- Martin (9/5): Gewoon goed - Rust en ligging. Toch een beetje achterstallig onderhoud. Kleine dingetjes hoor zoals de regendouche in het sauna gedeelte doet het niet zo mooi centrum fix dat gewoon zodat het 100% is.

Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude (Pension) sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen,was uns am meisten gestört hat ist der Teppichboden.(Hygiene)

- Heiko (10/5): - Es war einfach alles toll! Von der Freundlichkeit des Personals bis zum Essen. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Auswahl am Frühstückbuffet. Auch, wenn wir nur auf der Durchreise mit dem Rad waren, hat uns der kurze Aufenthalt beeindruckt. Vielen Dank noch einmal!

- Daniel (10/5): Main building room wonderful, super pool, friendly staff - (NOTE: this review is about the Hotel (Main building) and nt the Pension (Annex) because we were upgraded.) Super Friendly Staff - everyone from the cleaners to the restaurant staff to the Boss. We booked in Pension (Annex building) with 2 separate bedrooms but they put us in a pretty average single room (ground floor next to cleaners supplies room) in the Annex which looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. I complained about this and they instantly apologized for the mistake and upgraded us to the main building to a room with 2x separate bedrooms - so they more than made up for the mistake - which we highly appreciated. Room 212 (in main building) was exceptional - 2 big bedrooms and lounge area - beautifully finished. The beds were super comfortable - not the usual hard cheap hotel beds - these were decent mattresses. Plenty of free parking. Great bike room, locked and secure. Restaurant food was good - we had Halb Pension (Breakfast + Dinner). The pool was warm and has a great view of mountains. The original mistake by putting us in what probably is the worst room in the Pension/Hotel complex was not appreciated at all (but they more than made up for it by upgrading us, so I cannot complain). They charge for water in the restaurant - when you ask for Leitungswasser (Tap water - which in Austria is very very good water) they charge you EUR 3.20 for a carafe of "mineral" water - NOT from a bottle - so this seems like not genuine and expensive for just plain water. Alot of places do this, not just this place, so I cannot single them out, but its always disappointing. Not too much else to complain about.
