The first thing I'd like to mention is the impeccable cleanliness and homey comfort of the rooms. The hostess is an incredibly welcoming and warm woman who surrounded us with care, as if we were family. And the breakfast was simply delicious and very generous: everything was fresh, homemade, and truly luxurious. If you want to experience true Albanian hospitality, this is the place for you!

Clean and ample facilities are available. A very rich and varied breakfast was generously provided politely, and smilingly. Excellent location. Close to everything, nice tavernas, and several other tourist attractions. Within walking distance of the town center, highly recommended. Feeling at home, once in Permet, my family and I will definitely book Dimitri Guest House again It exceeded our expectations! Nothing.

Personal muy amable Muy céntrico y con posibilidad de aparcar en la misma calle. Las habitaciones están dentro de un bar y aunque están justo a la entrada no escuchamos ruido. Muy recomendable Quizás el colchón era demasiado blanco para nuestro gusto

• Lisa (10/5): - La propreté est irréprochable, la chambre sentait toujours très bon. La literie est très confortable et la chambre possède des volets (chose rare en Albanie !). Les petits déjeuners sont bons et très copieux. L'emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier calme à proximité de bons restaurants. Miranda a une personnalité affirmée qui peut surprendre au début, mais elle a un grand cœur. Il serait utile de préciser que la "machine à laver" indiquée dans les équipements n'est pas dans la chambre mais qu'il faut payer (5€ par machine). Toutefois, Miranda s'est si bien occupée de notre linge que ce prix est tout à fait justifié !
• Dominik (10/5): Apartament w idealnej lokalizacji - Pani prowadząca hotel była bardzo uprzejma i od razu się nami zaopiekowała. Guest house w idealnej lokalizacji, pokoje skromne, ale w dobrej cenie. Łazienka jedna z lepszych jakie mieliśmy w Albanii. Bardzo czysto. Wspaniałe śniadanie i obsługa!

Camera a fost micuță, dar impecabil de curată și primitoare – de la intrare se simțea un miros plăcut, iar așternuturile erau proaspete și parfumate. Totul era îngrijit până la cel mai mic detaliu. Gazda a fost foarte prietenoasă, mereu zâmbitoare și gata să ne ajute oricând am avut nevoie. Micul dejun a fost bogat și foarte gustos. Ne-am simțit minunat și recomandăm cu drag această locație! -

Mimo rezerwacji mniejszego pokoju dostaliśmy większy i wygodniejszy. Pokój w centrum pięknego miasteczka, bardzo czysty i elegancki. Parking był przy ulicy, ale nie było problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca. Przy okazji polecamy rafting rzeką Vjosa :). Wszystko super

• Eduart (10/5): A super experience. - Miranda was so nice during our stay and made our stay exceptional, one of the best of our lifes. The breakfast was full of delicious dishes. I'd recommend staying there, the place was clean, you had all the basic necessities. The location was very close to the center.

• Klejsi (10/5): Gjithcka perfekt - Qëndrimi ynë në Dimitri Guest House ishte vërtet i mrekullueshëm! Ambienti ishte shumë i pastër, i qetë dhe i rregulluar me shumë kujdes. Mikpritja ishte e ngrohtë dhe e sinqertë, na bënë të ndiheshim si në shtëpi. Dhoma ishte komode dhe me të gjitha kushtet që mund të kërkosh për një pushim të shkurtër dhe relaksues. Mëngjesi i përgatitur ishte fantastik. Pa dyshim do të kthehemi përsëri !

• Linda (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt mit wundervoller Gastgeberin - Alles hat gepasst. Die Lage war super, Betten waren bequem und die Größe des Zimmers war vollkommen ausreichend. Die Gastgeberin Miranda ist wundervoll und herzlich. Sie ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und ausgiebig. Das Bad ist klein, praktisch und sauber. Es gibt eine offene Dusche ohne Vorhang oder Kabine, sodass man ein wenig aufpassen muss das Bad nicht zu fluten.

• Nadja (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert, mitten im Zentrum, super sauber, tolles Frühstück, nichts zu beanstanden - Es war perfekt 😸👍 Super sauber, schön eingerichtet, gestärkte Bettwäsche und Handtücher, kleines sehr sauberes Badezimmer, Lage mitten im Zentrum, AC vorhanden. Es handelt sich um ein kleines Café das zusätzlich ein paar Zimmer anbietet. Man hat also immer die Möglichkeit schnell und unkompliziert einen Espresso oder ähnliches zu trinken. . Miranda, die Chefin ist total bemüht dass es den Gästen gutgeht. Das Frühstück war das beste von allen, die wir in Albanien bekommen haben - und das waren einige. Absolut top. Bei unserer Anreise haben wir auch noch frisches Obst von Miranda bekommen. Parkplatz an der Straße direkt vorm Haus. Hier würden wir immer wieder buchen. Schade daß wir nur einen kurzen Zwischenstopp gemacht haben. Permet und das guesthouse wären es wert auch länger zu bleiben.
• Martin (8/5): Worth the price - Nice clean room, great breakfast. Staff was helpful, location was close to the center and still far enough from rush. The only thing we felt uncomfortable was the bed - we had 2nights and both 2nights slept bad. Rooms and bedsheets was clean, bud we just didn’t sleep comfortably Rush from the street in the evening. Not that bad but when city staff come clean the rubbish and streets we have heard it well ( was about 30mins, nothing such terrible)

La habitación tiene baño con lavabo integrado, lo que significa que todo queda mojado al ducharse, pero hay que gestionarlo bien. Todo muy limpio y confortable, y muy buena predisposición por la propietaria para todo. Está muy cerca del núcleo del pueblo La propietaria, en según qué momentos del día (siesta o noche) duerme en la entrada del local, sorprende un poco al verla durmiendo allí, aunque da cierta sensación de seguridad del establecimiento.
