• Mobin (5/5): Nice Location and humble host, but Too Expensive for the Quality - The location was great — close to Hallstatt and easy to find. The building itself is quite old, but that actually gave it a nice charm. Inside, it was decorated with old, memorable photos that made the place feel warm and nostalgic. The lady who gave me the keys was kind and humble. Despite some negative reviews I read, she is not flexible in late check in; but in my case, when I asked to check in two hours later than initial booking confirmation, around 19.45- 20.00 she was fine with it and just kindly asked me not to come later than 20.00. I really appreciated her flexibility! The parking area was perfect — safe, spacious, and right next to the apartment. When I woke up in the morning and looked outside, the view was just amazing. Such a peaceful and beautiful start to the day. Breakfast was simple; I didn't expect to receive like 4-5start hotels, but still, it was nice. There wasn’t a cappuccino, but she prepared a small spread with some tomato, cucumber, and paprika slices, a few kinds of cheese, ham, a boiled egg, and some yogurt. I had breakfast while listening to the radio playing softly in the background — it felt so homey and relaxing. However it was not worth 160 Euro; overall, I enjoyed my stay. One night is definitely more than enough with this price and facilities; I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than that. It’s not fancy, but it’s cozy, somewhat clean, a bit old-fashioned, and full of character. There are a few things that really need improvement. The price was quite high for the quality and service offered. The room and towels had a noticeable damp smell, probably due to the age of the property, and even the towels carried the same odor. The basic amenities were also lacking — the paper tissues and hand wash ran out within just a few hours of my stay. In addition, there was no water boiler in the room or anywhere in the building, which made it impossible to prepare a simple cup of tea in the evening. The host was speaking only Deutsch; which makes the communication though and might result in some misunderstanding due to miscommunication. Overall, the experience didn’t quite match the price paid. With a few upgrades and better attention to guest comfort, this place could be much better.

• Ursula (4/5): Die Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen. - Das Zimmer war passabel. Das Haus macht einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Das Frühstück war eher bescheiden. Der Kaffee ungeniessbar. Sie wartete bis um Punkt 8 Uhr bis sie die Brötchen brachte. Die Gäste warteten schon.

• hilda (7/5): Goed, met vraagteken - Prima locatie , mevrouw was vriendelijk. Leuk balkon. Vlakbij doorgaande weg, waardoor verkeer lawaai. Het is een in bedrijf zijnde boerderij waardoor je ook in de boeren geur zit. Ontbijt was heel basic , geen aanbod op allergie intolerantie gebied. ( eerlijkheid gebied te zeggen dat we dit ook niet hadden doorgegeven)

• Carmen (5/5): - Das Foto bei booking.com dürfte schon älter sein. Die ganze Unterkunft ist ein bisschen runtergekommen. Vom Pferdemisthaufen direkt neben dem Parkplatz, will ich erst gar nicht anfangen. Der Pferdegestank zieht sich durch das ganze Haus. Zum Glück im Zimmer nicht. Das Badezimmer war bis auf die Staubschicht, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet.

• catherine (1/5): I shall try and forget it. - The building was quite attractive and the room was comfortable The woman who ran the property should not be in the hospitality business. Wouldn’t answer the door for ages, after ringing the bell multiple times. When we went to pay at 7.45 am next morning she refused, saying we had to wait until after 8 am. However we had a ferry to catch. She screamed abuse in German, a truly horrible experience. A truly nasty woman.

• Ludger (5/5): Sucht euch lieber was anderes! - Ganz ehrlich, Strobl und der Kirchenwirt (tolle Bedienung mit Lederhosen.) Seltsamer Empfang, der formale Empfang mit Unterschrift auf Gästekarte war wichtiger als freundliche Worte nach einer regenreichen Anfahrt mit dem Rad. Kein Internet, und katastrophaler Fernsehempfang. Frühstück einfach, überall Hinweisschilder was man nicht darf. Und das alles für 161 € pro Nacht im Doppelzimmer,, sorry aber einige Anbieter sollten es lieber sein lassen.

A reggeli eléggé sovány választékú. Nem szeretem, például, ha a teát úgy kapom, hogy beleteszik a számomra ismeretlen filtert egy kancsóba, s abból önthetek. Az ár-érték arány a többi hasonló szállásunkhoz képest nem elfogadható.

Leider haben sich unsere Zimmernachbarn bis nach 23 Uhr auf dem Balkon unterhalten, was sehr störend war bei geöffnetem Fenster. Vielleicht sollte man ab 22 Uhr Nachtruhe einführen. Viele machen hier "Stop" auf der Durchreise und wollen früh weiterfahren, da braucht man seinen Schlaf.

• Michal Munzar (8/5): Two nights near Wolfgangsee - Very kind owner, nice place for couple of nights. Everything was clean, breakfast was alright. Check-in is possible only up to 18, usually - a little limitation. There were no regular glasses in the room, just plastic ones. The light on the balcony was automatically switch on, we couldn't handle it in order to limit the amount of mosquitoes flying all over. It's a pity in summer.
