- Tudor (8/5): Cool place in the city center - Is located in the city center, next to Ledra street and to the UN demilitarised zone. Everything is in walking distance. The rooms were really sunny. Overall, a really cool place. The windows are quite old and we got there on a rainy day and the balcony was flooded, we couldn't use it after the rain stopped.

- Kosta (7/5): -
- Mayersha (9/5): - Comfortable, tiny apartment in the city centre, could be noisy but you know that it will be so if you choose that location 🤠 A bit dusty, and water drain in the shower could be cleaned better, but overall it was tidy and cozy
- Tetiana (7/5): - Close to centre of Nicosia There is no TV. And probably because windows are old and thin it is very noisy in after 12am. People return from parties and it is very noisy.

- Khaled (9/5): Niv - Good Every thing is nice
- Khwanchanok (5/5): Passable -
- สันป่าเป้า (8/5): Everything good only bathroom not clean very well -
- Victor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharyn (9/5): One of the cheaper options in Nicosia and reasonably good value - Great location and is fairly well appointed. Responsive manager. The shower is tiny.
- Andria (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lidiya (7/5): It was good for the money, but I expected a quieter experience. - The studio is spacious, sunny and provides a beautiful view from the balcony. Plus, it is located basically in the old centre. Everything inside was clean. 1. At night, at about 1-2 am, a big truck would come to collect garbage downstairs, and the sound of that was awful. It would last for about 20 minutes. Then, in the early morning, they would start taking out old furniture from a shop (or former shop) in front of the building and breaking the furniture. That would last a few hours. Overall, it was very stressful in terms of sound.
2. There was either tea or coffee in the room, although there were boxes for tea/coffee.
3. The big metal entrance door downstairs was very difficult to open and close every time.
- Defne (8/5): Very good -
- Eleni (10/5): Exceptional - great room, we loved the little window with the view being ledras street. Very comfy:) the only thing that got us struggling was the parking space. Every parking near by was always full and had time limit and we had to pay. so we had to relocate the car many times.
- Aikaterini (8/5): Very good -
- Moh'd (1/5): HORRENDOUS, SHOCKING, AND APPALLING - Being near the heart of nicosia. Nothing else is interesting about this property. This should not be listed for people Everything was dreadful from the check-in experience, entrance, room quality and cleanliness. The bedding wasn’t clean, there are a lot of COCKROACHES and in various sizes.
The electricity is not stable as I was informed not to use the water heater and AC unit to work together as the electricity go down.
Above all is the cleanliness, there are cockroaches, spilled coffee on the counter sides, spots over the towel cover, and above all there were utensils and tableware and they expected me to use and wash in the bathroom sink which is completely unaccepted.
Additionally, the bathroom is a whole another experience as the toilet itself is not well glued or perfectly installed screwed to the surface.
- Nick (8/5): Downtown heart of city - a nostalgic room with a view - Location and ergonomics of place Shower in particular à little too tight
- Manpp (7/5): Good - The location is perfect for visiting the city and the room was cozy and comfortable The room would benefit from some thick windows to isolate the external sounds
- Sushil (3/5): Poor - Near to main Street Lidra apartment really needs renovation and repairs all the available facilities are in poor condition
- Kristián (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ibrahim (5/5): Passable - Location Host not cooprative
- Panayiotis (6/5): I will avoid it next time - The location was perfect in the old town The quality of the studio was poor compare to the photos on the page.
No sound proof at all ..so was an evnt in the square opposite and was so terrible noise
- Nikoleta (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, easy and convenient for anything you need, super cosy, specious, light, and comfortable. We loved our time there.
- Fritha (2/5): Great location, but very noisy apartment - Great location Traffic and street noise was horrendous
- Guilherme (10/5): Perfect spot, very clean and confortable - Very good accommodation in the heart of Nicosia. First of all, it's perfectly spotted: in less than a 5-minute walk you can get to Phaneromenis Church, Ledras Street, Ledras Border (to the Northern area), supermarket, restaurants, and shops. The self-check-in is pretty easy, you'll receive instructions before your arrival. It's a small bath-and-bedroom apartment on the second floor (just stairs), very clean and comfortable. The bed is soft and basic furniture is enough for travelers. The Internet is pretty good. The bathroom is well equipped, just had a little fight with the shower, but got hot water at the end (the owner gave me instructions in messages on how to handle it). The price is common for this level of accommodation all over Cyprus (a little bit more than most southern European destinations, but still very affordable). Highly recommend it. The surroundings are a little bit noisy at night, especially the damm garbage truck. The owner provides earplugs - USE IT!
