- Gerry (9/5): Spacious, spotless guesthouse - Spacious spotless room with balcony and a view. Close to kloster/abbey and river boat tour through Danube gorge. Great breakfast, accommodating friendly hosts. Bit of a hill to guesthouse a little tough on a loaded touring bicycle.

- Jo (10/5): Thank you for a peaceful stay - The most comfortable accommodation so far this trip along the Danube. A spacious , light room with a super comfy mattress. We were greeted on arrival by our Host a kindly gentleman who helped us stow our bikes safely, incidentally he also helped us clean the Danube mud from them before we left. We had a delicious breakfast both mornings and our hostess took great trouble to ensure we had all the correct information for our onward journey on the Danube ferry to Kelheim Nothing could be improved

I used it for transiting, but it was a mistake. the place is to spend time and explore the surroundings, especially if you are a cyclist. so, whenever you have a couple of days to explore the place, do not hesitate. the staff is basically a family who runs the place, very friendly and very helpful. if you speak some German, you are truly blessed. well, not too much. maybe next time I will travel accompanied and will have a room with a view.
