• Albi (10/5): An amazing stay with outstanding hospitality — highly recommended! - The property was excellent in every aspect. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay very enjoyable Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the service and overall atmosphere.

• María (6/5): Muy caro para las instalaciones - Mucho espacio en la habitación La mujer que no recibió, no hablaba inglés y fue difícil comunicarse con ella. No había agua caliente, sino que tú tenías que encender el termo que tardaba 50 minutos en calentarse, deberían de poner agua caliente cuando saben que tienen una reserva y no que sea los huéspedes que llegando de viaje tienen que planificar con una hora el poder ducharse. No nos dieron ninguna solución a eso. Comparado con otros alojamientos que hemos cogido en Albania y por la zona era muy caro para las instalaciones que ofrecía.

• Thorsten (5/5): Sympathischer Gastgeber - Der sehr freundliche,hilfsbereite und deutschsprechende Eigentümer . Leider nur gelegentlich dort. Sehr grosses Zimmer. Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche noch vom Vorgänger. Türen quietschten laut. Badezimmer ziemlich runtergekommen. Abfluss verstopft. Sehr steile Wendeltreppe mit schmalen Stufen. Ausblick auf ein vermülltes Feld und Schuttsammelstelle. Nächtliches Hundebellen ( scheint zu Albanien zu gehören) Toilette und Badezimmer befinden sich in einer Milchglaskabine im Zimmer.
• HARA (7/5): - was just a one-night choice before continuing our trip the next day In the photos it looks much better than it really is, and there was no picture of the bathroom – which turned out to be terrible! Extremely small, not comfortable, with wallpaper on the wall designed to look like stone but torn in some places, and the curtain had come off. It felt as if the room hadn’t even been prepared for guests. The WiFi connection was also very poor. I would not stay there again.

• Nicole (7/5): - The owner was very polite and friendly. Speaks Greek. Somewhat easy to find the location. The bathroom not that clean. We had to go up 2 staircases to find our room which was inconvenient. It said that it offers free parking upon request, the truth is it only has a steep slide for only one vehicle facing the street and everyone else parks on the street. No problem with parking on the street but it is not what was projected when booking it.

• Barbara (4/5): Maybe it would be worthwhile if it was possible to heat the room and the water.... - The price was attractive. The room was ok. It was on the third floor. It was clean. The lady that works there is very kind. We could park on the street,in front of the building. We were the only guests there, so the lady didn't turn on the heating. But it became very cold that night, so we were very cold. Even though they provided blankets, we had to sleep with our jackets on and two pairs of pants to keep warm. And the shower's water wasn't warming up either. So it was impossible to shower. It was very very disappointing.

• Angela (4/5): Cheap but wouldn't recommend - The beds were very comfortable. The area was nice and quiet. The hosts were very nice. Parking was free and easy, as it was right outside the building. Our room didn't match the pictures online. There wasn't a lot of space. The sheets didnt quite fit the beds. The wifi was very poor and we couldn't use it in our room. In the bathroom, the faucet sprayed water onto the wall, and the sink drained onto the floor. Overall, the bathroom didn't seem very clean.

• Sophia (4/5): Disappointing - The lady was kind The room we booked looked very different than the one we got. It was an rainy evening and it was very windy. My partner and I really wanted to have a hot shower but there was no hot water running. When I flushed the toilet water was coming out down at the toilet. The wind was flowing through the not so sealed windows and doors. Very noise and kinda k creepy. ( dogs where barking all night long, well the owner has nothing to do with that, I guess it’s a thing of this area) Wi-Fi was not reaching the room so we did not have connection there All In all we had a not so pleasant stay it all felt weird and sketchy n scary but that was our personal experience.

• Katarina (9/5): Absolutely recommend for a cheaper option! - It’s a bit out of town so the view of the mountains was stunning. Especially with the sunrise! The old Basar was a short 10 min walk away and the bus stop was even less. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. Plus there was plenty of hot water! We had to fiddle with it so putting this here for others as the host doesn’t speak any English. There are 2 knobs to the right of the toilet up on the wall, one with a red dot and one with no dot. To get hot water move the knob with no color dot to the right until you find the temperature you like :) host was very very sweet and called her to help with communication a few times! Happily recommend. This was my first time in Albania and I was really nervous at first walking to the location, it could seem a bit dodgy to some (me), and at the idea of walking around at night. However I quickly adjusted and learned Albanian people are unbelievably kind and there was absolutely nothing to worry about!
