Matías (3/5): Estadía - La ubicación y poder contar con cocina de uso común. El cambio de la habitación reservada, el ruido por las noches al interior del hosta a altas horas (aspiradora, música, tv), el piso del baño que filtraba y salía mal olor, la poca información que entregan al llegar, la ventana que da hacia la calle en mal estado, una luz mala en el baño, no hubo cambio de comfort ni sábanas.

Perez Avila (1/5): Irresponsabilidades - interpongo reclamo formal en contra de la Hostería Capricho de Carlitos por incumplimiento grave de la reserva efectuada a mi nombre. En la fecha acordada me presenté en el establecimiento para hacer uso de la habitación reservada. Sin embargo, la encargada del recinto me informó que no podía entregarme la habitación porque el huésped anterior había sufrido un accidente y se encontraba hospitalizado, razón por la cual la habitación no estaba desocupada. El problema no radica en el accidente del huésped, sino en que no fui informado previamente de esta situación. La hostería contaba con mis datos de contacto y pudo haber comunicado oportunamente la imposibilidad de cumplir la reserva. De haber sido notificado con antelación, habría podido gestionar alternativas sin incurrir en perjuicios económicos. Debido a esta omisión: Viajé en avión hasta la ciudad, con pasaje ya pagado. Incurrí en gastos asociados de traslado. Me vi afectado en plena temporada alta, con alta ocupación hotelera y escasas alternativas disponibles. Sufrí perjuicio económico y logístico relevante. La encargada no ofreció solución alternativa concreta, reubicación, gestión en otro establecimiento ni compensación alguna, limitándose a indicar que no podía hacer nada, dejándome sin hospedaje. Este actuar constituye un incumplimiento en la prestación del servicio comprometido, generando daño económico y afectación directa al consumidor. interpongo reclamo formal en contra de la Hostería Capricho de Carlitos por incumplimiento grave de la reserva efectuada a mi nombre. REIÑANCO REIÑANCO (1/5): por ningún motivo lo recomiendo por estas razones que e comentado - la ubicación tenía todo a la mano terminal cerca una parte céntrica solo la ubicación porque la atención para nada agradable ya que no tenía agua caliente lo único rescatable que tenía buena calefacción ya que el día que me fui no podía salir por la poca información ya que no se encontraba nadie de los responsable de la hostal en esos momentos el cual llame como seis veces sin poder tener contacto con la persona de la hostal que me vi en la obligación de llamar a carabineros para poder ubicar al dueño

Tj (7/5): A very well positioned hotel for people travelling by bus - The hotel/hostel is exceptionally well located, if you're travelling by bus, as it is pretty much next to the main bus terminal. The staff is really nice, there's a kitchen area and the wifi works well. They keep the place spotless, and also provide gas heating in the winter. Unfortunately it is not possible to pay by card at the property. The lack of atmosphere.
Audrey (10/5): Loved it! Definitely recommend! - The staff was super friendly, accommodating and fair. The facilities were very clean and the kitchen was fully appointed which I really appreciated. The location was excellent for me because I had a lot of heavy bags and was traveling by bus but was very close to downtown and easily walkable. The facilities are much nicer than they seem in the pictures actually which is always refreshing since usually it's the other way around. 10/10 would absolutely recommend! Everything is amazing as long as you remember its an excellent value for the price. Its not a 5 star hotel, the bathroom is shared etc.

Debe (9/5): Superb - Everything. Big room, tv, THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED EVER! Spotless kitchen and dining room with all the cutlery and crockery you will need. Judy, the manageress is wonderful, and so is her team. Close to town and the busses. Private, secure parking. The only thing that bothered me was the noise. My room was on the main road side and the traffic was loud through the night. The other rooms may be quieter.

Charlotte (1/5): A very scary and cold experience - NOTHING! I PAID AND LEFT MY LUGGAGE IN THE ROOM AND SLEPT AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL! There was gas canisters in the room and its stunk of GAS when you tried to do the heating, so I had no heating because it smelt so bad. I also had a small window which when it got to the night all the smoke fills the room, thats when I booked another hostel. I complained to the woman and asked for a refund but she would not give it. The owner must have taken offensive to this and when I arrived back around 10pm Carlitos was interrogating questioning me about my reasons for visiting Valdivia when I arrived back in and he was very intimidating in hes manner, looked unstable when I asked hes name he said Carlitos in a very sinister way like don't mess with me, so I was also too scared to be there in a top attic of a huge house with no window. It was very scary, I think I was also scared as when I arrived the woman giving me the keys opened the door to show me the room to do the washing in and the owner was undressed in there. It was also a giant big wooden house looked horrific and scary like from a horror movie, I was VERY sad there, it was my fist day and it was a complete disaster. I hated every minute, when I passed the keys the woman was about to say did I enjoy the stay I just smiled and left as that place is nothing but bad news. Its not even worth 20 for the night, I would not stay for free.
