- L’emplacement
Spacieux
- Ana (9/5): Super nice loft with comfortable bed - Great communication with the owners, cleanliness, comfortable bed, pretty location by the lake and a coffee shop nearby. It has amenities including a small frigo and a coffee machine with some coffee pods. The main door to access the loft is also the door to the room. It does not feel as private at first with other connecting (locked) doors, but me and my sister felt safe. The blinds in the bathroom were not easy to use so it was left open for showers! If you want to sleep long, wear an eye mask, it is bright in the morning.
- Fabrice (8/5): Confort et calme - Le confort et le calme

- Fatimazohra (10/5): Très belle expérience on va y retourner - L’emplacement et l’accueil
- Karine (10/5): Marvellous yellow house on the lake. - It was just so cozy and beautiful. The view of the lake was phenomenal. Also, we were very well greeted.
- André (7/5): We would return if ever in that area again. - Prefer hotel quality white sheets and white towels…….white please!

- Veronique (10/5): - Quai Pas de shampooing
- Robert (10/5): - Tout était parfait ! Nous avons fait une petite balade sur le lac au crépuscule en Pédalo très romantique. Rien
- Samuel (9/5): Superb -
- Njd (10/5): beautiful spot, spacious and comfy too - listened to the lake lapping at the shore and the train in the morning. lovely!
- Oliwia (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were incredibly friendly and the space was lovely. Highly recommended for a sweet stay.
- Stephen (7/5): Good - Comfy bed. Flight of stairs. Having to take off shoes.
- Anderson (10/5): Exceptional - Bright, clean and spacious room.
Easy and safe access to unit.
Easy parking.
Charming host. Bathroom wash basin, a little tight and awkward.
- Philippe (9/5): Superb -
- Yvon (8/5): It was perfect for a one night stay like we planned. - The room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quite and the view on the lake was beautiful in the morning.
The owner was very kind and welcoming. This is probably my fault for not catch it in the advertisement but the actual room is a section apart from the owners house. It has it own entrance but you still felt like your in someone else home… almost like a B&B vibe.
There was no T.V
There was no shampoo or conditioner available and only 1 tiny bar of soap.
- Ronald (10/5): Outstanding accommodation. Location is very slightly marred however by lack of breakfast options. - Outstanding accommodation! Very clean with quality furnishings. From Eastman one can ride to Mount Orford via trails or enjoy a nice river walk. A great quirky restaurant (O'Dac) and an Irish Pub is within a 10 min walk. The dock with two muskoka chairs is a perfect way to unwind with a glass of wine after a strenuous day of hiking or cycling. Great view of the lake. A perfect place to unwind. Lack of breakfast options close by. Nearest breakfast place is 15 km away. Not an issue if you are going hiking or cycling in the surrounding area as you can have breakfast before you depart for that activity. If you plan on leaving from Eastman however it means returning to your starting point. Also, although I was told the door code would be texted to me on the day of arrival it never was. Arriving shortly after check in time I had to dig up their phone number to request the code (which came promptly). Although I am sure this is a rare misstep from such obviously caring and professional owners, I would suggest if you do not get the code by 1200 of the day of arrival be proactive and request it.
- Dorota (8/5): Very good -
- Woodguru (8/5): This is more than just a room, they had plenty of books, games and sitting area if on a rainy day. - There is a little fridge and coffee maker in the room. All we needed was available at the grocery store near by. If there could be a micro-wave this would be a plus addition. we could have warmed our brought in food and warm up our coffees in the morning.
- Sonia (7/5): Good - Peacefulness Thé wet handtowel in thé bathroom was not changed. No soap or shampoo in thé shower.
A miniscule bar of soap was in the bathroom.
De could not arrive before 5pm on pue arrive date.
- Briantravels60 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Markman (7/5): Good - I would recommend to add
Soap and shampoo to the shower
2 plates to the ‘kitchen’
- Diane (10/5): I was a rejuvenating experience in an unspoiled area of nature. - Beautiful location. Mountain, lake and forest views.
Great areas to explore nearby for hiking, biking, spas, antiques and crafts. A delight for all the senses! A microwave or toaster oven would have been convenient.
- Gevorg (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stéphanie (9/5): Superb -
- Sine (8/5): La Maison Jaune is a little gem! - We loved the location which was on a lake as well as the size of the room. It was more like a suite. It was also near many amenities. What also impressed us was the number of windows in the room, The room was filled with light!
We would also like the mention that the hosts were lovely! They were friendly and most hospitable. It would have been great if there had been a kettle and a little tea pot. We love our tea! I also found that an air conditioner would have made the room more comfortable. The humidity was over 90% and everything felt wet.
- Guylaine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Denis (10/5): Great room. Friendly host. - Comfortable room and lake access was nice. nothing
- Malcolm (9/5): Comfortable stay for a couple of nights on a road trip. - Loft overlooking Lac D’Agent. Deck to sit on and look at the view Short walk into town for groceries. Owner spoke good English and very friendly.
