• susan (10/5): Exotic location in an ancient Chinese city with all the modern conveniences - The location was terrific on the main street of this ancient town (no cars). We were close to everything and so enjoyed seeing the beautiful girls and families dressed up in their rental historical costumes. Our room (all rooms) were in the back of the building and were spacious and up to date. The breakfast was tasty and departed from what the Chinese guests were served. The staff members were so friendly, efficient and effective. The owner Lilly took my sister to a pet store over 20 minutes away to place a darling little puppy we found in the park. She was always so helpful We were careful about what we ate in China, and made a few mistakes choosing dishes pictured on the menu, like offal and animal parts not eaten in Canada.

• Ilaria (9/5): Struttura caratteristica in posizione centrale - I proprietari erano gentili e accoglienti, ci sono venuti a prendere in stazione, la struttura era in posizione centrale per la visita della città antica. Camere e struttura belle e caratteristiche. Possibilità di cenare e colazione valida con anche qualche cosa dolce a richiesta. Ci hanno regalato anche un set di bacchette a testa! Super consigliato
• Christian (9/5): Perfekte Lage in Pingyao - Das Hotel liegt perfekt direkt an einer der Hauptstraßen in der Altstadt von Pingyao - der Zugang zur Stadtmauer ist nur 250m entfernt. Mein Zimmer war ruhig und geräumig. Das Essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant war super lecker. Die Besitzerin und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und alles war top organisiert. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart.

Beautiful courtyard and nice modern rooms with very modern shower room. Staff were very very helpful arranging taxis and always willing to give advice on where to go or anywhere else. Evening meal really good and simple but adequate breakfast

El mobiliari és de fusta treballada, el llit és d'estil Kang. L'atenció al públic és molt bona, són molt amables. El menjar també és molt bo. L'hotel està situat a l'interior del casc antic, en un carrer principal. La ubicación es perfecta y tiene instalaciones modernas, el hotel muy bonito. No había mesita de noche ni nada al lado de la cama para dejar las cosas y no había perchas para colgar la ropa en el baño. El grifo sin paredes es incómodo.

Habitación muy amplia para tres personas con todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia. Camas comodisimas.El personal muy amable y dispuesto, explicándote los puntos principales a visitar. El desayuno y la cena que tomamos buenísimo y económico. Situado en la calle principal de la ciudad antigua de Pingyao: ubicación inmejorable.y muy comoda. Hacia frio en la habitacion, y aunque ha ia un aparato de calor iqw estuvimos encendido toda la noche no era suficiente para calentar la habitacion.

Le personnel est d'une très grande gentillesse. J'ai eu un souci de roulette de valise qu'ils se sont empressés de résoudre! Le restaurant attenant à la maison d'hôtes est quand même appréciable après les grandes journées de balade Ils sont venus me chercher à mon arrivée et me ramener aux portes de la cité !! El hotel es muy tìpico en su edificio. Fuimos en època invernal y el frio se sentìa mucho, pero teniamos aire acondicionado y calefactores elècticos. con eso estuvimos bien a la noche.

Le personnel très gentil et serviable. -->Il y a un petit déjeuner ok très bien mais 1 tranche de mie de pain avec 1 œuf et 3 dumpling et 1 café nous sommes en Chine pourquoi ne pas proposer un petit déjeuner Chinois au choix. -->Et pour terminer ce qui m'a le plus déranger c'est la douche très compliquée pour avoir de l'eau chaude au dessus de 18-19 degrés, vous l'arrêté pour vous savonner au moment de remettre c'est entre 14-16 degrés pas plus est ce que ma douche je ne sais pas je l'ai dit mais rien ne s'est passé. C'est dommage

Very satisfied with the decision. We liked the hotel a lot, but if you book a room realize that it is an older style hotel in a historic building in the middle of an ancient town. It does not have all the bells and whistles of a brand new facility, but we loved our stay there immensely and would stay there again. Exactly what we wanted.

