Easy ground floor access for carrying luggage. Good communication with host, Martine, who lives upstairs but allowed us complete privacy. Attractive decor. Comfortable bed and chairs. Kitchenette has all the basics and thoughtful extras. Wifi strong. Photos accurate. Very small thing - note for future guests - turn the tap in the kitchen sink and bathroom basin to the right for hot water! We sent a lot of water down the sink before realising. :)
- Malcolm (8/5): Perfect location for Spa Francorchampa events plus very close to Malmedy town & amenities. - Great location for attending Spa Francorchamps 24hr racing. Short stroll down hill to bars & restaurants, etc., in Malmedy. Nice dry secure garage for our classic car. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, friendly host, quiet location. Shower was a bit sketchy but was OK once we'd figured out where waster was escaping :)

- Catherine (10/5): An excellent experience well worth repeating - Very welcoming host, who cared for our comfort and needs. Well equipped studio with everything one might need. Quiet and picturesque neighbourhood within easy walking distance to center. Shower could be renovated.

We didn't realise there was a steep hill up from the town centre. Since we are elderly with some mobility problems we had to use our car to access the town
