Pulizia impeccabile, la camera molto carina, arredata con cura e attenzione ai particolari. Molto semplice e rapida la comunicazione con la proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibile, pronta a risolvere qualunque problema e a dare utili suggerimenti. Va tenuta presente la presenza di scale nel caso che ci fossero ospiti che hanno difficoltà ad utilizzarle. Non è fortunatamente il mio caso ma è bene saperlo

• Irene (9/5): - Una alojamiento excelente, con buen diseño, equipada con todo lo necesario para descansar y recargar. El servicio de limpieza, muy bueno y atento. La comunicación con las responsables fue buena y se adaptaron perfectamente a nuestros horarios de llegada y salida. El barrio es seguro y bonito, pero está alejado de las principales zonas de interés de la ciudad. Además, las 3 estaciones de metro cercanas tienen horarios reducidos y frecuencias poco fiables, por lo que hay que caminar +20 minutos para alcanzar la línea de metro principal. Para un viaje corto, recomendaríamos buscar otra zona y evitar perder tiempo en desplazamientos.

Very helpful late checkout too Slight amount of noise from upstairs but obviously not the hosts fault. A metro station is closed so public transport links a bit more difficult at the time of writing

La cama era confortable y el baño estaba prácticamente nuevo. La anfitriona fue muy amable y atendió todas nuestras dudas y peticiones.

• Blanca (8/5): - Alojamiento muy bien situado en chiaia, cerca de supermercados, parada de metro y del centro monumental. La habitación era muy cómoda. La anfitriona estuvo muy atenta durante nuestra estancia. Hubo un problema de fontanería en nuestro cuarto y pese a que nos tuvieron que reubicar el último día, Paola estuvo atenta a todas nuestras peticiones. A pesar de ello, si volviera a Nápoles, repetiría.

Everything needed is nearby: supermarket, pasticeria, restaurants and metro. It made our stay very comfortable and we recommend it. • Priscilla (8/5): - Location is fantastic. Truly you can't ask for a more central location with all the best bars and restaurants in the best neighbourhood possible. But it's not noisy at all because it's tugged away in the courtyard. And the security guard is extremely friendly and helpful. You are also next to a police station. The pillow is a bit uncomfortable which is a personal preference. The room is a tad small. But given the location it can be forgiven. There are bigger rooms though.

• Robert (7/5): Great location and hosts, quirky room. - The location in Chiaia was perfect for us. There were plentiful great restaurants and good access to public transport. The hosts were proactive. Check-in was easy and communication was good. The room was clean and the hosts cleaned it daily when we were out. The room was a bit odd with a separate window nook that you had to duck under a shelf to to access. The room was stuffy when we arrived and the air conditioning was never able to fully cool the room, so we had a few hot nights. The WiFi was fast when it worked, but it frequently cut out out.

• Lchung (9/5): Well located, beautiful apartment in Chiai, friendly and helpful host. - Well located in Chiaia - near the central shopping area, very walkable to shops, restaurants, and the water. There is a funicular that takes you up to Vomero nearby. It is a bit further from central/historic Naples but can take metro in. Host was great - very quick to respond and help, with restaurant suggestions and tailor shops nearby. The room is modern, spacious and well decorated. Coffee, water and biscuits are refreshed daily and the room is cleaned daily, as if it's a hotel! Remember to bring cash for the city tax (you don't pay this with booking.com) The guesthouse is within a historic (beautiful) building which meant that reception/data wasn't very strong unless you're by the windows which is normally fine if the wifi is working. Unfortunately for us, the wifi company had an issue that weekend. The host was kind and waived our city tax to compensate for the inconvenience.

• Alshreibati (10/5): Perfect welcoming and location - Perfect location and the host couldn’t be better. She was checking on us everyday if we need something and ready to help with everything. Her recommendation on restaurant were very precise and good, we were able to try best pizza and pasta Restaurants because of that. There was a misunderstanding, that we should have left the money for the tax in the room, however although we didn’t do that (because we just didn’t know that we had to do it this way and pay it separately), she just forgave us for the nights. So all in all perfect stay if you need to enjoy the city and the perfect location.

Once our plane landed they were in contact with us making sure we were OK, in taxi and checking directions. Nothing was too much for them I would also like to mention the guy at the entrance, I think his name is Daniele , he was so helpful and kind to us . I definitely have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation. The location is fantastic and we will definitely be back . There was nothing to not like

The room was excellent, and I felt very safe at the property and was also able to sleep well with the quiet location. The waterfall shower in my room didn't work as expected, but the handheld shower was just fine. The bed was also quite firm, but this is fine for me - overall exactly what I needed for my stay.

The area around the building is full of nice bars and restaurants, at walking distance. - I like the quiet environment of the room: even though the location is central in the city, the room has a view on an inner courtyard, which makes it a quiet place to sleep. - The room was in a safe place: the outside area is safe and the room was located in a safe building with several thick doors. - The host Paola was very helpful and reactive when I requested some help or some repairs in the room. - The quality of the interior of the room: nice bed, nice shower, nice decoration, etc... The daily bottle of water in the fridge was also appreciated, if you forget to buy one at the end of a long day of city exploration. /

• Julija (10/5): Highly recommended! - If you are visiting city for the first time and worrying about location and its security staying here, one will not have a single doubt! It is central enough (30min walk) to reach old town, close to the port. Neighbourhood has a lot to offer. Accommodation is brand new, clean, comfortable beds, coffee/tea/cookies/water/juice on site Host was extremely hospitable - we needed an iron (which accomodation does not have) and Paola arranged it, might seem like a small detailed but impacted enough to decide if be staying here again! Room does not have enough sunlight, so was quite dark other than that nothing to really complain about
