Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine très propre et bien entretenue ! Le personnel était accueillant et gentil, il nous a même montré leur perroquet 🦜 ! Se situe à 20 minutes à pied de l’entrée Tayrona donc peu de magasins pour se réapprovisionner mais possibilité d’être livré par plusieurs restaurants.

L'endroit est très agréable, calme, la piscine est grande et propre, les cabanes sont très mignonnes et comfortables, et le personnel est très attentionné, toujours prêt à donner des renseignements et venir en aide. Vraiment idéal et le prix est très raisonnable pour la région, les cabanes se situent à 20min à pieds de l'entrée du parc Tayrona. Le seul petit commentaire est qu'il n'y avait pas de miroir dans ma cabane

• Carina (8/5): Great & calm place to discover Tayrona Park - So much value for the price. Loved our little Cabañas - it was functional but totally fine. The staff was friendly and always ready to help us with our questions. They have a nice rooftop that you can use - from which you can see so many cool birds (we did not know it belongs to the place at first). The animals from the place are so lovely, too. The street next to the hostel is a bit loud sometimes - but on the other hand, it allows you to take the bus without any walking time (to Tayrona Park or Santa Marta). The beds left me and my friend with backpain in the morning but overall we slept good. The breakfast is good and included. The coffee had some ants in it...but was ok. One thing to recommend to the owner: My Cabaña did not have a mirror - would have been nice to have one in the room or bathroom.

• Jorge Luis (8/5): La pasamos muy bien, muy tranquilo el ambiente. - Muy tranquilo el ambiente que se respira alrededor, la piscina es muy fresca y como las cabañas están ubicadas en medio de la vegetación el clima es muy fresco. Lo único problema es que la cabaña que nos correspondió estaba muy cerca a la troncal del caribe y el ruido que producían los camiones y las flotas a toda velocidad rompían con la tranquilidad del lugar.

El desayuno es rico y suficiente (café, huevos, arepa, zumo de frutas). La piscina es grande y está siempre impecable, ideal para a un chapuzón vespertino a la vuelta de las excursiones. Carlos, el encargado, es muy simpático y solícito. Cuida a dos perros mansos y un perico multicolor. Hay habitaciones frente a la piscina y, subiendo una cuesta, una serie de cabañas pequeñas de una habitación con baño privado. En la cima de la colina hay una cabaña de dos habitaciones con una vista espectacular, ventilador, heladera (nevera), y aseos de uso común debajo (dos duchas de agua fría y dos vaters). (No recuerdo si en el resto de las habitaciones hay aire acondicionado pero en las 5 noches que pasé allí no sentí que fuera necesario). La ubicación es excelente: sobre la carretera entre Santa Marta (menos de una hora desde allí en autobús) y La Guajira; a 15 minutos andando de una de las entradas al Parque Tayrona (Taquilla El Zaino, a 3 minutos en autobús); y cerca de varias atracciones en dirección a La Guajira: en autobús demora 5 minutos a Playa Los Cocos (o media hora andando), 10 minutos a Poza Encantada o a Playa Mendihuaca, 40 minutos a Palomino (ya en La Guajira); etc.. Frente al hotel y paralelo a la carretera está el rio Piedras. Yo lo crucé a pie y caminando media hora llegué a la casi vacía Playa los Naranjos, en la desembocadura del rio. Muy cerca de las cabañas (a un minuto andando) está el restaurante de carretera "Los Mechones": sencillo, bueno y muy económico. Y a cinco minutos, un almacén: La Tienda de Martha.

• Aillaud (9/5): 1 courte nuit à tayrona - Nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la soirée à cause d'une grève qui bloquait les routes. Malgré cela, nous avons s été très bien accueillis. Chambre simple et propre entourée de verdure. Nous ont gardé nos valises pendant 2 jours le temps que nous allions au parc tayrona. Un peu bruyant car proche de la route. Mais cela doit être le cas de tous les hôtels se situant dans le secteur.

The staff were very helpful and stored our bags for the night while we went to Tayrona national park. You can order food from a nearby restaurant or there’s a place to eat just a couple of minutes walk away.

• Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect little spot to stay pre/post a night in Tayrona! We stayed here one night before camping in Tayrona and one night after. The staff were incredibly helpful and allowed us to keep the rest of our belongings in our room while we camped in Tayrona without booking an extra night, helped us to order dinner from a local restaurant when we didn't feel like going out, and allowed us to serve ourselves from the bar when it had passed the closing time. While the rooms are not the most extravagant, the bed was clean and comfortable with great AC to keep us cold which felt like heaven after a night in a tent! There is a great outdoor area, perfect for relaxing in or out of the sun, that has a massive pool which is spotlessly clean. There is also a very cute and friendly hostel dog, who is worth a stay on his own.

