• delio (10/5): Bello in un quartiere elegante e vicino a tutto con servizi di autobus e metro nelle vicinanze. - Bella posizione vicina al centro in un bel quartiere. Camera molto grande e confortevole e ben arredata . Diciamo le scale da fare essendo all‘ ultimo piano ma essendoci anche il ristorante sotto Bisogna capire questa esigenza. . Ristorante di un certo livello da provare assolutamente . Il proprietario sempre pronto alla comunicazione e molto gentile nel spiegare le cose .

Las escaleras para llegar a la habitacion son super agotadoras. Seria estupendo si dejaran algunos cubiertos y platos para aquellos que traemos comida de afuera para comer en la habitación.

• Elodie (9/5): - Très bel établissement, idéalement situé. Le logement était impeccable, très propre et décoré avec goût, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment agréable. Petit point d’attention toutefois : l’accès au logement se fait par plusieurs étages (trois à monter), ce qui peut être contraignant, surtout avec des valises. mais arrivés dans les toits vous ne le regretterez pas. Malgré cela, l’expérience reste très positive grâce à la qualité du logement et à son emplacement.

• Pablo (9/5): Buena opción de alojamiento en el centro de Bruselas - Alojamiento agradable y bien ubicado en el centro de Bruselas. Calidad-precio e instalaciones adecuadas. La entrada por el lateral de la terraza de un restaurante era un poco extraña y el primer día tuvimos que esperar un poco al checkin. Además, el número de escaleras era considerable.
• Elisabet (9/5): Un apartamento con mucho encanto muy cerca del centro pero tranquilo - La ubicación es perfecta, estás muy cerca del Centro (10 minutos a pie de la Grand Place) y de la estación Central (7 minutos a pie) en un barrio tranquilo y agradable. A dos pasos del Mont des Arts. El apartamento tiene mucho encanto y para una familia de 4 es ideal. Dado que estás en la parte de arriba del edificio (el altillo), la bañera es algo incómoda ya que no hay cortina y hay que ducharse de rodillas y la presión del agua no es muy fuerte. Son tres tramos de escaleras sin ascensor pero como en la mayoría de edificios antiguos. Las camas individuales están pegadas a las vigas del techo (con algún clavo antiguo oxidado) y mi hijo se dió un buen coscorrón al despertarse.

• Mahdieh (6/5): It's not convenient stay - The stay had several practical issues that made it quite uncomfortable. There is no lift, and the stairs are very steep and difficult to use, especially when carrying luggage. From a safety perspective, they did not feel very secure. The studio is located above a restaurant, which made access inconvenient you often have to ask people to move away from the entrance just to get in and out. Additionally, the building seems poorly insulated or structured, as the entire flat shakes whenever cars pass by on the street, which was quite disturbing. Overall, it may not be a suitable option for guests with luggage or those looking for a comfortable and stable stay.

• Sabine (9/5): Schönes, großes und toll gelegenes Zimmer im Herzen von Brüssel. - Die Unterkunft ist total schön gelegen, mitten am Sablon Platz. Unsere Aussicht war direkt auf die Église Notre-Dame des Victoires au Sablon, eine katholische Kirche aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, es gab gratis Wasser, Kaffee und Tee, einen Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle, eine große saubere Dusche und ein abgetrenntes WC. Alles war sehr sauber und einladend. Außerdem viel Stauraum (zwei Schränke und viele Schübe) und sogar ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen waren vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind stilvolleingerichtet, es gab viel Lichtquellen, um es sich abends auch mal gemütlich zu machen und einen Fernseher, mit Netflix, YouTube und vielen Programmen. Die Unterkunft sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Fotos hier auf Booking. Einziger Minuspunkt für uns persönlich: die Betten sind sehr hart und je nachdem was man gewohnt ist, leidet ein wenig die Erholung im Schlaf, weil der Rücken schmerzt und man schwierig eine bequeme Position findet. Auch der Aufstieg ist für manche vielleicht etwas beschwerlich, die Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei im dritten Stock mit teils spannenden Treppenstufen. Aber alles machbar. :)

• Marijke (8/5): Midden in hartje Brussel, boven een restaurant, waar we ook heerlijk gegeten hebben - Hele ruime kamer Mijn telefoon had problemen om de mail te openen met de toegangscode. Kwam uiteindelijk goed. Verder moet je 3 trappen op tot je prachtige kamer, maar dat is de kamer wel waard
• Derek (7/5): Nice but lots of stairs if you have luggage or mobility issues - The space was large night and clean, and cozy in the evening. Almost four flights of steep and sometimes slanted stairs. This was not noted until the message saying our room was charged and could not be reversed. Our luggage was horrible trying to drag and carry up these stairs, if I had known this I would have not booked.

