Braga (7/5): Brilho do sol - Ambiente excepcional Boa localização Atendimento do Amarildo espetacular Entendo como diária período de 24 horas, porém chegamos por volta das 17:00 do dia 28/03, fomos obrigados a sair as 12:00 do dia seguinte. O fato do local não ter café da manhã também torna a experiência pouco confortável pois temos que sair do local ou levar comida. No geral a experiência foi boa.

A organização, a decoração eu fiquei simplesmente encantada, a simpatia da Tatiane é sem igual, nos recebeu de forma super calorosa, me ajudou com a surpresa para o meu marido, e nos deixou super a vontade, sem contar a vista maravilhosa que o quarto tem, e o aconchego que o lugar trás, enfim só tenho elogios e mais elogios para este lugar maravilhoso! nada, tudo me agradou
Alexandre (10/5): - Gostei de tudo. Primeiramente, a comunicação com a Tatiane foi excelente, super solicita e preocupada com o conforto do hóspede. As instalações são ótimas, vc se sente em casa. E por fim, a praia Vermelha do Centro é simplesmente sensacional e a hospedagem fica ao lado, não dá 2 minutos a pé hehe. Recomendo a todos passar uns dias nas Suites Brilho do Sol!! Obrigado e parabéns Tatiane e marido! Gostei de tudo

Andrijana (7/5): Mixed Feelings - Location is great if you want the real flavour of Brazil and Ubatuba, by the beach, off-the-beaten path. The place is clean and decent, the cleaning lady is very very nice! The host before we came seemed really nice and caring, she borrowed us her tax number to buy the bus tickets (which is why 7/10). Many things unfortunately went wrong. First, this place is not for foreigners; if you arrive a bit later than promised and have no internet, you will need to scream around the house to enter (you will likely be late bcs of the traffic). There is a number provided, but if you have no internet, you cannot contact the host. Second, payment in cash. Ubatuba has very very few cash machines, far from the suites (min 1 h walking). We went around the entire town and walked 2 hours per day in order to get cash for the payment. Until we did, the owner asked us all over again did we get the money, knocking on our door, texting etc. Once we did pay, she was not able to provide receipt, she said she needs a couple of days (this is very unprofessional). Bring the cash right away if you can (for me the best option was local cash machine and I just entered Brazil that afternoon). Third, last night I wanted to give honest feedback to the host, with good intentions and a couple of comments that could help her improve her services, and she - refused to listen (I was impressed, she literally told me she does not want to talk about it; ps it was in her language). The host is only nice when the things go great. Fourth, the bed is uncomfortable - we stayed 6 nights, this place is for 2-3 nights max. Fifth, there was no soap to wash the hands, we asked for it and two days later we got it; in other words - you need to ask for everything in order to get it (which, in my opinion, is making the guest feel a bit uncomfortable). All in all, I wanted to share all this with the host in person, but because she refused, I have to write it here.
