Please contact Pension City by telephone after booking to arrange the key handover and breakfast - the number is on the confirmation. Guests arriving Friday-Sunday or outside reception opening times must arrange this in advance. On Fridays, the reception is open between 08:00 and 12:00. Late check out is available for an extra fee depending on availability. If guests book a second night, they receive a chip to use the hotel's solarium. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Kerstin (3/5): Das geht besser! - Lage Sehr respektvoll gesagt: absolut unzeitgemäß. Wäre es als Montageunterkunft deklariert zu einem wesentlich günstigeren Preis, wüsste man, worauf man sich einlässt.

Piotr (2/5): Very poor - . In room number 3 there was no electricity for a day. In room 6 there are 2 mice living (although if you leave them some bits of bread they will not bite anything else as they won't be hungry). Bathrooms are far from clean and there is a problem with ventilation (if you don't leave the bathroom door open - a fuggy smell will be felt inside. if you do leave it open - it may however be in the whole room). One of our team staying alone in a 3 bedroom apartment has put his 2 friends (who came one day) overnight for 1 night. Before he managed to talk to the hotel owner how to settle it, the hotel has issued an invoice for over 1000EUR for 'additional 2 person apartment' that was not existent in the hotel for the whole 15 days (they wrote that in their opinion these two people haven't come for one night at the end of the stay, but were staying from the very beginning hiding in the 3 bedroom apartment with the guy who was living there...). Discussion ended with some strange comments about 'Turkish bazar' (even though we are not Turks, but it seems this is not a favourite nationality for the hotel owners...). Monty Python lives forever!
