The location is perfect - everything is within walking distance: the port, Toledo metro station, and the historic center. The building also has an elevator, which is a big plus, especially if you’re staying on one of the higher floors. Overall, it’s great value for the price. Nothing in particular.

- Annalisa (8/5): Esperienza da vivere e rivivere - Buona colazione, convenzione con Bar vicinissio alla struttura. Ottima posizione, a due passi da Via Toledo e dal cuore della città. Musei, Chiese, teatri, strade piazze, tutte facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Cucina straordinaria. Staff accogliente, gentilissimo e disponibile. Città che merita assolutamente di essere vista.

Cameră spațioasă și curată. Am primit un pat și pentru copil. Baie curată. Raport calitate preț foarte bun. Nu avem nimic de reclamat.

Cafe Bracco for breakfast was close and inviting. Room was very small. Location was changed on day of arrival to another property nearby. WiFi was inconsistent.

- ADAMANTIOS (9/5): - Η θέση του καταλύματος. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ποιοτικο. Εξαιρετική διακόσμηση. Και η κοπέλα στη ρεσεψιόν ήτανε πολύ εξυπηρετική. Κακη ηχομόνωση. Και ενώ είχαμε ζητήσει δύο δίκλινα, για να είμαστε μαζί η παρέα, βρεθήκαμε σε διαφορετικά κτήρια.

- Monika (3/5): Jeśli ciszę i spokój , jeśli jesteś większych gabarytów nie polecam - Lokalizacja , czystość , możliwość pozostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu bez opłat Brak kontaktu z obiektem , nie otrzymałam informacji jak dostac sie do środka hotelu , gdzie odebrać klucze wszytko na kody, szukanie recepcji po całej kamienicy , widok z balkonu prosto w okna sąsiada , bardzo mały prysznic wyższą i większą osobą nie ma szans żeby skorzystać , kobieta w ciąży z brzuszkiem nie wejdzie do kabiny , będąc na 5 piętrze wszytko słyszałam co działo się na 6 okropne szuranie , trzaskanie drzwiami , wszytko słychać co sąsiad obok robi , mówi . Śniadanie włoskie kawa i ciastko na słono bądź słodko 1 kawa 1 ciastko , kawiarnia oddalona od hotelu około 5 minut bardzo słaby wybór , problem z językiem angielskim i nie miła obsługa pan na kasie siedział tam jak za karę . Winda na monety chyba że jest się gościem otrzymujesz foba. Wystrój ok

- kenny (6/5): Facilities could have been better - Location was perfect Room was very small no room for case beds next to each other no space disappointed by kettle facilities could only plug kettle or fridge at one time each. Plastic beaker for tea. The toilet was kicking up and constantly made a noise. Lift wasn’t always easy to operate. Also found the room not to be dark enough very loud being next to door in room 7 and it was a shame the balcony looked over courtyard.
