• Rosalind (8/5): Convenient flat for exploring beautiful Florence. - The flat was clean. The bathroom was smart with an excellent shower. Staff were helpful and let us leave our suitcase beyond our check out time. C10 minutes walk to the nearest places of historical interest. Tea and coffee making facilities provided but communal. About 15 minutes walk from station to the room. There is a lift, but not useable to customers/guests so awkward with a hefty suitcase. There is a view of close by buildings and a pub/bar courtyard. In the afternoons music plays loud enough to disturb in the room, but this doesn’t seem to continue int9 the evenings. Room very dark.

• Olga (8/5): Great value for money - The location is excellent, 5-10 mins walk from all the main sights. A lovely neighborhood with parks, shops and cafes. The room was clean and cozy with en-suite shower. The hostess was very friendly and always ready to help.

Inoltre l'accoglienza è stata delle migliori, venendomi incontro anche con "servizi" non rientranti nel pacchetto, come aver potuto lasciare il bagaglio in struttura per poter visitare senza la zavorra appresso, il tutto dopo aver affettuato il check out! Che dire, gentilissimi!

Non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovarla e l’host è stata super disponibile. La camera che ci è stata riservata era dotata di tutte le cose in descrizione, pulita e ordinata. Inoltre siamo stati accontentati in ogni nostra richiesta. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Consiglio! Niente da segnalare.

• Penelope (7/5): - Μου αρεσε το υφος του δωματιου γιαυτο το διαλεξα. Δυστυχως τα αρνητικα πολλα ! Το στρωμα εχει δει καλυτερες μερες!Το ενα μαξιλαρι ηταν τοσο λεπτο που ηταν σχεδον σαν να μην ειχες μαξιλαρι!Τα κλινοσκεπασματα που ηταν ενα κουβερλι και μια μαλλινη! κουβερτα (24 βαθμους αυτες τις μερες στην Φλωρεντια)δεν φαινοταν φρεσκοπλυμμενα γιαυτο και τα αφαιρεσαμε,χρησιμοποιησαμε μονο το σεντονι! Ο καφες που προσφεροταν ,ηταν 2 φσκελακια νεςκαφε ,με εναν βραστηρα με χαλασμενη επιστρωση! Το χρησιμοποιησαμε για τον 1ο καφε,αλλα ο βραστηρας θελει αλλαγμα ειναι βλαβερη η χρηση του χωρις το επιστρωμα. Στα μεγαλα ομορφα ,για μενα παραθυρα,εκτος του οτι εμπαινε φως απο το ξημερωμα ,υπηρχε μια ταμπελα που συνιστουσε τους πελατες να μην ανοιγουν πολυ ωρα γιατι ειχε κουνουπια! Καταλαβαινω πως η αρχιτεκτονικη του κτηριου ,ισως,να μην επιτρεπει προσθηκη σιτων,αλλα θα μπορουσε να υπαρχει συσκευη για τα κουνουπια προς χρηση και οχι μια σκετη προειδοποιηση!Γιατι δεν γινεται να μην αερισεις ενα δωματιο που χρησιμοποιουν 2 ατομα ολο το βραδυ!!!Και ειχε μπολικα κουνουπια Απριλη μηνα!Ολοκληρο ποταμι διπλα αλλωστε!!! Το υφος του δωματιου ρομαντικο αλλα δυστυχως γερασμενο,θελει βαψιμο,επιδιωρθωση τμηματσ του δαπεδου και διαφορες αλλες μικροδουλειες! Δυστυχως η τιμη δεν ανταποκρινεται στην παροχη ,το βρηκα ακριβο και απαγοητευτικο!!
• Bartsch (8/5): Perfekte Lage & unkompliziert - Ich fand es sehr unkompliziert und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Lage perfekt. Fußläufig ist man schnell vom Bahnhof beim Hotel und vom Hotel im Zentrum. Es gibt nichts wirklich Negatives. Nur eine Anmerkung. Im Bad kann man persönliche Dinge nicht hinstellen. Eine Kulturtasche mit Haken zum Aufhängen empfiehlt sich.
• Maksym (7/5): Эконом вариант для одной ночи - В пешей доступности до центра, буквально 5 мин. Это по сути старая многокомнатная квартира разделена на отдельные номера. Потолки высокие, 3,5 метра, вся мебель и ремонт эпохи Возрождения, кто любит современное, не ваше. Чисто, просторно. Любезно предоставили нам утюг. Не было кондиционера, либо притока свежего воздуха и было душно. Открывали окна, но было страшно шумно из за улицы. Также шумоизоляция номера желает лучшего. Не понравились одеяла, которые были колючие по верх простыни, напомнило купе вагон. Если не любите ретро шкафы, полы и прочее, то это не ваше

