Fleur (10/5): Perfect fall out base to visit San Gil - We had the pleasure of staying here for 5 nights, and honestly, it didn’t feel like enough. San Gil has so much to offer, and this hostel is the perfect base to explore everything the area has to offer. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast (only €3) is excellent, with fresh fruit of your choice, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. I also surprised my fiancée with a honeymoon package, which was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

Het helpen met regelen van activiteiten, super vriendelijk en hebben de verjaardag van mijn vriend speciaal gemaakt met ballonnen! Voelde echt alsof we bij een familie op bezoek waren waar we warm welkom werden geheten. De douche is moeilijk te stellen tot een warme temperatuur, maar lukt uiteindelijk wel.

La habitación era muy amplia, limpia y con un estilo muy bien conseguido respetando la casa antigua e incluyendo elementos modernos. El personal de la recepción era muy amable y nos asesoraron con actividades y restaurantes. También destacar el desayuno el cual es abundante y a buen precio. Las tortitas hechas por la “mamá “ estaban riquísimas 🙂 Añadiría una papelera en la habitación! Todo lo demás nos encantó 👏

Anna (1/5): Scam - The man at the reception is really nice and none of what happened is his fault. Be warned, the dorm prices are a scam. The price on Booking is 6€ (29700$ ~) total for 3 persons in the dorm. They still try to charge us 6€ per person saying it's an error and it's Booking's fault. This is their choosing of settings on Booking website. No commercial gesture, except arguing that the normal price is 34000$, so it's a favor to make us pay 29700$ each. The thing is the "34000$" price appears nowhere on Booking... And in fact it's absolutely not our fault, we booked it BECAUSE of the cheap price. They did not even try to offer any arrangement.

Daniel (10/5): - Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel! Das ganze Haus ist nicht nur schön gestaltet, sondern auch durchweg sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die vielen Outdoor-Aktivitäten, die perfekt für alle sind, die gerne draußen unterwegs sind und etwas erleben wollen. Das junge Team vor Ort ist unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und sorgt sofort dafür, dass man sich willkommen fühlt. Insgesamt ein rundum toller Ort. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras, limpias y cómodas, ideal para descansar después de un día de actividades. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la atención del personal, especialmente Karen, quien fue increíblemente atenta, amable y servicial durante toda mi estancia. Gracias a ella me sentí muy bien recibida. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Hadrien (9/5): Établissement et équipe très sympa, bravo ! - L’accueil, disponibilité et amabilité de cette jeune équipe est à souligner. La literie est de très bonne qualité et la chambre relativement spacieuse. Le petit coin cuisine est utile pour plus d’autonomie. Situé à quelques mn à pied de la place centrale. Diverses activités (rafting, excursion, parapente,…) sont proposées. L’activité rafting etait top! Quelques rangements et prises électriques supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus.

El trato del personal es agradable y muy cálido; fueron atentos en todo momento y nunca hizo falta nada. Desayunos deliciosos y una ubicación insuperable además de la comodidad de las habitación. De lo mejor que tuve la fortuna en conocer de Sangil.

Gérald (8/5): - Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre familiale, spaciesue et bien agencée pour 5 personnes. Équipe chaleureuse, à l'écoute et disponible, notamment pour l'organisation des sorties'/activités (anglophone). Excellents petits déjeuner. Un peu bruyant la nuit en raison d'une rue passante sous les fenêtres. Une climatisation serait bienvenue également (mais il y a un ventilateur)

Olivier (9/5): - L'auberge est idéale si vous souhaitez faire des activités en extérieur à San Gil. Je suis passée par eux pour faire du canyoning, du rafting et du parapente et les trois activités étaient exceptionnelles ! C'est un bel établissement, bien décoré, propre avec des parties communes agréables. Il est situé dans le centre-ville. Le personnel est sympathique et souriant. Le dortoir est confortable, propre et les lits sont larges. Excellent rapport qualité prix ! Juste des axes d'optimisation : - il n'y a qu'un drap en guise de couverture. La 1ère nuit, j'ai eu très froid. J'ai ensuite demandé une vraie couverture et cela coûtait 10 000 pesos. On ne devrait pas payer pour une couverture car cela fait partie du lit et du service de base de l'hostel. - l'organisation des activités pourrait être optimisée (ne confirmer une activité que lorsque vous êtes sûrs qu'il y a le nombre de participants minimum requis et la ponctualité) - ajouter des rideaux sur les lits du haut Sinon, c'est vraiment une auberge super et j'ai eu une magnifique expérience !

Veel leuke activiteiten zoals tubing en bungyjumpen gedaan. We hadden een grote familiekamer met prima douche en goede bedden. Het is schoon en na 2 dagen werden de lakens al verschoond. geen balkon op de familiekamer helaas
Thomas (9/5): Super hostel - El hostel está muy bien ubicado en el centro de San Gil, y el staff super amable. La habitación queda muy buena para 5 personas. Varias opciones de desayuno, todas deliciosas y muy completas.

John Jairo (10/5): - La atención lo hace todo, el trato cordial del personal y la disposición para resolver cualquier duda es lo que marca la diferencia en el lugar. No hay nada que señalar.
Pinzon Rueda (8/5): - La habitación, muy amplia y super cómoda, excelente decoración y ubicación del hotel super céntrica, quede muy feliz con el tiempo que me hospede ahi, el personal muy amable y atento, muy lindo el hotel. como las puertas son antiguas no aíslan muy bien el ruido del exterior por tanto hay que cuidar muy bien el sonido del tv y lo que se habla dentro de la habitación pues se escucha afuera y viceversa.
Cielo (8/5): - Tiene muy buena ubicacion, el hotel es agradable, las personas te orientan muy bien, existe la posibilidad de usar la cocina que en mi caso fue un plus, en sus horarios, pero es un ahorro y puedes disfrutar mucho mas!