• Paula (8/5): Quiet Hotel - The manager of the hotel was really nice and recommended a local restaurant just outside the hotel where we could eat like locals (or more like truck drivers). The food was cheap and tasty. The cabin was quiet and private, with clean facilities and a nice, well-maintained pool. We naively decided to walk from El Zaino, the entrance to Tayrona, to our hotel, thinking it would be fine. However, there is no sidewalk, so we were literally walking along a highway and even had to run to cross a bridge. It was a bit risky, especially since it was getting close to sunset, and there is no lighting on that highway. I would definitely recommend taking a motorbike to get to the hotel safely.

You're pretty near to the entrance of the tayrona national park (about 20' by foot). There was some noise from the highway, just bring some earplugs and you'll be fine. The toilets were quite small. There were no lockers in the dorm. It wasn't bothering me, as I was the only one staying in the dorm and only stayed for one night. But with a full dorm I would prefer to have lockers in the room.

The staff was abosulety lovely and very helpful . I was the only guest in the whole hostel the two days I was there ! They were getting ready for the high season. The place is beautiful with a great pool and surrounded by nature . It is superclose to the main entrance of tayrona park , you definitely can walk there by the road or you can take a 5 minutes bus that stops just across the street. I totally recommend this hostel if you want to have a chill time after the long hikes in tayrona Park.

They took care of us very well. They asked frequently if we needed something and brought what we needed to our room. They were so kind! It was very convenient to communicate by WhatsApp with them. The room and the pool were very nice. Because the room was next to the highway, there was a lot of noice, especially in the night.

The swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself and relax which is very nice. You can also get cold drinks for a fair price all day long. The room was in very good condition and clean. Last but not least the owners are very warmhearted and they help you out with everything (carrying luggage, food order, taxi call, luggage storage,...). We would recommend Cabañas Orlando y Más Na 100%! Nothing to complain

No hot water in the shower but the pool was warm!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This property was very clean and well kept! The walk to town was about a 15 minute trek, which wasn’t bad, but know you’ll be in for a walk along a busy road when going to the park or to town for dinner. Also the highway noise could be loud at night at times. The room was still very comfortable otherwise.

Clean, simple and had a nice balcony - we asked for a mosquito net, which they brought right away - we had a slight plumbing issue, which they fixed right away - while they don’t provide meals usually, you can order breakfast for an additional charge. Breakfast was really nice (some of the best arepas con queso we have had) - really good value for money - noise from the main road can be heard from the Cabañas, but this isn’t the fault of the hotel
• Aneta (10/5): The best stay in Colombia ! - Just in one word- amazing! We saw the best sunset from this hotel, view is amazing for Tayrona park. We slept so good, and wake up with birds voices, Wifi the best in Colombia, we could watch movies in our bed. We regret that we moved to another hostel ( very expensive in the near ). Really really recommend! 15 minutes to Tayrona park entrance ! Perfect

• Evie (5/5): Passable - The pool area was nice and it was clean. The staff were friendly. The limited facilities - there is no restaurant and as there is really nothing around this isn’t ideal. You can order takeaway from two places, but there are no snacks for daytime. Our room had some issues - there is a hole in the shower tray which meant that as the drain was blocked, the whole bathroom flooded so we had a very wet floor for the whole time we were there. Expect very basic but I guess the price reflects that!
• Ekaterina (10/5): The best accomodation we had in Colombia, will definitely come back. - Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable accomodation, everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious. Swimming pool area is perfect for relaxation. We could check in early and were given a choice of either apartment or cabaña. You can pay by card which is very convenient. Entrance to Tayrona, shops, restaurants and the nearest beach is within walking distance. Staff helped us with our luggage and on check out helped us to catch a bus to Santa Marta. Would be nice if restaurant was open in the evening and bar had more options for drinks.
• Serajedden (9/5): Superb - The host was very friendly and accommodating, and the pool area was relaxed. There is a restaurant located 5 minutes away. The room we had was next to the road, and as the walls were thin you could hear the trucks and buses pas by. The breakfast was not great.

• Sarah (9/5): Superb - We booked this accommodation for one night before attending the lost city tour which was perfect because the hotel is right next to the entrance of the track. The room is small and simple but has all you need to stay there for a small amount of time. For some extra money you can choose your breakfast out of some possibilities. They made an effort with the breakfast and it was tasty. The people working there are very friendly and helpful. We even had the possibility to leave our luggage there for three nights during the lost city tour. We were very happy about that. We recommend you to make a reservation for dinner in the accommodation because there are not so many nice restaurants close-by.
• Rik (6/5): Pleasant - Really nice place, good swimming pool, good rooms and nice opportunity to order food. The hotel is next to the road, which is fairly busy with trucks and other heavy traffic. Especially in the economy double rooms, you are right next to this road, and the walls of the room are very very thin (they could, and should be soundproofed!). So it is like sleeping on a highway....
