C'è tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno. Collegato col centro con bus, il Tower Bridge e Borough Market sono raggiungibili anche a piedi. Ringraziamo l'host che ci ha accolto con una prenotazione dell'ultimo secondo ed è stata sempre disponibile.

• Thierry (7/5): Nice location, experience needs improvement - Location is nice - close to Bermondsey Street, which has many nice restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Grocery stores are close by. Bus and tube will take you anywhere central (e.g. Westminster, the main museums, Covent Garden) in 35 to 50 minutes, which is reasonable by London standards. The place itself was spacious with its 4 rooms (although it does get tight around the dinner table if your group is larger than 6), rather well-maintained and clean. The overall booking process and communication with the hosts was rather unpleasant: - The process is complicated: you need to inform of your arrival time, pay a deposit (never had to do that on Booking before), then set up a meet & greet; you need to communicate with the bookings manager through Booking and with the meet & greet team through WA. The host’s website, which I checked out, has links to social media accounts that don’t exist, making one wonder whether it’s legit (which it is). - The messages I received when I was late for the first step (I missed the memo) were a bit passive-aggressive, which didn’t help in any way. - Punctuality requirements seemed to be one-sided: we got a message at 10:14 AM on the day of checkout saying the cleaners had advised we hadn’t left yet (checkout was due at 10:00, but we had to find a place to take a member of our group who was feeling unwell, hence were a few minutes late). However, whereas we had requested to check in by 18:30 on arrival it was almost 19:00 by the time we were let in; furthermore, the owners advised they’d inform us about the deposit refund within 7 days of departure and I had to follow them up as I hadn’t heard back on day 8. I wouldn’t usually be too picky about those things, but if the host is going to be so strict, they should operate by the same standards.

• Khalid (8/5): Very good - The house is clean and has all the main facilities that we expected. The location is very and the shops are closed by groceries One of the rooms is really small and can't be classified as a room (for two). This was misleading compared to what was shown in the description. This needs to be corrected. Also, the security deposit was really high (1000). There is no provision of additional mattresses.
• Thomas (8/5): Location, Location, Location - cosy modern house - almost perfect - The location was absolutely perfect to reach public transportation without spending too much time The house is nicely laid out and was exceptionally clean - first time ever that we did not feel the urge to clean up upon arrival The communication with the rental agency is top - received answers even at really odd times (late at night/Sundays) Plenty of bathrooms - we were five people, so never had a "traffic jam" Introduction to the house with its funcionalities was very thorough Beds were extremely comfortalble - obviously the mattresses are of very high quality. Hosts provided plenty Shampoo, Conditioner and Bodywash as well as kitchen and toilet paper. Big plus! What we found really inspiring was that we could leave leftover packed food which would then be donated to charity. So no need to throw away anything. Only the front and back walls of the house are brick and mortar, the rest is wooden structure, so once someone steps out of the bed it can be heard throughout the house. Also there was quite some noise from the neighbor house, which seems to be used as a B&B or AirbNb - at least there were new people every day with some having parties until late. Generally the equipment is high end (Siemens/Bosch), however preparing a real meal was next to impossible as all the pots and pans were in an abysmally bad condition (yuck!) The interior walls could benefit from a new layer of paint - some areas are quite worn (handrails for stairs, parts of the kitchen. Advertised for up to eight people: I wouldn't know how to fit more than six people around the dining table.
• Tamsyn (9/5): Great Stay - Great location and staff associated with stay and introduction walk through are very friendly. Lovely backyard to sit and meet the local birds and squirrels. Small gripe only. Little to no cleaning products in the kitchen and not enough toilet paper for the 7 people staying at the home. Did not last the first afternoon. Otherwise fabulous.
• Nolan (9/5): Plenty of room and clean, solid (but not exceptional) location - Plenty of space. We had 4 people so we all had our own rooms, 2 had bathrooms en-suite, and the others shared a larger bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Also some restaurants are close by and the Bermondsey beer mile is a great place to grab a drink if that’s your thing. The location is solid, but the tube is a 20 minute walk away so if you plan on using that for travel it’s a bit inconvenient. We ended up using the bus and walking more, which was fine, just not ideal if you want to explore further areas from London. Also, some basic supplies like paper towels, laundry/dishwasher detergent (only 1 pod provided), coffee pods, and tea would be a nice touch so guests don’t need to buy it themselves for a short stay.
• Abigail (9/5): The perfect spot to rest for our Family London trip - The property was clean and large- comfortable for our two couples with 6 kids! Appreciated the giant towels and lovely restrooms Even though we listed 6 kids- meaning we’d need to use the extra pull out bed- there was no sheet or cover for the extra duvet!
• Brandy (9/5): Superb - First off, the staff was absolutely fantastic! They were do quick to respond to messages and very professional. We had a few minor issues that came up during our month stay, but they were quickly resolved, even going above and beyond. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. Everything you need was provided in the home to cook for yourself, although some new cooking skillets would be nice. We did purchase one for ourselves while we were there. The house is a great size with plenty of space, and we were a group of 8. The home is a few minutes walk to several different bus lines that can take you anywhere you want to go. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay. One of the only things we would mention, and really it's not that big of a deal, is that the home is not very close to the metro. It is a 15-20 minute walk to reach the metro. The same can be said about distance to grocery stores. There are several in the area, the Tesco was the best and biggest with large variety. It was a 10-minute walk. The home really is a great place to stay with a great staff.

• Diane (10/5): We would definitely rent this condo if we come back to London. - The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances except for a coffee pot. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the TV cable. It kept lithe picture quality.

The house was perfect for our group and very clean and confortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely return here.
