As we were moving around the region, it was hard to estimate the exact time of arrival and this made it complicated to do the check-in as there was no reception open. A bit annoying to receive mesagges requesting where we were.

Le bâtiment ne paie pas de mine mais l’hébergement est top. Chambre confortable et sanitaires impeccables. Serviettes de toilette changées au bout de 4 jours. • Michelle (8/5): - It provides a kitchen for everybody to share. About 10 minutes from train station, lots of restaurants and stores around. Very small, shower is tiny and very slow draining. You can hear people talking in the next room. People next door were talking very loud at 2:30 am waking us up. We had to get up to bang their door to stop them. The bedding is not clean, I smelt sweats on the pillow and cover. They should totally wash them.

Relativement proche du centre historique également L'immeuble est calme Nous n'avons vu personne de l'hôtel, odeur désagréable dans le couloir d'entrée, salle de bain trop petite et pas fonctionnelle, problème d'évacuation des eaux, aucune insonorisation des chambres. Évier et robinetterie à revoir Quartier plutôt sale et bruyant c'est dommage. L'entrée de l'immeuble doit être rénovée car elle donne une mauvaise image. Ascenseur payant 10cents pour monter deux étages

• Rock301992 (9/5): Stanza tranquilla in posizione comoda - Stanza con tutto il necessario, adatta per una gita fuori porta per staccare dalla quotidianità. Posizione comoda, a circa 9 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e quella Garibaldi. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile a venire incontro a tutte le necessità. Consigliato!
• Viara (9/5): Good stay in Naples - Great stay in the center of Naples! The room was clean and had what we needed. The location is good - less than a 10-minute walk to the central railway station. The common kitchen was well stocked. The communication with the host was good and welcoming. The outside of the building could use some renovation, like most buildings in Naples. You need to pay 10 eurocents every time if you want to use the elevator. The walls were thin, and sometimes you could hear the neighbors. But overall, these things weren't a huge issue.

• andrea (9/5): - Wir waren nur für eine Nacht hier. Die Kommunikation mit dem host, Sabrina, war sehr (!) freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bad war sehr klein, aber zweckmäßig. Für wenige Nächte eine günstige Unterkunft, die alles hat, was man braucht.

• Patricia (1/5): Terrible - Nothing at all Every thing, was in a very bad location and I did not feel safe. Was described as a hotel and it is a backpackers accommodation should be listed as a hostel. The picture shown are certainly not what the property is, it is much worse.

• Michele (8/5): Molto bene! - La stanza è stata confortevole. Ho riposato molto bene e l’host ha accolto la mia richiesta per avere un cuscino più basso! Grazie! L’unica pecca è stata la stanza a fianco, “collegata” alla mia da una porta (chiusa ovviamente) che mi faceva sentire tutti i rumori degli ospiti… sebbene ciò, non ha poi inciso sulla notte, dove per fortuna, non si sentiva nulla.

Mi sono venuti incontro con grande professionalità per un cambio data della prenotazione, gestendo la richiesta in modo rapido e cordiale. Un servizio clienti davvero raro da trovare. Consigliatissimo!

• Sheri (10/5): We had a very nice stay and Sabrina was a wonderful, very helpful host. - Clean, cute and conveniently located. It isn’t far from the train station, or the airport. Sabrina was wonderful. She greeted us and explained everything. (So grateful there was a lift and we didn’t have to get our luggage up flights of stairs) She gave us ideas for really good places to eat nearby. She also arranged a taxi to the airport to pick us up at 6:30AM. She was a great host. The room was fairly small but perfect for an overnight before our flight the next morning. The lift was wonderful. There were several steps to go up to get to it, which isn’t a problem at all, unless you have large, heavy luggage, as we did, and you are in your 70’s, as we are. :)

• Vanesa (10/5): Un sitio perfecto, cerca de la estación. - El personal es muy amable, Sabrina y Manuela son muy atentas y serviciales, te guían en todo momento para hacerte la estancia súper cómoda. Todo está muy cerca, a 7 minutos caminando la estación de tren y a 10 minutos el centro, no necesitas transporte. En general muy bien todo, cuidan el detalle, les importa que estés cómodo y se nota. Al estar cerca de la estación no es la zona más bonita, pero tienes todo a mano y el ambiente es muy auténtico, todo lo demás compensa con creces.

• Kalina (10/5): - Dobry kontakt z właścicielką i widać, że się stara ogólnie bardzo czysto i ładnie wygodne łóżka, działająca klimatyzacja, ładna łazienka, wspólna lodówka blisko dworca głównego Napoli Centrale - idealna lokalizacja dla podróżujących pociągiem Minutę z mieszkania bardzo dobra pizzeria Ogólnie bardzo polecam dla osób, które oczekują czystego, bezpiecznego miejsca w niewysokiej cenie niedaleko od centrum (w zasięgu 15 minut spacerkiem) z własnymi pokojami z łazienką i wspólną częścią jadalną (aneks kuchenny, lodówka, stolik z krzesłami) Obiekt jest w takiej "prawdziwej" dzielnicy, dlatego, jak to w Neapolu było bardzo brudno na ulicach i nieprzyjemnie chodziło się tam po zmroku (chociaż nie czuć było realnego niebezpieczeństwa) Zacina się też zamek przy głównych drzwiach, co momentami było stresujące jak się nie dało dostać przez 10 minut do mieszkania (dobra rada na przyszłość: jak macie problemy pociągnijcie maksymalnie drzwi do siebie, wtedy da się je otworzyć)

• Julie (9/5): What we needed for a night stopover. CleanLocal pizza was outstanding and secure - The host was excellent. Organised an airport transfer and local advice. Tom was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a stopover before early flight home Not the best area, and buildings a bit run down on the outside - Like many old large cities. However, inside was clean and secure. Host was wonderful.
