• Roberto (9/5): In Zukunft unsere erste Adresse für Skiferien in Mürren. - Die Lage ist wunderbar, am Dorfrand aber direkt neben dem Bahnhof und mit schönem Blick auf den ikonischen Platz um die Fassade des Palace. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und noch wichtiger, die gemeinschaftlichen Nasszonen waren ebenfalls immer sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht mit stets frischen Waren. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal und gute Abendküche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmernachbarn (männliche Teenager) waren auch nachts sehr laut und rücksichtslos, aber das war Pech.

The staff are warm and welcoming, and the restaurant serves up delicious food. Honestly, couldn't fault a thing! 🌟 5 stars all around, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a Swiss Alpine experience 💕

• Tim (10/5): It was incredibly difficult to leave after such a great experience and a special mention again to all the staff who look - Great location, the room was perfect for our 10 night skiing holiday, the staff were like family, the breakfast and the restaurant dinners were sensational, the views from our room were some of the best on the planet.

The food in the restaurant was a big positive surprise; the risotto was excellent. There are 2 things I was missing: - I think the room misses a kettle or if not - the breakfast room should have coffee / tea available 24/7. I got up at 4am and went down working, hoping to get a hot cup of coffee, but unfortunately, I was not lucky.

• Joe (10/5): A wonderful stay that felt like home in the heart of the Swiss Alps! - Emma and her staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home — it felt more like staying with family than in a hotel. The food was amazing, with hearty portions and authentic flavors, and the location in Mürren was absolutely perfect for exploring the mountains. Everything about the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and personal. Honestly, not much to complain about — the only downside was that I couldn’t stay longer!!

The quality of the food was fair, but not outstanding, and the waiter was not as attentive as I would’ve liked. You also was not able to explain the menu and the dishes well to us in English.

Warm cosy rooms one of our rooms had ensuite one didn't. Duvets and beds were very comfy. There is also a ski storage room. There is also a big round table downstairs by the bar for meeting other people and playing games. Food is very good from the restaurant. Lovely hot showers. Good breakfast The bar prices could be a little lower but it's Switzerland!

Any request was quickly accommodated. The location opposite the train station was great with superb views (like most of Murren). Opposite the main goods transfer area that could be occasionally noisy (including in early morning) if the windows or balcony doors were open, . Breakfast was basic, mostly fresh, but a bit limited.

• Danielle (10/5): Overall, loved this place and the beautiful scenery! It was a great retreat :) - Location and view were amazing. Loved the multiple beds for families. And the breakfast was wonderful! We ended up being there "in between seasons" so it was nice to not have to worry about finding breakfast. We arrived on the funicular which is quite far from this location. If you're coming from the train, it's right there, but if you come up on the gondola, expect a 15 minute walk with your luggage. It was only an issue for us because it had snowed a lot so we had to trudge through the snow, hah!