La ducha: el agua salia por todo el piso y se mantenía húmedo cuando se usaba. Afortunadamente ellos limpian a diario. El cuarto estaba bien, solo un poco helado.

• Jaime P."Jason Rider" (9/5): Un hotel con encanto en un pueblo histórico. - La localización del hotel en plena ciudad histórica está muy bien, ya que es una de las calles principales. La habitación amplia y muy bien decorada. El desayuno no tienes opciones, hay lo que hay y está bastante bien (dumplings, fruta, tostadas con huevo frito y unos dulces). El hotel también nos buscó un servicio de transporte para ir y volver de la estación de trenes y luego dentro del casco histórico con un transporte eléctrico para llevarnos desde el parking al hotel con las maletas. El restaurante del hotel tiene muy buena comida a muy buenos precios. No tengo queja alguna sobre el hotel. Sobre el restaurante que se pueda fumar dentro es lo único que me afectaba, pero es normal en China, con lo que no hay opción a queja, ya que es lo normal allí y no está prohibido.

La chambre était fraîche malgré la clim réversible et le chauffage d’appoint. On sent que le bâtiment est vieux donc l’isolation est pas incroyable mais comme on est dans une ville ancienne c’est normale et la couette est bien chaude !

• Riccardo (10/5): Un luogo magico - Bellissima struttura in stile tradizionale. Lo staff è accogliente e premuroso, offrono il servizio di trasferimento per la stazione dei treni ad alta velocità pagando un extra. Al piano terra c'è il ristorante dove abbiamo praticamente fatto tutti i pasti, si mangia bene, molto buoni i ravioli e il riso, hanno addirittura il tiramisù. Avevamo la camera più grande, bellissima con arredi e decorazioni in tema con la città antica. E' stato un pò come vivire un film. Grazie per questa bella avventura, di cui avremo sempre uno splendido ricordo. Purtroppo nonostante il climatizzatore e la stufa, la camera faticava a riscaldarsi, sopratutto il bagno era molto freddo. La temperatura esterna però era particolarmente bassa, e considerando la bellezza del luogo, ci si passa sopra.

• GRZEGORZ (9/5): polecamy i dziękujemy - Ciężko było nam go znaleźć ale jak już trafiliśmy to bardzo nam się spodobało, myślę że warto skontaktować się wcześniej z właścicielką jest bardzo pomocna, my próbowaliśmy dojechać z dworca kolejowego autobusem i didi, ale to jest obszar zamknięty dla ruchu i trzeba wiedzieć z której strony podjechać żeby było blisko, na powrocie za didi zapłaciłem chyba 10zł więc nie warto komplikować. Miasto omijane a nam bardzo się podobało takie starochińskie, bajkowe.

El personal es muy agradable y te ayuda en todo momento para llevarte y traerte a la estación de tren que esta alejada. El alojamiento esta en la parte de atrás de un restaurante de los mismos dueños. La habitación era un poco pequeña y muy fría. El desayuno es estilo chino. Nada occidental.
• Gaspare (7/5): Se non ci fosse stato questo problema della temperatura sarebbe stato perfetto! - Struttura caratteristica,molto carina e non troppo contaminata dal turismo. Letto tradizionale,kit di benvenuto con ciabattine, spazzolino,pettine. Colazione non a scelta ma buona. Servizi molto validi,ristorante nello stesso edificio. Il personale si è preoccupato di mandarci un taxi (visto che erano 5 gradi e le 23.30) e un motorino per portarci dentro le mura chiuse al traffico. Il condizionatore non funzionava,c’era solo una stufetta che seppur funzionante era attaccata ad una presa un po’ arrangiata tanto che il filo si surriscaldava. Quindi di notte l’abbiamo spenta con il risultato che in stanza c’era freddino.

