El lugar un poco descuidado, las paredes algo sucias y las camas un poco incómodoas, sugiero mejor mantenimiento, el primer día la tina no funcionó y tomamos un baño con agua helada, la situación fue resulta al otro día al dar indicaciones al anfitrión. Tener en cuenta que los baños son compartidos con los otros huéspedes!!

• Dalma (10/5): - Kiváló ár-érték arányú szállás. Rendkívül jó az elhelyezkedése (főbb látványosságok sétatávolságra, sok bolt a közelben), a szállásadó nagyon kedves. Tisztaság volt, a közös használatú fürdőszobát minden nap takarították. A fürdőszobákban elég hűvös volt.

Be prepared to pay taxes as in a four-star hotel, even though when booking this place it is stated that taxes are included. The room is unbearably hot, and the air conditioning works very poorly.

• Andrea (7/5): Una estancia para un fin de semana en el centro de Venecia - La ubicación es muy centrica y perfecta para visitar la hermosa Venecia a pie . Los baños compartidos estaban limpios y bien equipados, siempre disponibles. Nos encanto poder dejar las mochilas antes del check-in y depués del check-out en la zona común del comedor para poder disfrutar de la ciudad sin peso. La habitación esta bien para pocas noches, pero no para una estancia larga. Da a un patio interior que desprende un poco de mal olor si abres la ventana para ventilar la habitación. Tienes varias habitaciones y quiza la que te toca no se corresponde con la de la imagen.

• Sandra (10/5): No te lo podes perder - El alojamiento es de época Super bintage lo que me fascinó, a pocos minutos andando de la basílica y la plaza de san Marcos, cerca de Super markets, de cortesía tenes café y té lo cual es genial para los días de frío, al igual que el agua de la ducha súper caliente. Cuenta con muchos toilets y las habitaciones muy amplias y confortables. Tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer Andrea un chico súper majo que nos ayudó mucho con la dinámica del alojamiento. La verdad pasamos excelente mi hija y yo.

• Cristina (8/5): Posizione ideale per visitare questa splendida città, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, se di è pron - Posizione centralissima, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli, frigo in comune, disponibilità dello staff, prontezza nella comunicazione, tre bagni per Dividere i bagni di per se non è un problema perché vengono puliti regolarmente. Purtroppo alcuni ospiti sono stati molto maleducati e rumorosi. Per chi ha il sonno leggero non è l’ideale. Sarebbe bello avere a disposizione più tazze per la colazione invece di bicchieri di carta

В общем помещении есть чайник, холодильник, вилки, ложки, ножи Ключ в входной двери прокручивался. Окно не плотно закрывалось. Но это нам не испортило отдых.

Toda la familia de Ratatouille corre carreras detrás de las paredes. La ducha del baño tiene una puerta pequeñísima, muy incómoda. Las camas antiguas requieren cambio de colchón. El agua caliente de la ducha es eléctrica. Muy caro para las prestaciones

Los baños, aun siendo compartidos, estaban siempre muy limpios, y el hostal tiene nevera para guardar tus cosas. También nos permitieron dejar las maletas tanto a primera hora el día de llegada como el último día hasta irnos al aeropuerto. En general, he estado muy a gusto. Que había mosquitos y nos llevamos algunos picaduras…
• Christian (8/5): Expectations exceeded by far! For my needs THE place to go in Venice - The property came with a very (!) economical price at a very (!) central location. Expectations were on that level BUT they were positively, VERY positively exceeded. When booking I was a bit concerned about the shared bathroom but the property offers 3 bathrooms and they are just next to the rooms..a situation like you would have at home. The room was spacious, very nice and nice and warm withe the option to regulate the temperature to your needs. The lack of a TV should not be a problem when in Venice. The only (minor) drawback was the WiFi in my room..working but scarse. It was good in all other areas including the common, living room style, area. Much more important, not expected and VERY convenient were the offered tea/coffee making facilities, the fridge, microwave and even a washing machine. I would go back any time! WiFi in my (number 7) room

We couldn't get in so called and the owner repeated twice the same sentence and just dropped the call. Good that someone was getting in, so we were able to get in and then pleasant girl explained everything and gave entrance code with the key.

• lucy (3/5): Not comfortable. Very difficult to find. - Only the location. But it was very difficult to find. There was damp on the wall in our room. The towels were really thin. There wasn’t even a hook to hang up a coat. There were LOTS of mosquitoes - we got bitten. There were no cups for coffee and no spoons to stir our drinks.
