• Anna (9/5): Very much enjoyed. - Great room just outside the Duomo with a perfect location for exploring Florence. Check-in and check-out were super easy and smooth. There’s no receptionist on site, but communication through WhatsApp was excellent -very quick replies and clear instructions throughout our stay. The room had everything we needed: plenty of towels, shampoo and shower gel, a hairdryer, minibar, and a lovely coffee station. We also really appreciated being able to leave our bags before check-in and after check-out. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again when visiting Florence! Quite bad mobile reception, but free WiFi is provided, so it wasn’t a problem really.
• Eve (6/5): - Location was fantastic! We walked out of our door and were almost at the Duomo. We could easily walk to all major sights. The bathroom in our room looked to be updated recently, but nothing else in the room. The "view" out of our room window was pretty bad, so we kept it closed ( a bit smelly). The building wasn't very nice inside.

Nothing to do with the property, just be mindful is noisy outside!!!! I slept like a rock however my husband did complained about not being able to sleep well because of the street noise.

We would definitely choose here again! - Location was best, decoration inside was amazing~ The microwave we used was too old. And we couldn’t get an immediate replacement after reporting the problem. Even though the housekeeper helped us used another room’s newer microwave.

A arrumação da cama era feita todos os dias A limpeza dos bancos que estavam no quarto. Não disporem de local para deixar as malas antes e após o check in. Tivemos de solicitar a palavra pass do wi fi que não estava disponivel. Algum ruído noturno.

• Alexandra (10/5): - The room wasn't really deluxe, in case somebody cares about this aspect. But for us it was perfect! Communication was done through the app and whatsapp, every door works with a code. We appreciated the coffee refill each day, it was a pleasant surprise as coffee shops open after we are used to wake up. The apartment was very clean, we had daily housekeeping. The pics don't lie about the location, you get out of the building right in front of the cathedral. I would recommend it for sure!

• Ying (7/5): - Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Dom, und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar – die Lage ist wirklich top. Allerdings würde ich das Frühstück nicht empfehlen. Es handelt sich nicht um ein klassisches Hotelfrühstück, sondern man bekommt lediglich einen Gutschein für das Café nebenan. Dort darf man sich nur " tea or coffee or cappuccino + a dessert + a bottled fruit juice" aussuchen. Sauberkeit: Im Schrank unter dem Waschbecken fanden wir einen alten Schnuller, und unter dem Bett lag eine Zahnspangendose.

• Anastasiya (9/5): Appartamento centralissimo e servizio Top. - Appartamento in pieno centro della bellissima Firenze. Ci è piaciuto molto il servizio dello staff che ci ha fatto trovare proprio tutto anche piccolezze (spazzolino, cotton fioc,colazione,acqua etc). Dall' appartamento ci si muove benissimo anche a piedi per visitare la città. Se possiamo trovare un diffetto consiglierei un Topper per il materasso un po' duro.

• Megan (5/5): A large, loud room with an excellent location. - The location is theoretically excellent. It is right off of the main piazza where the Duomo is located with a corner view. The room is quite large. The proximity to the main piazza come with the cost of the trash trucks removing what sounded like a month's worth of glass bottles starting at 3am until 6am, shortly followed by the churchbells starting at 7am. Unfortunately there is not much that the hotel can do about this besides upgrading their windows.
