• Bindels (7/5): Cheap stay for travel in adequate room - Stayed as part of travel; arrived late and departed early. Room was unlocked with the key on the door, I did not see any person of staff at all. The room was spacious and clean, and it was very suited to staying while traveling through. It may have more amenities than I listed; I did not try out many things. There was no person of staff to be found, and the phone number listed as "staff at any time of day" went to voicemail. The room curtains cannot close fully. The bathroom looks luxurious, but the shower is only enclosed with a curtain next to the toilet, making it feel cheap. The hotel itself is situated on an industrial complex, making it harder to find and feel less safe, even though it's only 150m from the nearest residential neighborhood.

• Enrico (3/5): - There was no functioning heating in the room upon arrival (in midwinter at -5C outside), and no hot water for a shower in the morning. The room was poorly insulated from the cold and noise. The location felt somewhat unsafe in an industrial area outside of the town.
• Christiaan (9/5): - Excellent value for money. We stayed one night for a break during a long drive. The beds were amazingly comfortable, private bathroom was great. The host contacted me on how to do the self check-in. This was really helpful since we didn't knew how late we would arrive. Place was clean and smelled fresh. For this price, highly recommended. The location is quite remote.

• Edit (9/5): Great hotel, would definitely recommend - I liked the en suite room we stayed in for one night. It was clean with an amazing shower, the room was warm after we put the heating on. There was a fridge in the room, which we didn't use but very handy if anyone need it. We liked that we just walked in, the keys were in the door and when we were ready the next day, we just had to leave the keys in the door. The room was freezing when we arrived and the windows open. It is December and it took a bit of time to work out the heating system and get the room up to a comfortable temperature. The other thing is the double duvet is too small for two people. Also, we didn't realise we made the second booking seven days later and that room didn't have a bathroom. That was like a flashback in time to Uni dorm days. We should have looked at the description more. But we would stay here again regardless, but will choose an en suite.

• NOP1050 (1/5): NIcht mal für den Preis ist es für eine Familie oder Urlaubs Übernachtung geeignet! - Nichts, es war einfach Grausam! Die Sauberkeit die nicht vorhanden war! Seifenspender sah aus wie schon 100 mal wiederverwendet und Leer war er auch noch! Es war sehr sehr viel kaputt! Lose Fußleisten usw. Man konnte das Zimmer nicht richtig abdunkeln weil die Gardienen nicht zu gingen. Es hat im Haus entweder nach Essen gerochen oder im Zimmer und besonders die Betwäsche nach unmengen an Duftspray bzw. Weichspühler. Selbst die Haut hat nach dem schlafen nach dem Weichspühler gerochen!

• Paul (8/5): Good serviced rooms in rural landscape, ideal for a short stay. - Good serviced room in very quiet atmosphere, low fares and it was possible, to use a shared kitchen. Was getting to long after a few days, I recommend staying here for under a week, partly noise neighbors.

Беше обявена самостоятелна стая с баня и тоалетна,а се оказа,че на етажа е ОБЩА банята и тоалетната и то в едно помещение. В стаята ароматизатор с отвратителна и натрапчива миризма. Ужасно неудобни легла,с протъркани чаршафи и износени кърпи на лекета. За възглавниците нямам думи,на сутринта всичко ме болеше по тялото. За тази цена има доста по добри места за настаняване......

Alles is netjes, met water in een theeautomaat of Nescofi.(nederlands) Svaka čast vlasnicima hotela. Čim sam izvršio rezervaciju, dobio sam poziv da potvrdim broj sobe. Nisam video nikoga. Sve je uredno, sa vodom u aparatu za čaj ili Nescofi. (croatish)

• Eva (8/5): Uns hat es gefallen. Wir würden wieder kommen - Sauberes, gut duftendes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Hatten eine Dusche und ein WC in unserem Zimmer, alles tipptopp. Das Personal hat uns via Mail informiert, welches Zimmer wir haben, wo der Schlüssel ist. Uns hat nicht gestört, dass kein Personal da war. Ein Zettel und eine Handy Nummer hängt aus, wenn man Personal benötigt. Auf der Internet Seite steht, es gibt kein Frühstück- darauf konnten wir uns deshalb einstellen und es war kein Problem, da wir uns etwas beim Bäcker geholt haben. Eine Leiste am Boden war abgelöst. Haben nur durch Zufall unter einem Tisch im Gang einen Zettel mit dem WLAN Zugang gefunden. Meiner Meinung nach wäre es besser, wenn ein Zettel im Zimmer aushängt.

Es ist mir nicht gelungen die Telefonnummer, die bei Booking COM angegeben wird, ist falsch. Es gab keine Handtücher in ausreichende Maße. Die Einrichtung und die Betten lassen von der Qualität zu wünschen übrig.

Schlechte Kommunikation - meine vorab via Booking.com geschickte eMail mit den Details meiner Firmenbezeichung, die auf der Rechnung angegeben werden sollte, wurde komplett ignoriert. Bis jetzt (4 Tage nach Abreise) habe ich noch immer keine Rechnung bekommen, obwohl mir zugesagt worden ist, dass ich diese per eMail als .pdf sofort bekommen würde.

• Olesja (3/5): - Wir sind ca um 22:00 angekommen, war niemand da, dann hat eine Frau per Camera gesagt, dass wir sollen ins Zimmer 9 gehen. Sie hat nur gefragt, ob ich gebucht habe. Ich habe gesagt, ja. Das Zimmer war komplett falsch, sehr klein mit 1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten und voll klein, obwohl ich habe Zimmer 25 qm mit 2 Doppelbetten gebucht . Im Zimmer gibt’s kein Toilette und keine Dusche, wir müssten rausgehen. Mir hat das nicht gefallen .
