Otelde vakit geçireyim diye düşünüyorsanız bu durumu karşılamayabilir. Ama zaten böyle de bir vaat vermiyorsunuz. Biz bunu bilerek geldik. Yakınlarında dilerseniz hem alışveriş yapabileceğiniz yerler hem de kafeler mevcut. Viyana'da görülmesi gereken çoğu yere yürüme mesafesi. Odanın kliması yok ama fan var. Hava şartlarından dolayı kullanmamız gerekmedi. Teşekkür ederiz. Bizim ihtiyacımızı karşıladı. Oda biraz daha ferah olabilirdi ama bizim için sorun olmadı odada vakit geçirmediğimiz için.

The elevator was heavily graffitied with awful sexual content. Made me feel a little uneasy as a solo female traveller.

Place is centrally located, 2. rooms are very comfortable and clean. beddings towels etc. are at top level 3. Owners and staff are very helpful, friendly and working hard to improve further. 4. you get replies for your questions/ messages very quickly. Areas needs improvement: - Building renovation team is making big noises right from 0700 in the morning. - Hot water and cold water pressure fluctuates and difficult during the shower. - Tissues, Coffee, tea must be filled on daily basis or should be given in advance for guests who stay multiple days.

• ivi (10/5): Amazed by the location and the cleanliness of the apartment! - Excellent location.Clean and spacious apartment. Very close to Mariahilfer commercial road and also very close to all other transportation. Around 20 minutes walk away from the centre of the town. Although there were some ongoing constructions to the building, we didn't face any problem either with the noise or the access. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Ottimo il servizio di pulizia: il cestino del bagno viene pulito ogni giorno. La posizione della struttura è perfetta, il centro di raggiunge a piedi in meno di 15 minuti ed è immersa nel quartiere dei Musei. Il servizio di check in on line funziona benissimo. Nella nostra stanza c'era un divano e l'angolo scrivania con mini frigo e macchina per il caffè. Tutto molto confortevole. Ho trovato un paio di capelli sul lenzuolo e la federa ma per il resto tutto super pulito. I cuscini e il topper un po' troppo morbidi. Il riscaldamento centralizzato un po' troppo caldo.

Personel ilgili ve yardımsever; odanın büyüklüğü yeterli ve temizliği iyiydi. Yatakları yorgun bir günden sonra rahat ettirici. Geniş buzdolabı ve küçük mutfak olması büyük avantaj. Viyana'da oldumuz için kahve seçimi daha iyi olabilirdi. Havluların temizliğine daha dikkat edilebilir.

Being in such a great location in the city, it can be noisy late at night and in the morning. But the owners have no control over this. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.
• Angela (9/5): Ich kann die Unterkunft - schon aufgrund der zentralen Lage- absolut empfehlen - Die Lage ist sehr zentral nahe am Museumsquartier. Man erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. Es sind Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer und ein Getränkeautomat auf dem Flur. Es war alles gut.

Outside the window was a shaft where birds were nesting and making a lot of noise from about 6am onwards. Not the fault of the property but slightly annoying If you’re a light sleeper maybe ask for a room on the other side of the building.

• SONIA (7/5): Correcto - En general, una estancia adecuada para su precio y ubicación. El alojamiento está bien situado, lo que facilita moverse cómodamente por la zona. La limpieza es correcta y la habitación, aunque interior, resulta digna y funcional. Durante nuestra estancia había obras en el edificio, aunque no nos afectaron. También había muchas palomas en el exterior. Como aspectos mejorables, las cápsulas de café estaban contadas únicamente para el primer día, en la habitación demasiado calor sin posibilidad de regular la temperatura y sería deseable una mejor ventilación. Por lo demás, la cama y el baño eran cómodos. Todo correcto, con margen de mejora.

• Andrew (8/5): Excellent location with immaculate rooms - Excellent location in Vienna for beautiful architecture and sights. Not too far a walk from a few metro stops. Immaculate rooms. On a Friday, the pub next door played loud music which could be heard from late evening to early hours. I assume this is more of a Friday / Saturday issue.
• Ondřej (2/5): So many wrongs. Locatuon is great. - Overall cleanliness of the bathroom. Self checkin was ok and whatsapp staff was quick to react. I was told on the phone there is a luggage room. Really it was basically a space behind a vending machine in the common area. Absolutely ridiculous. If I knew this I would never book it. The place is located above an irish pub with pretty behaved guests. Who are not behaved are the people living on the ground floor. There was a party with no less than 50 people in that flat. I was notified about construction and that it didnt go on during weekends. Well it did. Sound proofing is terrible. We heard multiple people having intercourse 😀 I'm okay person to party but not in the area where I'm paying for a rest. The cleaning staff didnt speak ANY english when we tried to explain anything to them. Location citywise is great though. Close to many restaurants, shops, museums. Also I have a bad mite alergy and couldnt sleep due to that. Mattrace was soft and cozy though.

The room was very clean and modern, the bathroom was spotless and the location of the apartment was perfect, right next to Mariahilfer Strasse. I would absolutely stay here again. Also although we got a text about an ongoing construction in the building that may produce some noise, we heard nothing at all. It's a very quiet apartment and we didn't experience any disturbance. I recommend this place for anyone who want to be close to the shopping street and is looking for a modern place to stay in :)
