Jéssica (8/5): Very good - Property is beautifully done and their staff are wonderful! Lovely people, location and amazing breakfast. A.C. didn’t work at all and it was too hot to be able to sleep. We understand Caraíva is a rustic village with limited resources and gets very busy during their highest season. However, for the level and cost of staying in this property something has to be figured out to generate electricity. Unfortunately we didn't sleep for the 2 nights we stayed there. If A.C. had worked I would give this cute pousada a 10 rate. I did a lot of research and Casa das Conchas was always on top of my list.

It can be noisy during the evenings for to the proximity to a bar (nice one, by the way). The music cess at midnight max.