• Kristín (10/5): Amazing location and an absolute adventure to stay there. - Beautiful room, spacious, easy to air out, and amazing to have a fireplace. Very comfortable bed. The location was excellent — close to everything. One drawback was that there was no proper shower, only a handheld shower. The stairs are also a bit challenging — especially when going down with luggage.

• Kari (10/5): Amazing location and super comfy! - Beautiful location. Perfect for a family of 4 with a second bedroom area for the kids and warm fireplace. Cozy beds and super clean! Eat check in. Would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to everything! The flights of stairs were a challenge with luggage but worth it. The shower doesn’t hang from ceiling, you have to take a bath to use. It was a bit awkward.

Beliggenheden var fantastisk. Desværre havde jeg ikke været opmærksom på, at der ikke var aircondition i lejligheden - min fejl. Manglende Air condition Lejligheden ligger i tagetagen og med en udendørs temperatur på 28 grader må du forvente at falde i søvn til 35 grader i lejligheden. Den trænger i den grad til aircondition, da det absolut er helt uudholdeligt at falde i søvn til de temperaturer. Men som sagt levede lejligheden op til det vi havde bestilt, og mere til.

Lovely staff in the restaurant downstairs who showed me how to access the doors etc. They even let me leave my large suitcase downstairs, so I didn't have to try to lug it up all the stairs. This is only a very small thing but the pillows were very soft. I also didn't read the advert fully, and there are lots of stairs to get to the room! I was travelling for 5 weeks and managed to pack my smaller suitcase to take up to the room. But this meant leaving my big suitcase in the back access area behind the restaurant. But the staff were happy to do that! The acoustics from the neighbouring apartments also aren't great. I would hear them walking in and out at all hours.

• heidi (8/5): Zeer mooie ruime kamer op een toplocatie - Top locatie. Vlak bij centraal station, metro en tram en op loopafstand van de Grote Markt. Zeer ruime en mooie kamer. De mogelijkheid om de koffers op te bergen voor en na het verblijf vonden we niet echt “veilig”. We moesten de koffers gewoon in de inkomhal zetten…. Er was nochtans genoeg ruimte op de verdieping om een afgesloten kast of zo te voorzien om koffers op te bergen. De tv werkte niet. Ik heb de eigenaar via chat gecontacteerd. Men zou zo vlug mogelijk iemand sturen om het op te lossen maar dat is niet gebeurd. Spijtig…

• Savina (9/5): Mooie kamer in leuke buurt - Mooi en gezellig, proper, goed gelegen. Goed contact met eigenaar Mijn kamer was helemaal boven gelegen in een oud (mooi) herenhuis. Traptredes zijn wat scheef en je moet dus je dus even goed concentreren om helemaal boven te geraken. Ik weeet ook niet hoe het qua brandveiligheid zit want als er iets gebeurt zit je daar wel helemaal boven vast…

• Marta (9/5): Inolvidable estancia en Bruselas en Navidad - El alojamiento tiene un encanto especial porque se encuentra en el precioso barrio de Sablon, lugar de residencia de burgueses y artistas en épocas pasadas. Debajo del alojamiento está ubicado el restaurante Au Vieux Saint Martin con una carta excelente donde degustar platos típicos belgas en un precioso entorno. Por lo demás, una habitación ideal para visitar todo el centro de Bruselas debido a que se encuentra a tan sólo 10 minutos de la estación central de tren y del casco antiguo. Estancias amplias tipo loft con vistas a la Plaza de Sablon espectacularmente decorada en Navidad. Quiero puntualizar que el hotel no tiene ascensor y las habitaciones se encuentran en la 3º planta del edificio, dato importante para turistas con movilidad reducida.