El personal nos hizo la visita muy agradable, ya desde la estación de tren. Nos recomendaron sitios a visitar, la habitación era excelente, la comida perfecta y todo el personal estuvo en todo momento atento a nuestras necesidades con gran simpatía y atención. Además, mi esposa sufrió un percance con una caída accidental, y nos ofrecieron ayuda, fueron ellos mismos a buscar medicamentos y nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de ir al hospital, que por fortuna no hizo falta. Sin duda volveremos, sin duda estamos muy agradecidos y sin duda lo recomendamos con un 10. -------- Extraordinary and highly recommended. My wife and I visited this town and stayed at this hotel—which is also a restaurant. The staff made our visit very pleasant, starting right from the train station. They recommended places to visit, the room was excellent, the food was perfect, and the entire staff was always attentive to our needs with great kindness and care. Furthermore, my wife had a mishap with an accidental fall, and they offered us help; they went to get medicine themselves and offered us the option of going to the hospital, which fortunately wasn't necessary. • REGINA (9/5): hotelito coqueto dentro de murallas - El hotelito está dentro de la muralla de Pingyao, increíble ubicación. La habitación que tuvimos era familiar por lo que el tamaño era muy grande, aunque una vez más en China, el baño era pequeñito. Buen restaurante en los bajos del hotel, donde se desayunaba. Trato muy agradable con la dueña que además hablaba algo de inglés, cosa a agradecer en China Baño muy pequeño, zona del lavabo algo incómoda sin sitio prácticamente para dejar ni el neceser.

• MIRIAM (10/5): Hotel ideal para visitar Pingyao Ancient City - La habitación conserva la escencia de la ciudad antigua. El personal rs muy atento tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante. Tienen servicio de transporte desde la estación hasta el hotel. La ubicación es estupenda, en la calle principal. la comida del restaurante es deliciosa. Déjense aconsejar para pedir, no fallarán.
• Manon (9/5): Idéal - Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Pingyao. Le personnel est très accueillant et arrangeant, possibilité de venir nous chercher à la gare. Nous avons également testé le restaurant qui est excellent.
• Patrick (9/5): Preciosa casa tradicional con patio interior - El hotel se encuentra en pleno centro de la ciudad antigua de Pingyao. Es una casa tradicional muy bonita con patio interior como la mayoría de las que se ven en la ciudad. La habitación tenía una cama muy grande y el baño estaba limpio. Aunque la dueña solo hablaba chino, nos ayudó bastante con las reservas de un espectáculo y nos enseñó un mapa de la ciudad. El hotel también es restaurante y el menú no está nada mal de precio y de variedad La cama, aunque era bastante grande, tenía un colchón un poco fino y no demasiado cómodo. Las cortinas y la cercanía de la cama a las ventanas le quitan un poco de privacidad de la habitación.
• Enrique (10/5): - La hospitalidad del personal, la ubicación, la comida. Nos recibieron con un té, nos explicaron cómo visitar la ciudad y para ir a la estación de tren nos solucionaron todo el transporte.
• CK Ooi (8/5): Superb stay - Staff are very welcoming and friendly, and did their best to make our stay comfortable. They also voluntarily provided us useful information about the local attractions upon arrival. Room is well equipped, though some of the amenities are a bit dated. Breakfast is simple and decent, and the owner has been kind to share some local bought delicacies with us in the morning. The place also function as a restaurant at the front, and the food is delicious. It is located at a strategic location, where local attractions are generally within walking distance. However, getting to the hotel by car can be tricky as cars entry into many parts of Pingyao within the Ancient City Wall are limited, but the hotel can arrange transport so it is beneficial to get in touch with them, otherwise a fair bit of walking from the taxi drop-off zone may be needed to reach the hotel. Water heating system for the shower is rather weak and unable to sustain a full shower, had to leave the tap off and let it refill a bit during shower. Air conditioning system for one of our rooms were not functioning properly, but hotel staff was quick to offer a room change and provide an additional heater.
• Krzysztof (10/5): - Great location managed by friendly and helpfull host. Aparments looks traditional which for us was a plus, hotel has nice interior. I also recomend the food in the restaurant. Pickup option is worth using, because single taxi cannot enter historic city centre and the hotel arranges taxi plus also a tuk tuk, which is convinient.
