• Andrija (5/5): - Location is ok. There was no free parking, and it stay on booking.com that House Stecuto ofer free parking. For my kid 14 years old I have extra payd 20€ at property, and 6€ per day for him fot taxes too. That is not fair?!

La proprietaria è gentilissima, ogni giorno ci ha portato bottigliette d'acqua e tovaglie pulite. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze alloggerò qui di nuovo! Nulla

We thought it was a hostel, but it turned out to be a private apartment where the lady just rented out bedrooms. The description says you can use the kitchen but the lady did not show us.

• Perreault (8/5): Very Good - It was clean, fairly quiet, the bed was pretty comfy. Location was near a train station so we didn't pay downtown prices but had easy access. It's a shared bathroom but there was only one other person there so issues in using the facilities. No complaints. Would book again if we ever go back in that area.

Also gave us a few candies, chocolates and sent us off with two bottles of water. Will definitely suggest the place to people who are visiting Florence. It's just one stop away from the Santa Maria Station. Nothing. Everything was great.

Doesn’t include body wash and con - The bedroom was fairly spacious It felt more like a hostel or someone’s home. My husband got but by a lot of mosquitos or bugs due to the window being open prior to our arrival.

• Igor (6/5): very helpful host - this is a room in an apartment with the front door locked - if you don't want to sit on the street you better communicate your arrival, the host responsive to whatsapp messages and speaks Spanish no elevator (although climbing to the 2d floor was not a problem for me); probably you need to ask specifically about the kitchen use
• Lee (4/5): poor rating. I strongly do not recommend to stay here. - the location is closed to Bus stop. The room is full of mosquitoes. we sustain bites all over our hands arms legs and face too. Could not sleep well the whole night. Further more, it s description in booking that it has a shared kitchen. In reality, there was none.

• Sybille (8/5): Nice room in Firenze - The room was clean and cleaned every day. We travelled with a baby and the owner was very friendly and helpful. It was also very quiet during day and night. Breakfast was very good, we could also choose the time for breakfast. Trainstation is only five minutes away; bus to the city center just in front of the house! Supermarket around the corner. Shared bathroom was cleaned several times per day, always fresh towels provided.
• Zuzana (6/5): Pleasant - Friendly and helpful personnel, view, breakfast. There was no kitchen equipment, although this was one of the reasons we booked the place. In the end, we got at least an electric kettle but there were no cups.

• Mina (3/5): ok - breakfast was good we arrived 20 min early and it was raining like Hell she didn’t even let us inside the building and was keep saying only checkin from 1 we had to stay in street until some neighbors came and open the front door and we could stay in building entrance until 1 o clock , room floor was also dirty and there was no slippers
