Tram au pied de l'immeuble pour être en 10 minutes dans le centre. Parfait pour profiter au maximum de la ville. Pk à disposition pas trop loin. L'inconvénient du tram trop proche c'est qu'on l'entend et sol vibre entre 6h du mat et minuit. Donc s'attendre à passer une nuit un peu courte.

The bed is good, clean and the room is big. The house kitchen is well equipped being very useful during our stay. We were very well taken care of by the hosts and that made all the difference.

Me gustó que a pesar de que no decía que había desayuno, en la cocina compartida había yogurt, fruta, te, café y todo lo que necesitases para preparar comida. El personal muy amable. Al tram pasaba al frente! Muy directo para llegar al centro. El agua cambiaba de presión o a fría si alguien daba el agua en otro lugar jaja, solo me pasó un par de veces.

Todo perfectamente limpio, amplias habitaciónes, dos cocinas que se comparten con otros huéspedes, donde hay maquina de cafe, un hervidor, la nevera grande y todos los utensilios de cocina; también se ofrecen capsulas de cafe, yogures, te, frutas y galletas, se ponen de forma gratuita a disposición de los huespedes. No se suele ver a menudo, la verdad, y se agradece mucho!! Nos enviaron por WhatsApp los consejos de restaurantes, bares y cafeterías, supermercados, muy atentos!! En las dos primeras noches tuvimos una habitación fantástica, pero daba a la calle, y como soy super susceptible a los ruidos, pedi el cambio de la habitación, y sobre la marcha me atendieron, lo agradezco muchísimo!!! El edificio esta ubicado a unos pocos metros de la parada de tranvia que en 10-12 minutos te lleva al centro de Florencia, que ni nos hizo en falta el coche, aunque lo treniamos alquilado. Nos ofrecieron un parking en un garaje por 15 euros al dia, que se agradece mucho ya que encontrar un aparcamiento ahi es un gran reto. Conclusion final: una estancia inolvidable! Gracias, Giselle y Alma, por hacer nustro viaje aun mas bonito!

• Selina (2/5): Nichts für geräuschempfindliche Personen - Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sauber und grundsätzlich okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass es sich eher um eine Art WG bzw. Wohnung mit mehreren separat vermieteten Zimmern handelt und nicht um eine klassische ruhige Unterkunft. Leider war es extrem hellhörig. Man hört sowohl sämtliche Gespräche und Geräusche der anderen Bewohner als auch die Straßenbahn, die direkt vor dem Gebäude vorbeifährt – auch nachts sehr deutlich. An erholsamen Schlaf war deshalb kaum zu denken. Wer sehr geräuschempfindlich ist oder Ruhe zum Schlafen braucht, sollte das auf jeden Fall berücksichtigen.

• Celina (7/5): Für dinen kurzen Aufenthalt im Zentrum ideal - Super Lage, war sauber, man hat das nötigste was man braucht (getilte Küche, seperates Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad) und einen sicheren Parkplatz. Die Mutter der Gastgeberin war äusserts freundlich! Die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig, die Reaktionszeit hat oft sehr lange gedauert. Die Dusche hat absolut keinen Wasserdruck & es geht sehr lange bis warm Wasser kommt. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig (ein Nachbar hat bis nach Mitternacht sehr laute Musik gespielt).

• Fiorinda (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per una notte durante un master a Careggi e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. Gisele e sua madre sono state estremamente disponibili e accoglienti, facendomi sentire subito a mio agio. La struttura è comoda e ben posizionata, molto vicina alla fermata del tram che collega facilmente sia alla stazione che a Careggi, rendendo gli spostamenti semplici e veloci. Consigliato!

• Kamila Ece (10/5): - Amazing stay! We had no problems what so ever. Sara and her mom are very nice hosts. We had a private bathroom which was clean and roomy. The room was also very clean. Parking is also available but you should let Sara know in advance. Price was 15€/night, it’s private in a garage. Very convenient location too, right on tram, 15mins to centre I didn’t know it was a shared flat so there are other rooms in the flat, but did not bother us at all since we had a private bathroom

The location of this place is super as the metro is directly right outside of the place and if you are trying to hit up the Cathedral of Santa Maria, its about almost 21-25 minutes to get there with the metro taking you as far as to Santa Maria Novella in about 13-17 minutes, and from there its a 7-11 minute walk! Place can get pretty cold at times. We booked this place during the spring season and the forecast wasn’t in our favor unfortunately. The heating of the place did a good job warming up the place but the floors of the place were still very cold

• Ornela (10/5): An exceptional stay in Florence with outstanding hosts and flawless comfort. - This was my third visit to Florence, and I only wish I had found this place sooner. Everything about our stay was exceptional. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Gisele, Sara, and their mom are without a doubt the best hosts I have come across in many years of using Booking.com. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They simply go above and beyond. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center by public transportation. What truly made the difference, though, were their local recommendations: authentic places to eat, things to see, and smart advice on avoiding tourist traps. I will definitely be returning to Florence, and I am genuinely happy to have finally found my favorite place to stay.

