• Marine (9/5): - Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Giulia avec qui nous avions eu des échanges via WhatsApp avant l'arrivée. La chambre est très confortable et propre, située à 5 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport (donc parfait pour une arrivée tardive ou un départ tôt le matin comme nous). D'ailleurs Giulia nous a réservé un taxi pour notre départ et tout s'est très bien passé (mais 23 euros pour 5 minutes). Nous avons apprécié le plateau petit-déjeuner (+ bouilloire et café) ainsi que la petite bouteille de vin offerte. La maison est située sur une rue très passante donc on entend le bruit des voitures la nuit mais nous avons bien dormi. Le prix de la chambre est peut-être un peu cher au regard de la localisation mais c'est Florence.

If I ever need a place to stay near the airport I will definitely stay here again. If I ever need to stay near the airport again I will stay here, but take a taxi to and from. Was definitely a bit much walking with my backpack....

• Helen (10/5): Overall, this is a great place to stay for the beginning and end of your trip in Florence. - The room was beautiful and spacious, and Giulia, our host, was a delight to interact with! very warm and helpful, with a lovely tray of snacks in addition to coffee/ tea and the accompanying plates, mugs etc. She also gave us an amazing rec for a restaurant down the street which we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise, with a 10% discount!! The home was just a 7 min drive from the airport, perfect for our last night in Florence if a little far out in terms of public transit from downtown.

With my kids coming in late, transportation was arranged, and they were able to check in late. I recommend this place to anyone that needs to stay close to the airport. Perfect place for the night!

Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood away from the main road. Guilia was quick to respond with any questions and check in/check out process was easy. On a very busy road. Steep staircase to get to the house (but they helped with carrying the luggage).

Located a few minutes from Florence airport. So many little details like umbrellas for walking, great restaurant recommendation, and our host arranged 4:50am taxi (and the driver arrived early and was waiting for us)! Attention to every detail. Highly recommend the Shabby Chic!!!

Coffee was available as well as some sweets for breakfast. The shower was amazing. Situated in a very nice residential area, with a grocery store that has reasonable prices, unlike central Florence. Far from central Florence. A good 45 min. By walk and transport.

• Staci (8/5): Very good - Room was comfortable. I think it was the most comfortable bed I slept on while in Italy. I didn't like that they wanted me to use Whatsapp, but I was grateful they didn't make me. The staff was willing to communicate through Booking instead when I asked.

It was exceptional so clean and nice..Giulia speaks perfect English and was so kind she pre booked us an early morning taxi which worked great. I’m not sure what there is to explore from here but definitely the nicest place in our Italy trip. • Hildreth (10/5): Delightful little spot in Florence, near airport - Gulia was simply delightful, checking on our arrival time, helping us with taxi arrangements to the airport and suggesting wonderful dining. It's a clean, quiet little spot and we wished we could have stayed longer than 1 night. Bathroom was well equipped with all the necessities. Breakfast was a wonderful treat, as was mini bar with a few extras we found! Steps with a ton of luggage are a challenge. 3rd bed was extremely uncomfortable with boards obviously sticking out and resulting in our son having a bad night sleep. A new mattress on that bed is definitely an investment they need to make.

The room was large, private barber room, spotless, very friendly staff and they have great recommendations for near by restaurant’s. Bus stop is near so it is easy to leave the neighborhood and make it into town (10-15 min bus ride) or you can enjoy a long walk through a beautiful park along the river into town!

• Flavia (9/5): Convenient to the Airport! - This property is very convenient to the airport for super early flights. It was super clean and the hosts were very nice. The bed and pillows were memory foam and very comfortable. We stay in a 5 star hotel the night before and the bed was more comfortable than the one there! The shower water didn’t stay hot very long, so I took a cold shower.

• Nilavarasi (10/5): Pleasant stay - It was a pleasant stay. The rooms and toilets are well cleaned. The bathroom and toilet is separate from the room which only we can access. The management staff is friendly and started talking to us before one day of stay regarding the ways to reach home, it was helpful. The room is spacious for 2-3 person. We even got bus tickets from them and ofcourse it is paid, but if we didn't get it from them, we can't able to travel because nearby bus stop don't have tickets. We did early morning checkin by paying extra 15 euros. It was a peaceful and pleasant stay.