• Tiziana Pesenti (10/5): Un luogo veramente di pace nel centro di Firenze! - Di questo soggiorno non posso dire niente di negativo: la posizione è centralissima e comodissima Se volete muovervi coi mezzi, anche se a Firenze non serve, il personale simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo in tutto per tutto e le stanze super pulite! Io lo consiglio a tutti e anzi lo sto già consigliando! Quando tornerò a Firenze andrò sicuramente lì!! In particolare la mia stanza dava sul cortile interno del palazzo e perciò la stanza era buia e non si capiva il tempo e il meteo fuori ma è più che altro una piccolezza è una preferenza personale.

• Martina (9/5): Ottima esperienza - Posizione centralissima, a 10 minuti dalla stazione e a 15 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni. Stanza spaziosa e bagno comodo. Non è inclusa la colazione ma nella stessa via sono presenti degli ottimi bar. Gentilissimi per aver tenuto le valigie il giorno del check out così da poter continuare a girare serenamente. Veramente consigliata!

The entire building is very old, and we were not even allowed to use the elevator. There was a strong smell of dampness and sewage throughout the building, including inside the room. The room itself was very disappointing. The bed was old, the blanket felt outdated, and there was no fridge. There was no proper wardrobe or even basic hangers to hang clothes. The only closet available was extremely old and unpleasant to use. The room had a constant bad smell of humidity. The bathroom was extremely small and had an unpleasant odor as well. It was so small that even an average-sized person could barely move. There was not enough space to comfortably wrap a towel around the body without it touching the walls or the door. The toilet was broken and unstable — it moved when sitting on it, which felt unsafe. Overall, nothing matched the photos or description shown online. This place is absolutely not worth the price we paid (around €400). Unfortunately, we could not cancel the booking, so we had no choice but to stay. We only came back late at night to sleep and left early in the morning just to avoid spending time there. I would not recommend this place to anyone This place should not be listed as a hotel at all. • Hermine (10/5): - Thank you for the reception and hospitality during our stay on the 29th-30th. The hotel is located in the center which is very convenient if you want to walk around Florence. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The hotel workers are all easy to communicate with and they very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place!

• Zorana (10/5): Good value for the price, good location - Location is very good, central just a 10min walk from Ponte Vechio. There are supermarkets nearby. It safe and in quiet street. Room was spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and accomodating. We could leave our staff the last day until pur departure which was very appreciated. Due that only im giving a 10 rate. Water pressure was low which made it difficult to have a proper shower. It would be good if there was a mini fridge or coffe machine in rooms. Would be nice for a hotel to invest in better pillows and new covers that are suitable for a hotel. Also cabinets were full of unusable staff and we couldnt use them for our clothes. This wasnt a problem for such a short stay but for someone staying longer it probaby will be.

O staff foi sempre muito atencioso com todas as nossas questões e pedidos, sem dúvida que melhoraram e marcaram a nossa estadia em Florença. A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo sem estar no meio da confusão. Estava tudo incrível. Talvez o único apontamento que posso fazer, sendo uma preferência pessoal, é a almofada ser demasiado mole.

Insonorizzazione da rumori esterni molto scarsa, per cui al mattino alle 6 il traffico esterno costringe a svegliarsi. Necessari i tappi per le orecchie.

Il est assez facile d'accéder au lieu et d'y poser ses affaires, et de se reposer après une journée de visite. Le prix est très correct en tout cas. La résidence comme la chambre étaient propres, et le lieu assez calme. J'ai trouvé le lit assez dur. La salle de bains est très petite, et les toilettes étaient presque collés au mur, du coup je devais me mettre en biais pour les besoins. Pas beaucoup de prises électriques dans la chambre.
