- PANKAJ (9/5): - Amazing value and clean facilities. It was perfect for my pit stop en route to Santa Isabel hike.
- Perrine GUEDON (8/5): -
- Juan Alejandro (10/5): -

- Braguzzi (7/5): - Amabilidad Patio
- Camilo (6/5): The good centrality of the location. The lack of cleanliness and the poor condition of the house. - The centrality of the location The cleanliness and condition of the house
- Gloria (9/5): Superb - I like the friendly environment and the location is wonderful. Maybe they can put a door in the shared room I was so we can't hear the noise outside.
- Vivi (3/5): A place and neighborhood only for very short stays for Solo women travelers - I liked: Excellent WiFi, nice host, there’s a dance studio just down the corner. I didn’t like : filthy bathroom, stained linen, garbage mosquitoes, rarely hot water in private room. Small place so people’s nasty habits and annoying noises could be heard all the long. The administration should be more vigilant and identify from the very beginning guests disrespecting behavior towards the others. Sometimes you could see a bunch of scketchy guys lurking in the block’s corners.
- Nicola (1/5): Filthy - The room given to me wasn't being cleaned.
The bed sheets and the duvet were full of hair
Floor not brushed
The shower floor was disgusting and there's not hot water
- Stick (1/5): Bad - Location is very nice The mattress was very worn, I could feel the bed slats on my back, it was really very agitating and sleepless.
- Kawe (8/5): Very good -
- Francesca (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sanchez (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sebastian (7/5): Good - The host seems pretty nice. Fast WiFi. Good value for money when you are traveling through. A short walk from the bus terminal. It could have been a bit cleaner.
- Johann (7/5): Good cost benefit place to stay! - A good place to stay for few days. The main door had issues with the lock which made it feel a bit acward!
- Barbio (8/5): cheap sleep in a house with character - Hostel is located in a lovely old house with old furniture, some crazy items like old irons, cassettes or sewing machine. All this gives an interesting vibe. Jonatan is very kind. Shared room is acceptable- no door, only a curtain. If there are people in the living room in the evening, it is loud. Shower is not nice. But for a low price one can accept some frugality. I was disapointed that I couldn't use the kitchen (only more expensive reservations are allowed)
- Vlad (5/5): Passable - Very affordable hostel, probably the cheapest in my travels. Area not great after dark, would recommend taking a taxi to the hostel. No real facilities in the toilet (like sink soap).
- Lukas (7/5): Good -
- Sanchez (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pacheco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alberto_ruiz.c (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joseph (9/5): Small, quiet hostel in a chill neighbourhood - Chill, small spot, very helpful staff, he let me leave some of my stuff at the hostel during my three day hike. There’s a washing machine too (15,000 to use) but plan a couple days to dry your clothes if you wanna use it. The hostel is in a quiet neighbourhood next to a grocery store and a small park with workout equipment. Could never get more than a minute or two of hot water out of the shower, and having to pay to use the kitchen is rather odd
- Louis (9/5): Superb -
- Mario (6/5): Good stay with 2 problems - The location is great, the price very fair and the beds were quite comfortable. It's quite clean too There are two things we didn't like at all.
1. We didn't get a key for our room, after asking again we got a key but it's not possible to lock the door. There are reviews that other travelers got stuff stolen here, so it would be nice to lock the room you booked. A no go in my opinion
2. You have to pay 10,000 pesos a day (or 15,000 for two days) to use the kitchen. After 6 months traveling around all South America it has been my first time to pay for the kitchen. For 10,000 pesos you get a huge entire menu del día already. I would have been fine with that if the kitchen equipment was good but it wasn't. The pans are super old , there are 0 spices or oil and the cabinets are ridiculously dirty & sticky.
- Flashpackerin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Konrad (9/5): Superb - It mets my expectation Quite hidden location, it was a bit difficult to communicate as there was spoken Spanish only but we coped
- Don (1/5): I had money stolen from my baggage at this hostel. There are no lockers - The price was good, but theft is a problem. There are No lockers to lock your things up. I had money stolen from me at this hostel. The owner did not want to show me the video , to see who entered the room while I was gone. It's unsafe.
- Jiménez (8/5): Very good -
- Fred (10/5): Great comfortable centrally located place in Pereira. - Convenient and walking distance to where I wanted to go. Very clean and a comfortable bed. I can’t come up with anything I didn’t like because I’ve stayed there before and will go back when I need a place close to the Terminal.
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - A fair price, very close by the Terminal. The bathroom was okay. The bed didn't feel like it was made freshly, there were hair on the sheets and they didn't look or smelled like they were washed. The towels neither.
- Kevin (7/5): Good -
- Rachele (8/5): Very good -
- Yvette (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jorge (8/5): Very good - Good Nothing
- Tyler (9/5): Good value for money - We were just here for one night as a stopover. It was perfectly fine. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was good and the guy who lives there was friendly. The area was also pretty lively and safe. Using the kitchen is an extra charge, however there are so many places to eat just around the corner so it wasn't a problem for one night.
- Christa (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect! The room was comfortable and everything was kept very clean. A lovely place and the host Jonatan is very kind and welcoming. (Of note, the other reviews say the shower water is cold, but actually there is really hot water… you just need to turn on the water heater for some time before taking the shower.)
- Norbertas (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived very late and left early in the morning. Staff was very friendly and waited for us to arrive. Location was perfect for us, because we needed a place close to the bus terminal.
- Fred (10/5): An exceptional home stay in Pereira. - Great location near the bus terminal. Totally like the photos and description. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby for many hours both nights. John’s house was very comfortable and Jonatan was a spectacular host!
I will consider to return again when the opportunity arises it felt like my home in Pereira. Can’t think of anything, it was a very relaxing there in John’s home.
- Samuel (9/5): Superb -
- Brian (7/5): The staff works with the customer, was cozy and had a cocina. - The staff works with the customer to achieve a good result. It was cozy, it had a kitchen and was a good environment. It just has to make sure the shower water is more hot. hot shower water
- Dennis (10/5): I felt like I'm at home - Super friendly and sympathetic couple. Perfect privacy. Easy and quick communication. Perfect location at the most vibrant part of town, but still very quiet: no street noise at all. I can highly recommend this gem.