- Lisa (9/5): Superb -
- Dimitrios (7/5): Not very descent - Good location. The studio has the essentials and it is quite elegant. Old broken windows which do not close completely and with no soundproofing. At night, music and cars may not let you sleep. Some dirt on the furniture.
- Alex (1/5): STAY AWAY - took my money and ran - Never obtained access to the property. So...nothing. They took my money and left me on the street. Where does one start? Rang owner when I arrived at property to inform them that I could not access the property. The stairs were steep and narrow with little for support to climb - there are no lifts. The person who answered said they would need to speak to the "owner". It turns out - they are the owner on Booking.com. They lied. Never obtained access to the property. Booking.com requested the owner refund the payment made - the owner never responded. Never saw the inside. Sent over 50 whasapp messages, sms, emails to the owner pleading for support/assistance. No answer. Stone silence. Took my money and ran. Had to book a place through a competitor website to obtain a safe and accessible place to stay. So disappointed. Such a poor / terrible advertisement for Nicosia and Booking.com.
- Ourania (5/5): Passable -
- Riccardo (6/5): Pleasant - removed empty beer cans from the balcony during our stay without notifying us
- Carlotta (1/5): Terribile House and don’t exist communication with the property. - Absolutely nothing. A dilapidated, dirty house with broken windows, hair on the floor and we even found the bathroom with urine from the previous person. Shower all rusty and encrusted. Broken windows, broken chairs and dirty bed. A terrible place that I would not recommend to anyone. We left immediately the house at 01 o clock am and we paid for a hotel room for five nights. When we try to get in touch with the owner SHE HAS NEVER ANSWERED. All. Absolutely nothing. - Jan (9/5): Superb -
- Filippo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - It's so well located so everything is near. The place is really nice, clean and comfortable especially if you planning to stay for a short period of time. I didn't have access to the balcony as it was locked. If you are with luggage just to know there is no elevator so you have to carry your things all the way up. The street right next to the building is a one way so it was often so noisy.
- Dario (8/5): Very good - Close to the border with the Turkish part.
Clean and confortable apartment.
- Fatma (10/5): Amazing -
- Anna (7/5): Good - In the heart of the old city, perfect position, good instruction to reach the building and the key, nice bedroom Little bathroom, the light there wasn't working
- Christina (8/5): Very good - The location is great, really really central. Checki-in and check out very easy. Hot water system a bit complicated (although it seems that this is common in cyprus). Not a big problem in summer. The bed was comfortable but rather noisy.
- Mantzouris (8/5): Very good -
- Georgi (10/5): Exceptional - It was very beautiful Not clean
- Manon (8/5): it is a great location, however very noisy at night even during quiet days of the week - location was perfect very noisy
- Christina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (7/5): Good -
- Christina (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked this small room with the beautiful view from the fensterfront. It was very clean and the check-in was comfortable. The shower was very small, but it was okay for our short stay.
- Raymond (8/5): 2 night stay in Nicosia - Clean and comfortable. Central location close to everything in the old town. Enough facilities for our short stay. Very good shower as long as you heat the water for 10 minutes. Very noisy outside, especially at night. The host supplied earplugs and even though I brought my own, there was no noise cancelling. Bars and clubs were very loud until 3/4 am. Didn't help that windows were cracked and broken in places. Mosque also very close.
- Billie (10/5): Exceptional - 'Unique' is certainly the word! Particularly in terms of location in the heart of old Nicosia, right up against the buffer zone. The studio is a short walk from the main sights of the old city, as well as the Ledra Street crossing. Self check-in and check-out were very smooth, with good communication from the hosts.
