Αναγκαστηκαμε ν αλλαξουμε δωματιο με.εξτρα χρεωση , για να εχουμε το δικο μας μπανιο ! Και το αρχικο και το αλλο δωματιο ειχαν μονο ενα κρεβατι ! Και μια ντουλαπα χαλια με υγρασια ! Πρεπει καποιοςννα ελεγχει την φωτογραφια με το κανονικο ! Κοροιδευουν τον κοσμο ! Λυπαμαι πολθ

• Sofiia (3/5): - Автомат с едой и напитками внизу. 1. Шумо изоляция отсутствует вообще, от слова совсем. Было слышно все, что происходила на этаже, под этажом, над этажом. 2. Размер номера крошечный. 3. Двери в ванную комнату выглядят как примерочная, (не прилегают к полу, не имеют замка, соответственно, без какой либо шумо изоляции) и расположена прямо напротив кровати. 4. В душе нет горячей воды. Из лейки вода не течет, а капает. 5. В ванной на стекле были чужие волосы, после использования полотенец началась аллергия. 6. Не было телевизора в номере. И это все за 60€/ночь 🤯

• Louise (5/5): - Clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Very noisy, could hear conversations and flushing of toilets in other rooms. Light from streetlights come straight through the door window with no way of blocking. Coffee, tea and sugar supplied but no kettle in the room.

• Kakaes (6/5): Decent property - We got the top room, it's a decent property for short stays. It has a very big shared bathroom. As we got the top room u have to walk a wooden staircase to get to the bathroom, and it's surely not that convenient at night. The property could also use some more light or windows at day, the vending machine is a nice addition although i didn't find myself craving anything that was on it, so maybe add some variety on the items. All in all we had a decent stay.

• Sherrie McCarthy (5/5): Fine in a pinch. - The rooms were nicely done. There was a mouldy smell in the bathroom. Also there isn't a shared bathroom on each floor and so in the middle of the night you have stairs to deal with. We have gotten entire apartments for the same price, but it was very last minute and the only thing available. For that it's fine. But I wouldn't want to spend my entire holiday there. A night before the airport is fine.

• samy (1/5): Poor stay, no comfort and no basic options - Geographical location The place is very bad. There is no kitchen and the bathroom is shared. The room has no view. There is no closet or refrigerator. The air conditioning has problems. It is loud and does not work efficiently. I do not recommend it at all.

• Dzmitry (9/5): - Стандартная, приемлемая цена (62€ за 4 человека ) в центре города, персонал приятный и сказали, что можно обращаться 24/7 убрали номер перед нами из-за того что мы раньше приехали и помогли заселиться, за что и спасибо. Нет кухни или хотя бы обычного чайника с микроволновкой, тонкие стены и слышны соседи, кондиционер работает прямо на кровать и очень шумный, но если бы его небыло мы бы вообще не заснули :) Обыкновенные условия похожие на хостел.

• Margulis (6/5): - The price was very cheap, so I wasn’t expecting much. The room was bright and clean. I would recommend it only for very short stays. The entrance and the room itself were fine. The host sent us a code for entry, but from the outside it wasn’t clear where to enter it. It took us a while to realize that the keypad on the door was actually a touch screen that needed to be tapped to light up. Being alone with two kids in the middle of the night, stuck outside and confused, was really unpleasant. I think this could have been mentioned in the message that came with the code. The shower was outside the room and shared with other guests. You can hear everything happening in the hallway. There was no TV in the room, even though the pictures showed one. The beds were uncomfortable and very springy, and one of them was broken.

Η τοποθεσία είναι βολική για μετακινήσεις και υπήρχε εύκολη πρόσβαση σε μαγαζιά/μέσα μεταφοράς. Η αρχική επικοινωνία για κρατήσεις/πληρωμή ήταν γρήγορη και ξεκάθαρη. Κατά τη διαμονή υπήρξαν έντονες φωνές και παρατηρήσεις από άλλους ενοίκους βραδινές ώρες που με έκαναν να νιώθω ανασφαλής/άβολα. Μου ζητήθηκε να φύγω χωρίς σαφή, γραπτή εξήγηση ή προειδοποίηση — αυτό ήταν αγχωτικό και άδικο. Υπήρξε έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού στην αντιμετώπιση του θέματος· θα ήθελα πιο διακριτική και τεκμηριωμένη προσέγγιση από τη διοίκηση. Αν η απόφαση είχε να κάνει με προσωπικά/προσεγγίσεις σχετικά με τη μετάβασή μου, αυτό είναι απαράδεκτο και ρατσιστικό — περιμένω σεβασμό και ίση μεταχείριση. Συμπέρασμα / πρόταση Το μέρος έχει δυνατά στοιχεία (καθαριότητα, τοποθεσία), αλλά χρειάζεται καλύτερη διαχείριση πελατών και σαφείς διαδικασίες για παράπονα/εξώσεις. Θα πρότεινα στη διοίκηση να βελτιώσει την επικοινωνία και τη διακριτικότητα ώστε να νιώθουν όλοι οι επισκέπτες ασφαλείς.
• Carlos (2/5): Decent enough for a 1 night sleep, but depending on other guests you may have a rough night. - Price, proximity to airport, and relatively close to main road with restaurants. Not great location, a lot of noise, smoke and drinking from other guests. Not the property's owner's fault but better control would fix the issue. Rooms are not properly insulated against noise.
• petros (5/5): - Was the last moment booking stay overnight, was confusing to find it. It’s a small villa with floors and rooms was a big surprise that in the room there was no shower and toilet. The shower was somewhere else and don’t even ask for some families and people who were staying longer like a neighbourhood was sitting on the stairs front doors no match of privacy! Small room was looking clean air condition yeah but there was a no running water shower in the toilet maybe somewhere
• Makarena (8/5): Para una noche - Aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Dormimos una sola noche y no da para más. Básico. Almohadas incómodas. Baño compartido, no había papel y olía mal. No hay personal en recepción, solo te envían una clave por mensaje antes de la llegada. El barrio es 100% residencial, ningún restaurant cerca, supermercados a 7 minutos caminando.

