• Neringa (5/5): Not satisfied, wouldn't stay again. - Good location, clear instructions to check in, late check in available. Pretty clean shared bathroom with shower gel, clean towels, clean kitchen. Good wifi. Really uncomfortable beds, dirty sheets. Only one socket in the room. No hot water in showers. No sound proof. Also you have to pay 0,5€/h for AC. Rooms are really small.

• Veronika (7/5): Ok value for money - Perfect for one night. The shared bathroom was very clean and well equipped. It is a shared bathroom but to be used by one person at a time (one toilet, sink, and one shower) so plenty of privacy. The bedroom was good too, we had no issues fitting into the bed (saw this in other reviews). 😀 We came in May and no need to use the AC so cannot comment on that one. I had read other reviews before coming and learned that the doors make noise and I can confirm. Not too bad if you bring your earplugs. What I did not like was the little kitchenette, with dirty cups and old instant coffee. There was a coffee machine for which you would need your own capsules and there was no kettle for warm water. If at least there was a sponge with soap to be able to wash the cup before/after use. In addition the communication in Spanish via whatsapp was ok but when we met the cleaning lady or owner in the morning there was no hello, just a quick complaint that we must leave the room now (20min before check out while we were all packed, just gathering our luggage). I recommend to smile a bit at your next guests.

• Isidro (7/5): - Habitación para mi solo muy cerca del centro y barata. Y una magnífica terraza para desayunar o comer y fumar si se quiere muy amplia y espaciosa. Muy tranquilo y relajado. Ideal para descansar sin ruidos. No había ni una sartén ni un plato, para cocinar o comer.

Heel ongezond. - De kamer rook heel muf - Je hoort de buren praten door de muren heen alsof ze bij je op de kamer zitten. - Het bed was heel wankel - Het raam naar het balkon kon niet op slot, omdat hij al kapot was. De rolluiken kunnen gewoon van buiten opengemaakt worden, waardoor anderen makkelijk op onze kamer konden komen. Toen ik hier melding van maakte, werd ik niet vriendelijk te woord gestaan. De communicatie was heel onprettig. Ze bagatelliseerde het probleem, zei dat ik mijn spullen maar naar een hotel moest brengen en ze zei dat het al buiten kantooruren was en dat ze me verder niet kon helpen. Zo ga je niet met gasten om. Makkelijk geld verdienen. Ik zou hier absoluut niet naartoe gaan. Als je vooral goedkoop wil reizen, zijn er echt goedkopere en betere opties. En als je 10 euro meer uitgeeft heb je al een luxer, schoner verblijf met prettiger gastheren.

Det kom personer inn og ut hele natten som hadde sex og mye støy og bråk. Veldig lytt så vi sov ikke den natten. Dårlig mulighet for å få låst døra ordentlig inne på rommet vi hadde. Dette er det verste vi har opplevd!

• Gaëlle (3/5): Creepy neighbourhood, empty moldy house. - The beds and floors were clean. The shower was nicely hot, and toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo were freely available. There was black mold on the walls of our room, which was rather humid as well. There were no kitchen utensils at al, not even a plate or glass. We found ancient moldy and ant-ridden leftover food in the cupboards. The staff member or owner who contacted us via WhatsApp was borderline harassing: we received dozens of messages to get a precise arriving time from us, even though she recognized later that she just needed us to know that check-in was after a given time. The hostel area was downright creepy and, we learnt later, actually unsafe after certain times. One of the bathrooms was missing its lock, and the hairdryer didn't work. The door handles were creaky and loud. And the insulation wasn't great since we could hear the neighbours' snoring.

• CANTO (4/5): incomodo - la verdad es que solo estuve por una noche y llegamos a 11 de noche y nos retiramos temprano las camas estaban sucias,la verdad que me acoste y me empezo a picar todo el cuerpo .revise las sabanas y estban sucias .tuve que acostarme sobre el cubre cama, soy una persona que sufre frio asi que con solo una colcha no dormi bien. al dia siguiente desarme las dos camas y efectivamente la de mi hijo tenia manchas oscuras y la mia tenia suciedad.

• Alan (8/5): - Very clean and comfortable. Located in a calm neighborhood. It says there is a kitchen, which is true. But since there is no crockery, no cutlery and no equipment there is little point in mentioning there is a kitchen. The doors also do not fit the frames correctly and require excessive force to close and open them. This causes a lot of noise which is disruptive. Time to look for a good woodworker.

