The room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served at your convenience and was really good. Loved the daily activities in the street There was an issue with sewage smell caused by city works but the owner was aware and explained. Was going to be resolved soon

• Emil Mani (10/5): A lovely stay - It was clean, close to everything, host offered buses I could take home, activities I could do in the area, and was very helpful with an annoying request from my side, and Joani the host did it with a smile. Maybe more people, but that’s simply a result of the time I visited I think.

• Maria (8/5): Muy buen lugar para descansar con un buen lugar para comer - Excelente ubicación, la ropa de cama y las sabanas muy limpias. Buena calefacción. Tranquilo. Lo mejor de todo, en el primer piso está el restaurante del hotel, ahí está la dueña de casa, siempre con una sonrisa y te espera con un buen desayuno o comida. El hijo habla inglés. El baño en algunas ocasiones tenía un momento de olor.

• Kerrin (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay in this guesthouse. The bed was very comfortable, everything was perfectly clean & Joani & his mum are extremely hospitable. Breakfast is very good & hearty. I also enjoyed sitting on my balcony & being able to observe village life & the beautiful views of the hills. Nothing really - except being opposite a market, there is a little bit of noise as it gets started from about 6am. Just wear earplugs & you'll be fine.

• Thomas (10/5): Durch die Lage und der größe der Zimmer eine Empfehlung. Man kann hier quasi eine Halbpension genießen. - Die Unterkunft ist ein paar Meter vom touristischen Treiben entfernt und trotzdem in einer anderen Welt. Im Untergeschoß ist das dazugehörige Restaurant, dort gibt es Frühstück bzw. kann man dort ein recht gutes Abendessen abseits des Mainstream einnehmen.

Centrum op loop afstand en 3 supermarkten rechts van het verblijf. 20 á 30min. rijden naar de Thermische baden. De douche was wat minder maar dit mocht de pret niet drukken.

• kuz (9/5): Lungo la via delle terme - La guest house è gestita da una famiglia gentile e ospitale, la posizione è a pochi minuti dal centro. Buona la colazione dolce e salato, abbiamo anche cenato, semplice ma genuino. Qualità/prezzo direi che per chi vuole viaggiare e spendere il giusto è consigliato. Se devo dire qualcosa di negativo, la struttura non è idonea a persone con disabilità motorie, le camere sono al secondo piano. Problema che si riscontra in tutta Albania che abbiamo conosciuto.

• Jonny (10/5): Hotel con ristorante economico e super accogliente a Permet , Albania. - We only stayed one night and had a room in the back (2nd floor). The room was super clean and welcoming. Giulia made us feel right at home; she's a super kind and friendly host. We used Google Translate to communicate and immediately felt at ease. The restaurant is simple, but authentic, high-quality, and reasonably priced. The breakfast is original, both sweet and savory. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for Permet. Nulla

The room was comfortable and clean, you get all the value for your money. The street is a bit nosy, but you can close the window, and then it's ok.

• Albana (10/5): Exceptional - The house is located within a minute from all the coffee shops, bars restaurants, bakery, markets, pharmacy - everything is literally right there. My room was equipped with an air conditioner, fridge, bathroom, and had a balcony, it was very clean and quiet despite being close to downtown Permet. I loved the homemade breakfast in the morning; eggs, veggies, cheese, coffee, fresh melon. The owners (Joani and his mother) are very nice, respectful and helpful. I highly recommended this lovely place to anyone visiting Permet.

There should be a breakfast included, but they don't do it, they said it was mistake on booking.com As it is connected with kebab bistro they have gave me instead dinner(kebab). There was no hot water for shower. It is also a bit noisy due to the location between two streets and the kebab.

• Andrea (10/5): Nice and clean room with a great breakfast - Very clean room and comfortable bed in the center of Permët just a short walk from the bus station. Everything is easy to reach. The owner and his Mom are very nice and the breakfast made by his Mom ist extraordinary.

Hearty and delicious breakfast served in the bar&restaurant downstairs. The introduction given by the owner was short, but Joani turned out to be very helpful. He helped me arrange the rafting tour as well as the accommodation in another guesthouse. (I wanted to extend my stay, but Nako was fully booked.) Early check-out at 10 a.m. The bike rental seemed a bit overpriced.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Right in the heart of all the activities. Joani and his mother did everything to enable a very pleasurable stay there. • Garry (9/5): Central friendly stay - lovely welcome from a really friendly guy who showed us the apartment. It's literally in the centre of the town above a quiet resturant so expect some noise at night. The beds were comfy but firm, I like them like this but my wife didn't get much sleep. the room is spacious and has a nice balcony that looks out over the town. honestly it's a really nice spot. The beds had covers (belive it or not this isn't always the case even in the posher hotels in Albania) and there was a good tv. Breakfast in the morning was hot and came with fresh coffee which was lovely. Parking is on the street, there is plenty of it but mind you don't get hemmed in as they do double park a lot. The shower is not ace and needs fixing. it's also up two flights of stairs so may not suit someone less able bodied

• Solomon (9/5): A great place to stay where you are looked after kindly and can stay with beautiful view - Great little hotel right in the middle of Permet with a lovely owner/staff who are happy to take care of all your needs. Incredible value for a hotel experience, I was travelling alone so didn't want anywhere too expensive but got my own room with a mountain view, a whole bathroom and air conditioning. The breakfast included is great and there are nearby bakeries and fruit grocers as well. The beds, bathroom, floors are all clean and comfy! I would highly recommend a stay here if you're passing through Permet! Nothing! It was all fantastic.

• Eszter (7/5): Accommodation suitable for 1-2 nights - The room is on the top floor, so you have to climb some stairs. The host guy speaks English, he's nice. You can park your car in front of the house. As the city is not large, the accommodation is also close to all attractions. For breakfast we had a plate of rice, eggs, vegetables and watermelon. It was not very filling/delicious. The air conditioning in the room is very loud, the TV does not work. There are few shelves. We asked for water on arrival and he charged us for it.

Joan is very knowledgeable and he is always willing to help you organise a tour or sometimes to just contact the right people. Nako guesthouse is located right in the center of Permet and the whole city gives you the feeling of family warmth as people are extremely friendly. Will return soon for sure. A must do experience for every tourist that would like to experience the real Albania and meet the true Albanian people! 🇦🇱
