• Krause Robert (9/5): Gerne wieder - Gutes Restaurant im Haus, das auch gutes Frühstück serviert. Man kann unter verschiedenen vorgefertigten Tellern wählen. 1 Teller pro Person ist völlig ausreichend. z.B. Pancakes süss oder Pikant. Sehr gute Kaffee-spezialitäten, frischer Saft zum Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Betten gut, Wasserkocher und Geschirr im Zimmer. Esstisch mit STühlen, Sofa. Kühlschrank ebenfalls vorhanden. Bad relativ klein mit Dusche, aber ausreichend Zugluft im Lokal war unangenehm. Bei 4 Nächten wäre es schön, wenn die Handtücher zumindestens 1x gewechselt würden.

• Dana (9/5): Celkově velká spokojenost - Zajímavě a vkusně zařízená restaurace Snídaně dobrá, ale švédské stoly bych preferovala více. Nebo aspoň čerstvé pečivo a možnost výběru i studené snídaně typu pečivo, sýr, šunka, máslo, nějaká zelenina nebo ovoce, případně Croissant, loupáček. Oběd, asi také nějaké české jídlo by bylo dobré v nabídce

• Patrycja Gr. (10/5): Miejsce godne polecenia - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko dworca PKP, bez problemu z parkingiem, pieszo blisko do centrum i szlak do Lazne-Jeseník. Pokój duży, czysty, odnowiony, z czajnikiem, kubeczkami, nawet kieliszkami i otwieraczem do wina (wino dostępne do zakupu na miejscu), bardzo uprzejme osoby, które prowadzą obiekt. W łazience suszarka do włosów. Jest też na miejscu możliwość ładowania rowerów elektrycznych. Śniadania są dostępne w bistro na dole, płatne w samym bistro, wybór z karty (5 opcji, w tym jedna wege na słodko), duże, sycące porcje. Dostępne od 8:00, trzeba się zaanonsować dzień wcześniej na konkretną godzinę, ale tutaj jest haczyk - niekoniecznie zawsze ta godzina jest faktycznie wiążąca, więc jak ktoś planuje pociąg czy autobus i jest w pośpiechu, to może się przeliczyć. Plus jest taki, że nie trzeba płacić z góry za cały pobyt, można zamówić śniadanie na wybrany dzień, a na inny już nie, w pokoju jest lodówka, więc też można sobie spokojnie poradzić jak chce się zacząć wycieczkę szybciej. A jest gdzie jeździć, bo naprawdę z Jesenika można obrać dużo atrakcji pod względem wędrówek czy tras rowerowych. Zapamiętujemy obiekt, bo w razie powrotu do Jeseník wrócimy właśnie tutaj.

• Nikolas13P (10/5): Jediné místo v Jeseníku, kde má smysl se ubytovat - ELIS je pecka místo, přjeli jsme tady už podruhé a znovu si to užili. Místo je fajn, pod vilou je nejlepší restaurace široko daleko, kde točí super pivo. Jediné místo v Jeseníku, kde má smysl se ubytovat.

• Renáta (10/5): - Naprostá spokojenost s pobytem ve Vile Elis. Čistý, prostorný a dobře vybavený pokoj. Ideální lokalita při příjezdu vlakem a zároveň kousek od centra Jeseníku. Určitě jsme zde nebyli naposledy.

Le restaurant associé à l'hôtel était super bon avec des excellents burgers Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude pour prendre sa douche... L'attente pour accéder aux chambres étaient très longue car la personne à la réception devait d'abords faire un dossier papier et ensuite en ligne. Serveur pas très aimable au restaurant mais la nourriture vient compenser

• Ripel (7/5): Nice stay for couple nights without kids and with moderate expectations for comfort - The villa itself was nice. Lady in the reception was very kind and helpful. Location in general was pretty good. Breakfast even though provided by separate legal entity was tasty and offer was sufficient. There was substantial and continuous noise from kitchen ventilator which started in the morning (7 or 8 AM) and ended exactly at 10 PM. Since the room doesn´t have any A/C and it was pretty warm, we had to have at least the window open so it was quite frustrating.
• Zdeněk (10/5): Exceptional - It is a really nice place close to the train station. Except the concrete appartment houses, the view is beautiful. Check out the bistro underneath the accomodation! The food is fantastic and the amount of it is just uneatable!
