• Anne (10/5): Definitely recommended - The owners went out of their way to provide helpful information, how to get there, how to get the best out of our visit and where to eat. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location for the main tourist areas was ideal. The guest house is on the fourth floor without a lift.

Sergio and his wife were excellent hostess. Not be able to use the elevators. It was a lot of construction around the Airbnb.

They also provided us with many recommendations around the area. This was our second stay with them and we plan to return on our next visit to Florence.

Check in was very easy, and they took our bags up to our rooms via a luggage elevator which was super nice so we didnt have to carry our stuff up to the 3rd floor! Owners were easy to contact before arriving, communication was great.
• Adam (10/5): A Perfect Florence Stay with Exceptional Hosts - Such wonderful accommodation. Sergio and his wife were attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience. We would absolutely stay here again if we returned to Florence and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Although it is not directly in the centre, the walk into Florence is easy and enjoyable, and actually allowed us to discover interesting places and parts of the city that we may otherwise have missed had we stayed in the heart of the tourist area. The location turned out to be perfect for us, the room was immaculate in every way, and everything was comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. Sergio and his wife clearly know exactly what they are doing as hosts, and they made our stay genuinely memorable. Nothing. It was perfect.

The location is decent (20 minute walk to museums/restaurants/shops). There are also reliable buses nearby. There's no coffee machine, a kettle and instant coffee are provided instead.

Echt een aanrader om hier te overnachten. - Super aardige mensen, vertellen met veel passie over de stad Florence wat je moet bezichtigen of waar je lekker kan eten. Dit werd zelfs voor ons op een plattegrond getekend. Ze vertellen hoe het het openbaar vervoer kan gebruiken (wat gelijk om de hoek zit), informatie om een auto te huren en het parkeren daarvan. De kamers zijn schoon, prima ruimte, alles is netjes en verzorgd en er was een mini koelkast dus handig voor een klein boodschapje! Het hotel zit ongeveer 15 min lopen vanaf het centrum en het zit zelf ook op een leuke locatie waar veel leven en gezelligheid is. De supermarkt was ook dicht bij en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben hier 7 dagen geslapen, echt een aanrader! :) Mocht je slecht te been zijn, is het misschien wat lastiger om hier te slapen. Het hotel zit op de 3e etage, dus je moet aardig wat trappen lopen voordat je boven bent. Wij hadden hier geen probleem mee omdat we sportief zijn. Er is wel een mini lift voor je koffers en die worden ook netjes voor je naar boven gebracht ;)

• Xiya (10/5): The perfect host with the perfect place - Sergio and Ada were the kindest people and made our experience in Florence so memorable and warm, we arrived past midnight and Sergio still remained reachable and were very kind to accommodate to our needs. The next morning he greeted us warmly and gave us a very detailed guidance on everything about Florence, so helpful and kind. Everything was so clean and nice, the building was not the newest but it had perfectly functional drainage and heating systems, there was also an elevator for luggages. Ausstattung zweckmässig. Unterkunft ist ein bisschen abgelegen vom Zentrum und dafür ist man in einer Gegend, wo es weniger Touristen hat. Dennoch ist das Zentrum und die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Gehdistanz (20-30 Min) nicht allzu weit entfernt. Das Zimmer, isoliert die Geräusche nicht perfekt zu den übrigen Zimmern.

The hosts were incredibly kind — they spent about half an hour with us upon check-in, explaining where to go and what to see in the city. The location is excellent — just a 10- to 20-minute walk to almost any spot in the old town. Our room had a small balcony, the perfect place for a morning coffee. It was perfectly quiet, and we slept so well. Another important thing — the owners speak English very well, which is not always the case in Italy. We highly recommend this place!

Sergio and his wife were so incredibly kind and accommodating, even when my travel and check-in was delayed and it took me longer than expected to arrive on my first night. Sergio took the time to point out all of the major tourism points of interest to me on a map when I checked in, and even gave me some recommendations for food and other activities in the area (which I happily took, and they were great!). The guest house is in a walkable and convenient location; I was able to travel around Florence on foot and using the buses with no problem from the guest house. My room was perfect for my needs, and everything was clean and well taken care of.

• LUIS (10/5): Excellent service, clean and good location - Sergio and his wife Ada were absolutely amazing, they even took the time to give us a map and explained every popular attractions and also gave us some recommendations for good restaurants. Since there was a strike the day we left, they looked at the bus schedule for us and recommended which line to take. The property was very clean and convenient, quiet neighborhood but close to a bus stop and also 20 min walking distance to the Duomo and major atractions. I cannot recommend this property enough and I would stay here on my next trip to Florence!!

After checked in Sergio gave us lots of useful information for sightseeing and the place to eat. Sergio helped us to book the Taxi when we left. The room was very clean, just like in the photos. A very comfortable experience.

The only thing that would take it to the next level is a bit more water pressure in the shower.

We were able to reach the apartment by car, and a public garage was just a 5 minute walk away. The historic center was only 10 minute walk which made exploring Florence very convenient. There was a supermarket just around the corner and a fantastic local spot for breakfast nearby that we really enjoyed. We also dined at two excellent restaurants, both recommended by Mr. Sergio - and both were amazing! Mr. Sergio and his wife were truly the best hosts we’ve ever met. They were incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. He was always available and explained everything important about the city and gave us useful tips. The apartment is not directly in the city center, but it’s very easy and quick to get there. There are excellent restaurants nearby. A local café for breakfast is just a two-minute walk from the guest house and really delicious.

Photos accurate Everything was great. Only minor inconvenience was that it’s on third floor up steps but we knew that.
