within the apartment. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Old, 1970s-ish era building, not updated. The beds were very old, with the slats skewed and the mattresses and sheets almost worn through. The apartment faces a 24 hour streetcar line that runs both directions every seven minutes up a very steep hill. It is very loud all throughout the night.

Good value for money. It was dirty in many places and once there was also problem with a cricket in the room.
