La habitación daba a un amplio jardín. La despersonalización en la llegada, entrada lúgubre sin vida; falta de decoración que realce el entorno mas alegre y colorido. Para llegar a las habitaciones pasillos tipo túnel aunque ahí si estaba iluminado. En caso de alguna urgencia nos encontrábamos desamparados. No volvería.

Everything was perfect and the price was also fair! Initially when coming in through the front door it’s a little scary because the hallway has no light until you get to the front door of the hotel. After you get in everything is perfect!

The room was overpriced for the experience we had. The shower was unacceptable—the main shower didn’t work at all, and the handheld shower had extremely weak water pressure. The refrigerator also did not work properly, even after we contacted the staff for assistance, which was especially inconvenient as we needed it to store medication. Very disappointing stay. Although the design may look modern at first glance, the room itself feels cheap and outdated, with old furniture and a door that was difficult to close properly.

I asked for a quiet room after a long 23 hour flight and one of the doors in the room was connected to a hallway and somebody was trying to open with their key. Also since this is a self check in hotel, there is no front desk, no staff that you could leave your bags with at time of check out..

• Lukáš (8/5): - Pěkné ubytování blízko nádraží ve Florencii. Pěší vzdálenost do centra a kolem celkem dost restaurací, blízko také Carrefour express. Malé plus je i úžasná vyhlášená lékárna/parfumerie hned naproti ubytování! (Někdo ocení:)) Pokoj byl čistý, útulný, spíš menší, ale stačí. Personál velmi ochotný, velmi nám pomohlo možnost nechat kufr v ubytování ještě před check-in. Koupelna byla možná až moc malá a večer bylo v pokoji trochu chladno. Klimatizace fungovala, ale je umístěná nahoře u stropu (který je trochu větší), takže tím efektivita klimatizace trochu ztrácí.

• Lok Ching (9/5): Overall it's great experience, it's the most cost effective room I booked in my Italy trip - The customer support replies very promptly, and the room's interior design is very pretty. The hotel is a bit difficult to find because it does not have a big logo on the front door. It also requires online check-in beforehand, it would be nice if they can email me the online check-in link instead of just messaging.

The location was great - walking distance to everything. The room was a little small but that was similar to other hotels we stayed in Venice and Rome. Very clean and comfortable room.

El sistema de self check in funciona a la perfección. El dueño está atento desde antes de la llegada y hace recomendaciones para tener una estadía confortable y conocer la ciudad así como de lugares de gastronomía y supermercados cercanos. • Valentina (10/5): Luckily I didn’t judge based on the rating - I read many reviews and decided to give it a go as the price was very affordable, fair and the apartment had amazing location. Luckily I booked it! The apartment is exceptional in every way! It was spotless (cleanliness is the most important segment for me), comfortable, warm, has a private garden, available coffee. We were allowed to leave our luggage after our check out free of charge, which meant a lot to us, thank you! Definitely exceptional, gladly we found it!