• João (4/5): Stressante, problemática e não compensadora. - Da localização e do aspeto aparentemente limpo. Um constante cheiro desagradável no corredor próximo dos WCs (parecia cheiro relacionado com esgoto); Não existência de qualquer loiça para se conseguir preparar uma refeição e fazer a nossa alimentação, não existência de mesa e assentos na cozinha, o que torna a cozinha e o átrio adjacente (que até são estruturas razoáveis) uns espaços praticamente inúteis; Não existência duma simples televisão; Existência de hospedes (creio que residentes) conflituosos (não permitindo que, em plenas 10:00 da manhã conversássemos num tom de voz normal no átrio anexo à cozinha, o que sugere também problemas de isolamento acústico); Sem qualquer espaço para estacionar na zona e nas zonas adjacentes (o que nos levou a ser multados (100€), mesmo num local, entre duas entradas, que não estorvava ninguém); Enorme resistência para nos passarem uma fatura (que necessitávamos), levando 2 meses, após muita insistência, para nos passarem a fatura (e mesmo assim de forma muito incompleta, sem verificarem e colocarem a maior parte dos dados que enviamos).

• Isabella (7/5): - Shared bathrooms were decently clean and always available. You have to pay for air conditioning and the bed is not the most comfortable.
• Karline (4/5): - Als je hier in de zomer logeert kun je inderdaad mooi buiten zitten. Ik was hier in de winter en dus te koud om buiten te zitten. In de keuken geen tafel of stoel om op te zitten. Er was niets maar dan ook niets van keukengerei, niet eens een mok. Er waren wel kookplaten en een magnetron en een waterkoker. Ik heb mijn oploskoffie uit het dopje van mijn thermos moeten drinken. De airco (en dus ook verwarming) was tegen betaling. De muren waren van bordkarton en de deur van oa de gezamenlijk badkamer kon alleen hardhandig dichtgetrokken worden en dat was in de hele gang te horen.

• KATIA (1/5): Très mauvaise expérience !!! - La configuration de la maison est bien , et c'est ça qui est dommage, car le potentiel est là .... pour rendre le séjour agréable , le responsable doit se donner la peine de veiller au confort de ses voyageurs et qu'il prenne le soin de leur apporter toutes les fonctionnalités de base nécessaires , mais ce n'est pas le cas ! quand on lui envoie un message what's app pour lui dire les problèmes , il lit mais ne réponds pas , il s'en fout en fait , il a été payé et le reste c'est pas don problème .... Un plus appréciable c'est la terrasse de toit en effet, sauf qu'elle ne ressemble en rien aux photos malheureusement et très mal exploitée, très minimaliste et sans confort alors que c'est pas la place qui manque pour faire un lieu sympa ... Bilan : un lieu qui pourrait être très bien , à condition que le responsable corrige sa copie , arrête de mettre des photos mensongères sur le site , et soit plus attentif aux besoins , confort , et commodités nécessaires pour ses clients , et qu'il prenne le peine de répondre quand on lui envoie un message , mais ce n'est pas le cas . Il n'y a personne sur place , j'ai croisé la femme de ménage en partant , elle est livrée a elle même et visiblement il n'y a aucun contrôle de qualité ... Très décevant. 1/réservation non respectée, j'ai une réservation confirmée pour une chambre double avec un grand lit, et je me retrouve a dormir dans un lit de 90 ! Sur la photo de confirmation de ma chambre réservé , c'est un lit double , il y a une télé ... En réalité , je ne trouve rien de tout ça !! L'envers du décor !! 2/ J'ai envoyé un message avant mon arrivée pour préciser que j'ai absolument besoin du chauffage. Le responsable me répond , ne vois inquiétez pas , vous aurez juste à allumer la clim réversible chaud /froid avec la télécommande et chauffer à votre arrivée . Au final , j'appuie sur la télécommande et ça ne s'allume pas , j'ai passé la nuit sans chauffage , j'avais froid , j'ai dormi toute habillé dans ce petit lit de 90 !! De qui se moque t-on je vous le demande ?? on est quand même en hiver .. !! J'envoie un message le soir même au gérant , et aucune réponse bien sûr pourtant je vois l'accusé de lecture ! 3/ je sais qu'on ne peux pas cuisiner, donc cuire , ok je suis au courant . Même si c'est pas normal puisque on ne cohabite pas chez quelq'un , c'est un établissement totalement autonome ou les seuls résidents sont les clients et il y a bien une cuisine sur place , alors autant leur apporter le confort de se faire a manger. Ça ne dérange personne .Alors clairement la cuisine ne sert à rien , car même si on doit manger froid , prêt a consommer , absolument tous les placards de la cuisine sont vides, il n'y a ni 1 fourchette , ni 1 couteau, ni 1 cuillère , ni 1assiette , et pas 1 seul verre, ni 1 seule tasse pour se faire un café soluble le matin , tout est vide ! Donc même si on a acheté de la nourriture froide , il n'y a aucune commodité pour prendre notre repas froid . On fait comment , on mange avec ses doigts ? C'est ce que j'ai fait assise sur mon lit comme un homme de Cro-Magnon !

• Shobanaa (10/5): Would stay here again - The location was great, not too far from city centre. It was close to plenty of halal eateries and grocery stores. The staff was accommodating. Bathroom was very clean ! Steaming hot shower in winter ❤️ Thick warm blankets and duvet. I had my own space and privacy ( hardly bumped into anyone ) Lady in the room next door kept slamming her room door and stomp walking late night. It wasn’t the accommodation’s fault though.