Mi ha dato consigli importanti su cosa visitare, informazioni esaustive sui mezzi di trasporto e mi ha dato la possibilità di prolungare la sosta della mia vettura presso il parcheggio convenzionato. La struttura inoltre è in una posizione strategica per chi vuole muoversi con i mezzi pubblici. A pochissimi passi c'è la fermata del tram che ti porta in pochi minuti in centro e tutti i servizi sono vicini. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, inoltre puoi accedere alla cucina sempre tenuta bene, dove poterti fare un caffè o prepararti qualcosa da mangiare. niente da commentare

È possibile sfruttare la cucina in condivisione con le altre 2 camere della struttura per un caffè o fare colazione. Gentili all' accoglienza. Ben isolato dai rumori esterni (almeno la nostra camera n.5) Forse una maggiore insonorizzazione verso l' interno dell' appartamento. Si sentono gli ospiti entrare e uscire, ma parliamo di un 'disagio' minimo.

The staff were wonderful—kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Signora Alma and Sara for making our trip unforgettable by adding lovely surprises. Fruit and champagne at check-in, as well as small gifts at check-out, were delightful bonuses. The location was perfect. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

• Masoero (10/5): Excellent in every way. - The property has everything you need when visiting Firenze. It is less than 100 metres from the tram stop so you can be in the city centre in about 15 minutes. There is a shared kitchen where the host provides coffee, yoghurt and fruit and you can buy foods at the Conad supermarket nearby and cook meals and dine on the small terrace. There are also some great restaurants a short walk away. The host was easily contactable and exceptionaly helpful during our stay and we would highly recommend Le Tre Orchidee. There was nothing to not like.

• Gudrun (10/5): Sehr gute Lage für Florenz-Besichtigung - Um Florenz zu besuchen, ist die Lage sehr gut. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilft gerne mit vielen praktischen Informationen weiter. Der Check-In mit ihrer Mutter vor Ort war reibungslos, obwohl sie kein Englisch sprach. Sie hat uns sofort Wasser angeboten, als wir mit unseren Motoradklamotten total geschwitzt ankamen. Zimmer, Küche, Bad, war alles sauber, die Betten bequem. Es stand immer Obst, Kaffee, Tee, Yoghurt und Toast zur Verfügung. Die Fenster sind so dicht, dass die Straßengeräusche kein Problem sind. Direkt vor der Tür war die Straßenbahnhaltestelle T1 ins Zentrum (1,70€). Die Bahn fährt alle paar Minuten. Perfekt für eine Stadtbesichtigung. Und zurück aus dem Trubel der Altstadt, gibt es in der Nähe des Zimmers auch genügend Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Jederzeit würden wir wieder hier übernachten. Danke nochmal für den freundlichen Aufenthalt. Der Tiefgaragenplatz für unsere Motorräder war etwas umständlich zu erreichen. Mit Auto wäre das sicher kein Thema.
• Cristina (8/5): Lovely, well-connected room in Florence! - The room was excellent, the location really connected to both the city centre and the airport, and we were thoroughly supported by the staff throughout our stay. Very kind, responsive and helpful! I really struggled with the amount of mosquitoes, but I don't think this is specific to this place, more a Florence-wide situation. We could have done with anti-bite spray in the room though, we didn't have any and we struggled sleeping/were covered in bites.

All the facilities pointing out the yogurt in the fridge coffee maker etc, and the local transport not forgetting to point out local taxi numbers that were in the reception area.

• Linda (10/5): Exceptional service - Sara at Le Tre Orchidee provided exceptional service when we needed to relocate to their property late at night in order to get airport transport early next morning. She ordered a taxi to collect us, made up her last two beds for us, welcomed us with fresh water and fruit, ensured we were comfortable and felt welcomed at 10pm at night. The place was modern, clean and a delight to be staying in for a few short hours. Sara had arranged a taxi for the morning and even rang us at 4.45am to make sure we were awake to catch it. We liked it all. Wonderful place, highly recommended.
