La responsable m’a permis de déposer mes valises gratuitement dès mon arrivée tôt le premier jour (à 10 h), et également le dernier jour, où j’ai pu laisser mes bagages jusqu’à 19 h. Un service vraiment très apprécié. Chambre joliment décorée, spacieuse et propre, avec un emplacement idéal. J’ai pu visiter Florence entièrement à pied, et la gare de Florence se trouve à seulement 7 minutes de marche.

The hosts were very responsive and the building was secure. A short walk to the tram station gets you to the airport easily, and bus stop nearby to take you up to Piazza Michelangelo for beautiful views. It was all good.

Lo spazio, pur essendo compatto, è organizzato in modo intelligente e funzionale: tutto il necessario è a portata di mano e ben disposto. La pulizia era impeccabile, aspetto per me fondamentale. L’appartamento è arredato con gusto, moderno ma accogliente, e si percepisce attenzione ai dettagli. Il letto è comodo e garantisce un buon riposo, mentre la cucina, seppur piccola, è ben attrezzata per soggiorni brevi o medi. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per spostarsi e vicina ai principali servizi. Il check-in è stato semplice e il proprietario disponibile e cordiale, sempre pronto a rispondere a eventuali domande. Consiglio questo mini appartamento a chi cerca una soluzione pratica, pulita e confortevole, ideale sia per viaggi di lavoro che per brevi vacanze. Ci tornerei volentieri!

• VASILIKI (6/5): - We stayed in Room 45 in Florence from 31 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 (4 nights). We chose this accommodation mainly because of its central location, free cancellation, and no prepayment option. Given the busy holiday season, it was one of the few remaining places that appeared reasonably acceptable and met these criteria. Pros: Very central location. The hosts were generally fine. However, from the moment we got in the first day and checked the premises, we requested extra toilet paper and hand soap. These were only provided after two days, when we asked the host again for a second time. While New Year’s Day likely contributed to the delay, basic supplies should be available in advance or easily accessible. Cons: 1) Room with external bathroom When booking, we overlooked that, the toilet and bathroom, from the room that we chose, are located outside the room (external bathroom), although this is a bit misleading with the photos (as the photos are likely taken from all 3 rooms). However, in practice this was extremely inconvenient. The bathroom is approximately 10 meters away, accessed through a shared corridor connecting the other rooms, offering little privacy. The shower cabin is quite small, which may be uncomfortable for larger guests, and the water pressure is low. 2) The Room The room itself is very basic, consisting mainly of a bed and a small closet. Regarding the décor, it is uninspired and includes unnecessary items that add no comfort or functionality. Moreover, the walls are very thin and not soundproof. Therefore there is little privacy and too much noise, since the room is too close to the external door, by which all three rooms are accessible. 3) Heating Heating is mainly provided by a single old (but functional) air-conditioning unit that is very loud and appears to struggle, along with two small fan heaters. This setup makes the room very dry and uncomfortable, especially in winter. There is no radiator. 4) Internet The Wi-Fi connection is poor, averaging only 7–9 Mbps. Final Thoughts: Overall, this is an acceptable place for a short stay, but the price is difficult to justify. Aside from the excellent location, it offers little value.

• Cora (2/5): Will not recommend this unless you want the location and just a quick overnight stay. - Location is 5 mins to the train station. Staff services are quick and helpful. The property is not what looks like in the photos. My expectation is much higher for the price and photos provided. The room is small, and furnitures are basic and minimal, not even a chair to sit on. Not a room to rest in but okay for a room to sleep just overnight. Private Toilet is outside of the room and need to bring 2 keys to enter the room and toilet which make it inconvenient. Shower space was very limited, hardly able to move. Soundproof was terrible, we could hear the kid running in the corridor the whole time during our stay.

The directions to enter were easy to follow and accurate. It was a good solution for my need to be in Florence for a couple of days. As you can see from my review, the facility met my expections, however, I do not like anonymous lodging options. I travel to meet people, interact, explore and learn. This was my first experience with a self check-in. Although it functioned as intended, it is a lifeless experience for me. I realize that many people travel and are actually looking for anonymity. I didn't realize that this facility was managed in this way. My mistake for not doing the proper research. I would recommend it for all the good aspects listed above.

Location close to the train station but in a grotty area. - It is very difficult from the photos to understand what each room looks like as there are photos for several rooms that come up and so you don't know what room you are getting until you arrive. I did not expect to have a double bed bunk bed in the second room - if I had known that, I wouldn't have booked it. The apartment is also a little more worn than it looks in the photos and is quite small. There was not really any living/dining space (there was a table in the bedroom under the bunk bed but that's not really appropriate for meals).

• Willem-jelle (8/5): Fair price-quality ratio for a good room on a nice location in Florence - The easy check-in via the door system was very useful and allowed us to arrive at our own preferred time. We got nice instructions from the host on how the things work. Besides, the place has everything you need! Just be-aware that our room did not have a view as we looked to other apartments in the courtyard, but since we only stayed one day, that was fine. The location was 5 mins from the train station and has some nice pastry stores in the street for a nice breakfast. The split bathroom was a first-timer for us. Even though it was clean and proper, we found that it is less comfortable to have your bathroom split from your bedroom. However, that’s just personal preference!

So some people might find it not quite. The guest was very nice. We could leave our luggages after leaving the room in the location.The bed was very confortable thanks to good mattress quality.
