• JENNY (10/5): We loved the location, the view, the location, and the friendliness and safety of the stay. - The suite we booked had 2 king size beds which is great for us 4 adults and the everyday morning view was so beautiful. We love the location. The owners were very nice. They did house cleaning everyday. The rooms were much prettier than the booking site. That it didn't have AC in the room. It had one fan. We had to open the sliding doors for some breeze which caused some of the mosquitoes to fly in sometimes.

• Christopher (10/5): - Beautiful property. Outstanding view. Bunk room was different, but fun for a couple nights. Staff were helpful and accommodating. A bottle of filtered water in the room would be nice. I had just come from Medellín where the tap water is potable but wasn't sure about Filandia. A short trip to the store solved the issue, but as a traveler the water situation in Colombia is a bit complicated.

• Heather (9/5): Couldn't ask for better! - The outdoor lounging space is exceptional! Beautifully decorated with exceptional views, it was the perfect place for an evening drink or morning coffee. The room was charming, spacious, and perfectly equipped. It has a wonderful cozy cabin feel. We were surprised to find such a fantastic place so conveniently located only steps from shops and restaurants. Our host was very friendly and had great restaurant suggestions nearby.

• Anusree (9/5): Lovely stay in Filandia - Filandia is a cute little town, and this property is close to evertything, but away from the crowds. And the best part of our stay was the view over the surrounding countryside. We had a suite and plenty of space. There was some noise at night because it was Christmas time, but it's not the property's fault. For a 3-star hotel, we were surprised to see no shampoo. We asked and we're provided 2 packs. They are not set up for breakfast, but there was not even a coffeemaker in the room, although there was ample space. This made the mornings less comfortable than desired.

• Angela Maria (8/5): Beautiful place. - The view and how close was to the downtown. Noise. It was a construction close to the hotel and all the noise started very early in the morning. Also, someone left the car lights on and they were yelling to find the owner of the car, and our sleeping was disturbed by that yelling.

• fuentes (10/5): I can't express enough how amazing this experience was. - The location was amazing. Everything was out of the world, although cloudy the sunset view, left me speechless. The staff made us feel welcomed and just beyond comfortable. Check-in was a breeze, and they were happy to answer all our questions, giving us great info about local attractions. I can't express enough how amazing this experience was! The bathroom was a bit tight. It didn't feel like there was enough space to spread out or put anything down.

• Bertha (10/5): UN LUGAR AL QUE REGRESARIA SIN PENSARLO - El desayuno no está incluido, ya lo sabíamos pero nos enviaron a un lugar excelente, "Pan de bono" donde desayunamos muy sabroso y con una excelente atención. El alojamiento es un lugar familiar cosa que se ve en cada detalle, la habitación que nos tocó contaba con todo lo necesario, amplia y con una decoración linda, cuidado todo, ,muy acorde al pueblo y muy acogedor . El anfitrión, el Sr Hugo muy amable, definitivamente recomiendo mucho alojarse en este hotel, ademas que esta sumamente muy bien ubicado. Todo me gusto

La habitación abajo a la derecha nada más entrar tiene pared al lado un restaurnate con música, hasta que no cierra el ruido está en la habitación. Te ponen tapones en la habitación y los usamos. Quitando eso todo lo demás perfecto.

No hay desayuno, aunque existe la opción de cafés y bebidas en el alojamiento. Gran oferta de bares y comercios alrededor. A destacar la amabilidad del propietario y del personal que trabajaba y la información que nos ofreció para disfrutar de Filandia y alrededores. Volvería, sin duda. Nada

La habitación es bonita y ubicación buenaz Las sábanas son muy pequeñas, apenas te llegan para cubrirte, si te cubres destapas a tu pareja y si se cubre él te destapas tú. Nos pasó en ls 2 habitaciones. Comprad sábanas acordes al tamaño de la cama, por favor. El agua de la ducha solo sale; o ardiendo que no puedes estar debajo, o congelada que tampoco. No hay término medio

• Enrico (9/5): - La struttura è in pieno centro a Filandia ma leggermente defilata dalla confusione della piazza centrale, con una vista incredibile sulle vallate circostanti. Le camere come gli spazi comuni sono accoglienti. Massima pulizia e disponibilità dei gestori che offrono molti consigli su attività e servizi. Peccato la vicinanza di locali rumorosi (ma in Colombia è normale) e che non offrano la colazione (nelle vicinanze ci sono comunque varie opzioni per farla).

• Juan Miguel (9/5): - La ubicacion del alojamiento es perfecta dentro de la ciudad pero con buenas viastas, con un fantastico mirador a la puesta del sol que hace honor al nombre del alojamiento. Habitacion confortable, un poco justa en dimensiones para 4 personas, con camas mas que aceptables en comodidad, con el solo pero de las almohadas. Una demasiado dura y otra demasiado blanda. No hay desayunos en el establecimiento, si bien existen abundantes restaurantes y cafes en proximidad que hacen que no sea un problema real. Un poco ruidoso al inicio de la noche al haber un restaurante en proximidad con musica en alto volumen.

NO FRILLS NO A/C and no windows so I would not stay here agian The room was SUPER TINY and if you are back packing then it may work for you to stay and crash but the room was too eclectic for me. They had tremendous rains and it all washed under the door and got things in the room wet which made it smell musty for our stay however The views were amazing

There's a hammock and a great view. The aesthetic is eccentric DIY. We liked it but recognize that it may not be for everyone.

The location of property on edge of Finlandia gives one a feeling of being out in countryside inspite of having all amenities of town right there. Our arrival time was Sunday afternoon when Finlandia was packed with visitors from Pereira and Armenia. If you travel during high season as we did, best to arrive during week, not weekend.

We stayed 2 nights in the Garden Room and an additional night in the Suite (as the Garden Room was pre booked). Both were lovely and spacious. Helpful host who speaks English. We took a jeep at 9.00 a.m. from the square to Salento from where we booked another jeep to Valle de Cauco to walk the 5 hour loop which was fabulous! We booked a taxi to return to Filandia from Salento rather than hang around for a jeep which are not frequent in the afternoon from Salento to to Filandia. We think Filandia is a much nicer base than Salento! El Coqui recommended for breakfast and dinner. Nothing - all very good!

• Swana (10/5): We loved our stay here! 💛 - Everything! We booked the double room and it was super comfy, very clean and had a very modern bathroom with hot water and good amenities. The room is also very private and has plenty of storage opportunities for our backpacks. It was cozy and the bed comfy. The view from the terrace is heavenly! 🌿🦜 Staff is also super friendly and very reachable for any questions. Plus: the accomodation is just a few minutes walk to everything important, like e.g. the Willy Jeeps and Buses that go to surrounding cities/towns. For us, this stay was an absolute highlight on our Colombia trip!

The cabins are all very handmade wooden style the whole place is so lovely. Dogs and cats are very friendly I felt so peaceful at the hotel. The room smelled so nice as well. Bed is a bit small and stiff for two adults. Having said that I still had a wonderful sleep since the place is very peaceful.

• Dan (7/5): Good stay overall but a bit noisy - Good location, very clean, friendly staff, great views The walls are very thin so you hear everything going on inside the hostel and outside on the road. We were woken each morning by mopeds going past the window.