• Hristina (9/5): - The place is perfect for short stay. I don't understand people who complain about the common shower if they have booked it that way. I booked a room with a private bathroom and I am more than happy about it. Of course it has different price but the description is clear about it. Cleanliness is perfect, A.C. works perfectly, rooms are spacious. I like the self check in option, however, when i had difficulties with opening the door and both times there was someone to assist me with it in the middle of the night. They are only 3 small but significant things that would be great to be added: At least for the rooms with private bathroom please add body wash. A kettle would be useful, otherwise the tea bags and the sugar that are provided have no use. And a small fridge to keep drinks cool would be the complete perfection of the rooms.

It’s wonderful and beautiful, with comfortable beds and free parking. The air conditioning is excellent, and there’s a machine where you can buy water, cola, biscuits, and chips. The neighbors are very respectful, and the rooms are very clean. Honestly, I don’t know why people wrote negative comments, but the place is truly great.”

• Nikola (5/5): The staff was amazing and extremely polite (kuddos for hiring her!), but this place needs more elemental neccesities. I - Terrace, that was nice. The lack of fridge, kitchenware (at least spoons, knives and forks, glass cups), it’s a disaster that in 21st century there’s no at least a mini fridge in every room to keep your water cold during the heatwave. You virtually have a super cheap market nearby to buy things, but no fridge to store it. Also, the water pressure was always low and there was no cold water coming out of the shower, it was always lukewarm or hot. The location is 1.4kms from the beach which I didn’t mind, but for some it may be a problem.
• eporokno (6/5): Recommended only for sleepover - Nice and clean room with comfi beds. Only one bathroom with toilet for 8 rooms. It is ok for one night stand/sleepover, but not recommended for longer stay. Loud aircon. No TV, no table, no wardrobe, only bedside cabinets.
• Nikolas (1/5): The Nightmare of booking.com - There is nothing there that you can like in a level that it can be described as "like". By far the worst staying that I have ever expirience. I arrive at the place and there is no one there, no information desk or a sign or a person who speak English. A random person told me to go at the back of the building and i ended up doing circles around the property until a maid saw me and figured it out that I am a customer. I enter the room and there is nothing in the room only a very cheap tiny TV on the wall and a spider the size of a tennis ball in the corner of the room. I even have a picture of it just in case. Even the maid took a picture. The decoration and the equipment and finishes of this "hotel" was falling apart. I was sleeping and a plastic strip unstuck from the bed top above me and fell on my head as I was sleeping. Not only that, but there were not even a small bedside table lamp for you have at night. What are these morons do? You can get a nice looking cheap bedside lamp for 5 euros these days and those morons had none. The toilet and shower are outside of the room and are very disfuctional and dangerous. Had the worst expirience of my life and not only that, I have paid for two nights which I pay and I stay only one night because the stupid website booking.com had me paid the night before I check in and they were not even flexible to refund me or give another night and so I demand to be refund one nigtt from booking.com for its mistake and it's outdated-hard to understand Web page function. This is Not a hotel.

• ANESTIS (3/5): Unprofessional cheap job hobbyists - The owner first off when we got in was mad that most of the plug outlets did t work correctly so we weren’t able to use electricity after that the ac was working poorly and being at the top of the building whilst the heat was gathered there made it uncomfortable then it had some stairs with big distances between them that also wasn’t in the Info making one of the group that had a knee surgery commit a labor and the cherry on top is that the owner changed the outside password of the house without letting us know making me wait 10 minutes to get in the apartment while outside had 37 Celsius calling him in order to change the passcode back to the original one or telling me the new one…

The communication between myself and the customer service team there was absolutely dreadful and basically they just said tough luck. Save your money guys and book anywhere else but just don't bok this place. I was booked in for 2 nights and Felt totally ripped off. Nothing

Thousands of people were in the same situation, and we had to compromise on whatever was available. Location was gloomy, no nearby restaurants, jusr a supermarket.