Walkable to metro, bus, centre, etc +Beautiful view +Mini fridge AND microwave in room! +Clear and easy to understand check in instructions + 2 bottles of water and a variety to toiletries available upon arrival +Loads of info about the city and things to do / places to eat from the owner -Entrance is blocked by restaurant seating so makes coming and going so very awkward when you have to ask people to leave their seats so you can pass. Most folks were understanding. One person was visibly annoyed I asked her to make space for me to pass by. Not the hotel's fault. -Due to an event, "Les nocturnes du salon", there was loud music, drummers and dj sets until VERY late in the night/morning (02:45 my first night and about 01:00 my second night). It was extremely frustrating and while not the fault of the accommodation, I really wish I'd known beforehand that such a raucous event would be taking place during my stay. It would have given me the chance to choose a different location. I was so exhausted from jetlag and work and was very relieved that I would have the opportunity to relax and get a good nights rest but that thought was swiftly taken away when I realised the chaotic noise outside my window would continue on into the late night/early morning. Even with the windows closed and curtains drawn the noise and musical vibrations persisted.

The amount of stairs were insane, no room temperature control found, one window panel wouldn’t close properly and no shower rack to hold soap/shampoo or decent space to put/hang toiletries or in bath area. Little things to make a big difference.
• Alex (7/5): - Despite reading some poor reviews I enjoyed my stay. The room is clean and spacious with a nice view. Well located. Access is an issue. The entrance is not obvious. While the access codes worked, despite reading everything in advance and the reviews I still had to ask questions from busy restaurant staff on how to get in. This is far from ideal. Also while not an issue for me, the staircase is steep and would be difficult for anyone with any mobility issues.

There was a festival on the doorstep blaring loud music whilst we tried to get our young kids to sleep - loud in the room until midnight. We wouldn’t have stayed with our young family if the host had let us know. We were exhausted and couldn’t stay a second night of this. The communication from the host was terrible. First they dismissed us with a blanket ‘no refunds’ (we had been due to stay 3 nights) and no negotiation. Then completely ignored us. We are trying to seek a refund

• MITCHELL (5/5): Clean and excellent location, but don't expect much else. Cheap for a reason. - Great location right in the heart of Brussels. Clean. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Self check-in was great. The noise from the family room above was unbearable. Kids running and jumping around all hours of the morning and night. Honestly sounded like a heard of elephants above us. Contacted the owner who said they would ask the other occupants to watch the noise, but no change. The restaurant continually places patrons in front of the door. They were always lovely about it, but having to ask people to move virtually every single time we entered or exited the building became very annoying. Was also frustrating having to weave through the random boxes/bicycles/luggage/other piles of junk that were continually left along the entrance corridor (which also happens to be the emergency exit). We were given 2 coffee pods for a 4 night stay.

Très joli cadre mais des prestations un peu en dessous de l’attendu - La surface de cette chambre charmante et très agréable Pas de chauffage à notre arrivée donc chambre très froide et difficile de trouver les radiateurs. Ménage quotidien très aléatoire les lits ne sont pas faits tous les jours ce qui est un minimum dans cette catégorie de prix . La couette est bien trop petite pour le lit qui lui est de bonne taille.

They were very kind and allowed me to check in several hours early when I wasn’t feeling well. The location is very good as well The luggage storage is just the back hallway of the restaurant, I had no issues with it but probably best not to leave valuables.

• Cindy (10/5): Mooie loft, ideale uitvalsbasis om Brussel te verkennen. - De locatie aan de Zavel is perfect om Brussel te ontdekken. De kamer is heel smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij vonden de smalle trap naar de 3de verdieping geen probleem. Aanrader!

• Jörg (1/5): Lost in Brüssel! - Die Lage in Brüssel ist sehr zentral. Das Zimmer ist recht geräumig Das Zimmer konnte nur über Codeschlosser geöffnet werden. Ab 16:00 Uhr sollte das Zimmer bezugsfertig sein. Um 17:00 war das Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt und für Neubezug vorbereitet. Telefonisch oder per Mail war niemand zu erreichen. Wir haben es mehr als 30 min versucht. Wir mussten uns notgedrungen für den doppelten Preis kurzfristig eine neues Zimmer suchen. Im Nachgang haben wir, als Entschädigung, um einen Übernachtungsgutschein ersucht. Dem wurde nicht entsprochen. Den Übernachtungspreis haben rückerstatte bekommen. Eine insgesamt sehr negative Erfahrung!
