• Dina (10/5): - Cute little very clean apartment in old town of Nessebre. Great hostess Antoinette, who met us personally upon arrival and was in constant contact on Whatsapp prior to our arrival. I loved a balcony overlooking beautiful flowers and grape vines. Very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place 🙂

• Juan José (3/5): - Desayuno aceptable. Agradecemos a la señora que nos sirviera el desayuno media hora antes. Totalmente inaccesible. Habitación pequeña e incómoda en un tercer piso al que se llega por unas escaleras desafiantes. La propiedad no facilita en modo alguno el acceso al alojamiento, por lo que no hay más remedio que dejar el coche en un parking de pago y no tan cercano como dicen. El resto consiste en cargar con todo el equipaje por el casco antiguo.

• Spas (10/5): Несебър 2025 - Разположено е в тихата част на Стария Несебър, в същото време изключително близо до амфитеатъра, църкви, музеи, магазини и заведения. Много добро разпределение на стаите, множество удобства като достатъчно голям хладилник с добре работеща камера, печка с фурна, кафе машина, кана за вода и др. Климатик и топла вода по всяко време, тераса с изглед към тих двор и църква в далечината. Изключително подходящо за семейства с деца. Любезна хазайка, осигури ни съхранение на велосипедите без никаква допълнителна такса. Предлага се закуска, която може да се поръчва ден преди това, но ние не се възползвахме при наличието на всички кухненски удобства. Накрая решихме да си удължим престоя с още един ден и въпреки, че местата бяха вече резервирани за други, хазяйката намери решение и ни предложи място в близък хотел. За момента няма такава ниска цена в Стария Несебър срещу ползването на подобни удобства и добро разположение. В Стария Несебър има няколко малки плажа, които са много наблизо. С велосипед се стига много бързо и до плажовете в новия град или дори Слънчев бряг. По това време в града има международни фестивали, организирани всяка вечер в амфитеатъра. Има условия за риболов, разходка с лодка и др. Доволни сме и отново бихме посетили това място! Нямаше микровълнова печка, но не ни липсваше много при положение, че имаше много добре оборудван кухненски бокс с всичко изброено. Решението с паркинга не е недостатък, въпреки, че е малко неудобно колата да е на 150 метра, но по този начин се съхранява автентичността на града, не е претрупано с автомобили и може спокойно да се ходи мо малките улички и да се разглежда. Нещата с паркинга са перфектно организирани от общината, иска се единствено мястото на настаняване да подаде номера на автомобила в системата, за да може автомобилът да се качи и да остави или вземе багажа.

Habitación bien equipada, la anfitriona es muy amable y te lleva el desayuno a la habitación a la hora que acordéis. El parking municipal está al lado y es barato.

Good communication and response. Breakfast served was delicious-very fulfilling and kept us going till dinner. There is no information about breakfast offered. Would be helpful to specify how is it served(its being brought up to the room at the requested time), so guests are aware what they're paying for. There was no Spoons - we had knives and forks, but no spoons. Adding microwave and a hair dryer to the facilities would be an upgrade.

Good access to the town and all the attractions, close to the car park and easy to find and we were met at the property. We were recommended a restaurant which was superb. I would recommend the property if you want to stay in the old town of nessebar.

• Zara (9/5): Pleasant, nice - Location was top, very close to the sea… the host would do breakfast if you wanted… nothing fancy, tasty basic stuff with an egg, cheese, olives, tomatoes, tea or coffee … there is a fridge in the room, so if you want to save you can buy some stuff from the grocery store up the street… alternatively there is LIDL store in the new town.. little things like mosquito net, bath mat also added to the comfort Smell on the stairs
• Velina (6/5): Not the best place we stayed in - It had balcony There was funny smell in the room, after leaving the door open for a few hours was not that noticeable but still was not very pleaent. The door for the bathroom qs very hard to open and close. The air conditioner is fittet ont he wrong place and when you are sleeping it is blowing the cold air on top of you. The beds were very hard. There is only hand wash inthw bathroom, no soap. The bathroom was not very clean.

The owner lady made extra efforts to fulfill our needs (gluten free bread) and was very kind in making us feel at home in Nesebar. We would surely return back to this guest house should we return back to Nesebar in the future. There was nothing we didn't like.