- Ra'fat (8/5): Very good -
- Paola (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcel (3/5): Look around a bit more before deciding on this place - The location is excellent it's right where you want to be. Just about everything else. The fridge was practically full of expired food. The place wasn't as clean as you would expect. The place has an aircon but you can't use it. I talked to the owner to ask about it they said they would come by to help and they didn't. Overall I would recommend looking around more before choosing this place.
- Mickaela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sopio (7/5): Good -
- Jiri (10/5): A comfortable, unique experience right at the green line with easy access everywhere - It's the last house before the buffer zone starts, in the very center of Nicosia, within a walking distance of literally everything, including the Ledra checkpoint, a supermarket, some nice cafés, restaurants... Provided balcony even offers a unique view of the buffer zone, simply the best place to book for those fascinated by the modern history of Cyprus. Among the regular things - check-in and communication with the host were all fast and simple, the instructions were clear and comprehensive, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a 4-day trip including some simple kitchen amenities and useful guides on where to visit (we found some real gems thanks to these). Altogether a great stay was provided to us! Nothing major, we did find a small ant colony next to the window, but they were just minding their own business and only stayed on their path near the window. Also one of the European-style plug adapters was not working properly for us, luckily we had our own.
- Paweł (7/5): It Depends :) - Guys - if you plan to visit Cyprus during the "hot" part of the year I highly recommend this accommodation.
Why?
- Owner of the flat - ideally contact
- Localization - the flat is located 2 minutes by walk from Ledra Check Point
- Price / Quality is just brilliant
During spring / summer or autumn - I will give 9/10. I lived in the apartment at the beginning of February - this is the coldest part of the year in Cyprus and I know it before I booked the apartment coz it Was my fourth visit to the Island.
Guys outside Cyprus- be careful - Cyprus flats usually don't have a heating system like in "continental" Europe - Cypriots use air conditioning to heat apartments during winter.
This apartment is a really cold place - for example, the windows are just only very thin glass and have holes in them so it means during the night the temperature is low - you will sleep under a blanket and duvet + wear a hoodie and long trousers.
Think bout it if you want to book this apartment during Cyprus' "winter".
- Youness (7/5): Good - good location and easy to reach it is very noisy outside during night
- Ergin (8/5): Very good -
- Arunima (9/5): Superb -
- Rony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ibrahim (9/5): Superb -
- Konstantinos (7/5): Good -
- Anna (9/5): Very comfortable lovely central location - The studio was very spacious and comfortable, with a lot of light and furnished with taste. It had a big comfortable bed, nice bedding, a very big wardrobe and a cute bathroom. Nothing too fancy, but with a lot of taste and everything one could need. Even a kettle to make some tea. Our favorite part was the Kebab place downstairs: a lovely restaurant with amazingly kind people who helped us and made the whole experience perfect. The only problem with the location was the noise. The street is pretty noisy and you can hear it all from the studio. If you are a light sleeper then its not for you. If, on the other hand, you are ok with a bit of caos, then its alright :)
- Kornél (9/5): Cozy little apartment in the center of Nicosia - Apartment is right in the center, equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. Ideal for couples and solo travelers. The windows seem quite old therefore they don't provide much noise cancellation. But the owner provided earplugs, so we could have a good night's sleep.
- Anna (3/5): Poor -
- Christina (7/5): Great location, charming town! - Location amazing! Price exceptional for a very charming apartment. Despite instructions on water heater, we never received an ounce of it
- Emmanuel (6/5): my stay experience - The location is nice I cannot turn around in the shower as is such a very small cubicle.
The place is also not for a person carrying large luggage due to the number of steps to climb.
- Alex (9/5): Superb -
- Tania (8/5): Beating heart of Nicosia - Great location, on the heart of the old city, in a special neighborhood, near the best place to visit and just in the corner of the check-point..and, there is a public parking for who arrive in car..is perfect to explore Nicosia..the apartment is equipped with everything you need and clean the exposure of the apartment makes it very hot during the sultry days, but with a little care, the problem is bypassed .. being in the center of gravity of the nightlife, during the night it could be slightly noisy
