• Jose Luis (1/5): Miedo y asco a la vez. - Dificil de encontrar ya que es un piso particular. En el piso vive Franco el anfitrión, la casa huele a cerrado y humedad. Las habitaciones con camas de 80 cm dispares de altura. La ropa de cama amontonada en sillas. Las fotos no corresponden. No hay derecho a alquilar algo asi. Siendo gratis la estancia no pasaria la noche alli. BOOKING TIENE LA GRAN CULPA AL NO COMPROBAR si se reunen las condiciones minimas de limpieza y mantenimiento para alquilar. • Lizaveta (3/5): Ужасно грязно! - Расположение. И на этом все хорошее закончилось. Хозяин доброжелателен, но увы.... Абсолютно все!. Реальность и фото ... нет слов. Грязно, не просто грязно, а ужасно грязно! Это квартира, в которой живёт сам хозяин и он сдаёт свои комнаты, в наш пр езд к нему приходили гости на всю ночь, было шумно. Душ - я не смогла туда зайти- мне было противно просто. Хозяин сам вроде и старался, но элементарно просто помыть посуду он не в состоянии, помыть туалет, помыть что то вообще в доме, это что-то из области фантастики для него видимо.

• Jimena (6/5): Is good just for one night - The host was very kind and nice, he gave us a few tips for the city. The location is very good, near from the center. The clean of the room and the bathroom was ok, but the bed wasnt comfy.

The bathroom is very clean. - The location is good, 20 minutes from the railway station, and main attractions. The bus and streetcar stops are 5-min walk. There is a very good supermarket 2-min away, and a laundromat. The owner - Franco, is very nice and friendly. He speaks English, and is happy to give any recommendations about the city. The cigarette smell. And the bed linen is not fresh. It is also very humid in the room.

When you look at the booking page of this property, is not clearly stating that you are in someone’s else’s house! The owner of the house is an elder man, is just an uncomfortable to be received like that without previously knowing. Furthermore, the bathroom didn’t had any lock/didn’t look properly giving off a creepy and weird vibe as you basically have no privacy. The house has a weird smell and it’s not very clean.

• Emiliya (7/5): Good for one-two nights stay - Price was not high. Location: easy to get from city center by train. We had a coffee in the morning even though breakfast was not included into price We could not wish something better for the price we paid.

• Stone (8/5): A good affordable place to stay with easy tram access to the historical center . . . - CozyandConfortable is what it advertises to be. The room was comfortable and clean in the home of our friendly host. The beds were comfortable. Our room had air conditioning, which we really didn't need but I am glad we had as an option in case it got hot. The bathroom was clean and hot water was plenty. Kitchen is a bit cluttered but adequate. There was some construction work happening on the unit upstairs that was pretty loud during the time we were there (three days). Fortunately, the workers arrived around 8 in the morning and were gone by the time we'd return from a long days worth of sightseeing, so in the end it didn't affect us much. There are two rooms. We had the one facing the street. Despite this, street noise didn't seem to affect us as there is good insulation and the window is designed to keep noise out as well. Nevertheless, there are two rooms to rent, and the other inward facing room might be nicer.

We recommend to Booking to review in detail this offer - nothing is complying with the description. It is a shame for Booking having such offer in your system!!! We feel cheated because the description from Booking did not include important details about the accommodation: 1) There was no privacy because the apartment owner, who was probably well over 70 years old, also lived in his apartment. 2) Almost all the descriptions of the things and appliances that could be read on booking can be found in the owner's private living area. 3) The hygienic conditions in the (shared...) bathroom, in the room, etc. were terrible. 4) We did not use the bedding but slept in our own sleeping bags.

• Marcela (5/5): The owner lives there... - Location is relatively near to the center 1). The owner lives there - that wasn't written in the description, otherwise I wouldn't have booked it. Personally, i don't like going to the kitchen/breakfast area and finding an old man in a robe having coffee. Obviously, it's his house so I can't complain - something like that should be underlined in the description of the property, even if one reads the comments it's not clear that he lives there. 2) the only things that get cleaned in the bathroom are the toilet seat, the sink and the shower FLOOR. The shower doors are filthy, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. 3) the towels are regular house towels (all colors, some worned) that are NOT sanitized. I'm not sure if that respects Italian regulations regarding room renting.

• Renee (7/5): Good location to tram stop that takes your right into the city centre. Lovey Italian man that’s owes the property is ext - Good location. Easy check in. Very lovely Italian man that owes the property. Sets up breakfast for you and very helpful for directions.

We could leave our luggage the next day. The room was different from the picture we saw. We shared the bathroom with the owner and two other hosted girls, but it was okay.

It was located just outside of the centre with easy access to public transport within a short walking distance. Franco was very helpful from the moment we arrived and provided us with information about the locality and how to get to different places. The room was clean and spacious for three people and the toilet and shower facilities were of high standard for a shared area. An ideal and affordable stay for a short trip to Florence.

• Vadim (8/5): A perfect base for exploring Florence - Franco is a super accommodating and friendly host. It was pleasure chatting with him about local sights and the history of Florence at the sweet Italian breakfast, served with croissants, pastries and excellent strong coffee. Actually, the downtown is a quick 15-20 minutes walk, the apartment being a convenient base for exploring the city. The room is very private and has a lot of the host's personal touches, and the shared facilities are always accessible and properly maintained. Franco was also very kind to let us use the fridge and leave our luggage after check-out. Some of the fixtures may be renovated or replaced, but there are no serious issues overall.

• 渚 (4/5): All are as a price. - Cheap. Friendly owner. Very close to trum station. Not so clean. Room with web. Noisy and uncomfortable air conditioner. There is no individual bathroom. According to the booking.com, there was 3 single beds but actually 2+1.
• Chcepe (5/5): Passable - The owner is very kind and accommodating, he speaks english well. The apartment itself is also quite big. There is air conditioning which is nice during summer when it's very hot in Firenze. Location of the apartment is 5 mins close to the tram stop which will take you to Sana Maria Novella (center) in 15-20mins. Breakfast is served with fresh coffee, croissants, chocolate spread, yogurt, and juice. The apartment has old furnitures that are not necessary to be there, it makes the apartment look old and not cozy. The photos in the ad are a little bit deceiving. It's also quite uncomfortable to move around as there are old ornaments everywhere. Some stuff are dusty and not so clean. Toilet is okay but can be cleaner. Shower has some molds.
