Het uitzicht is prachtig! Supermarkt en bakker om de hoek. Op loopafstand van de oude stad en de berg Srd. We komen graag weer terug! Dat we weer naar huis moesten.

• Alina (9/5): Lovely place and hosts - Beautiful place, we stayed on the ground floor (1 bedroom), but still can see the sea and the garden. The owner is really nice and friendly. Location is great, 10 min walk from Ploce Gate (so if you're taking a bus from the Airport, get off on the first stop). Steps leading up to it, but you can't get away from these in Dubrovnik, I'm afraid :)

La dueña fue amabilisima, nos facilitó transporte para seis personas para ir al puerto a hacer una excursión en barco, nos guardó las maletas después del check out y de nuevo nos concertó un taxi para ir al aeropuerto. Everything was excellent, especially the warm hospitality from our host Marija and her son Jana, who also kindly provided taxi services. Both spoke fluent English, which made communication incredibly easy — especially Jana, who was very helpful throughout our stay. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of homemade red wine on arrival (made by Marija’s husband) — a thoughtful touch, and absolutely delicious, especially when chilled! The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and bright, with the added bonus of three balconies that gave us sunshine all day long.

There is a small bakery and shop on the doorstep, making it easy to grab some breakfast and drinks. The room was exceptionally clean and the gardens were beautiful. Marija was a fantastic host and is extremely kind. Can't recommend the apartments enough for those wanting to explore Dubrovnik.

• Gerry (10/5): Fantastic location and lovely apartment for a Dubrovnik city break. - Great location and perfect for a family of 4 (2 double bedrooms, and one twin). Nice area with a nice pub/restaurant 1 minute away, along with a grocery shop and bakery. 5 or so minutes walk down to the old town. Very helpful and friendly host.
• Brian (10/5): Comfortable with Sea Views and Everything You Need - Host and family were wonderful. Apartment was very comfortable. Several outdoor areas/terraces to sit and eat and drink with sea views. The location was great. Walked to Pile Gate in 10 minutes. Bakery and small market just up the street. We did cook and eat in the apartment several times and the kitchen was stocked with the necessary items. The bus to Cavtat stopped just up the street, highly recommend a visit to this small town. Like everywhere near the walled city in Dubrovnik there are a lot of stairs, but this apartment had less stairs than many that we had researched before our trip, and if you don't like stairs there are Ubers for less than 10 Euro to pretty much everywhere within a few miles. For our group of 4 it made the most sense to spend our energy on fun activities and spend 2-3 Euros per person to get back at the end of the day. Marija's son is also a taxi driver and provided good rates to the airport, great service and sightseeing advice.
• Mark (9/5): Highly recommend - The location was lovely, as was the view. The apartment is nice and spacious. The owner was lovely. Her and her husband also grow an amazing selection of fruit and vegetables all adding to the beauty of the garden Nothing to report here. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the slightly strange layout of the lounge but this is why it's 9/10 not a perfect 10/10. It is pretty close to perfect.

The studio apartment has everything we needed for one nights stay, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchenette area with a fridge! The owner was a delight and very friendly and welcomed us back again. It was also right next to a beautiful affordable bakery and shop. One very small thing, third bed was a mattress precariously placed on a long couch. I fears it would slip off during the night.

It was our friend's birthday, and ahead of time I had asked her if she could help us in getting a cake and she delivered. The rooms were very great! The beds were very comfortable with good sheets and pillows provided. There is nothing that I can think about that we did not like. My friends and I talked about how when we return we have to stay at this same place because of how great it was. There were some stairs to get to the location, but that is how Dubrovnik is overall so not about this property specific. Just be prepared to carry your bags and it is not wheelchair accessible.

The location is good (close to the old town), but be mindful that the road is one way, so the bus goes only in one direction, we didn’t know at the beginning and took a bus to return which went a long way to the other end of the city before it came back. But Uber is quite convenient and affordable (sometimes even cheaper than bus if you travel in group).

There’s a pedestrian crossing at the entrance to the apartment; a grocery store and bakery right up the street. Air conditioning was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. The hosts are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. There’s a lot of steps up to the apartment which would not suit everyone.

• Stephane (9/5): Warm recommendation - The owner is very nice and the property is very well located - The room was large, very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The owner is very welcoming, she gave us a map of the city, and advice for finding a bakery nearby (1 min by walk), and offered an extra hour for the checkout. The location is excellent, close to the old town, quiet, and close to a bakery opened late which was great to buy the next day breakfast. The only point for improvement I would suggest is that the towels were a bit old and not soft anymore.

The host. Marija, was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. She arranged our airport transfer at a reasonable rate, which was great and dropped us at the door where Marija was there to greet us. Very spacious apartment, large and comfortable beds, nice location and aircon for when ti was too hot. The sea view was limited and some road noise when sitting outside, but these didn't affect our stay and we would definitely recommend staying there.

She has a beautiful place with lots of gardens - mainly fruit and vegetables she was happy to share. She also welcomed us with a bottle of her uncles home made wine and gave chocolates to my daughter on her birthday. As for her place - very nice and spacious. Clean. Organized. Comfortable. I would recommend staying here for groups and families. I did think her apartment was directly in the old city walls but it is just a 5 min walk. And like others - it is all downhill to the city - which means what goes down must eventually go back up. Lots of stairs (or a 5 Euro Uber).

The only thing missing (and it is only tiny) is somewhere to wash cups/plates etc, it was a little awkward trying to wash items in the cloakroom sink. But who wants to do washing up on holiday? LOL
