We hadden het appartement, dat was ruim en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. De locatie was prachtig boven in de bergen. De eigenaresse vertelde ons uitgebreid over de mogelijkheden/ bezienswaardigheden/wandelroutes/restaurants in de regio niets

• Zane (10/5): Nice, cozy place very close to beautiful nature - We booked this place for two nights because of a good comments and… what a lovely place it was! Very kind and helpful owner, we loved our room and view from balcony to mountains, breakfast was nice, bed comfy… Also we get great suggestions for hikes very close to the hotel (just about 10-15 minutes drive by car) and this was really what we wanted (not very difficult, but with beautiful views). Nothing to do with place as such, just be aware that the main road is quite close and if window is open you can hear a street noises already from early morning.

Quiet location - Great views from front of property. Some homemade food included at breakfast. Dining area scenic and comfortable. Feather pillows not comfortable.

• H.W. (10/5): Fantastisch!! - Het huis is wat hoger gelegen, wat het uitzicht ten goede komt. De fasciliteiten zijn top en de gastvrouw verstaat haar vak. Ze voelt haarfijn aan wie al dan niet in is voor een praatje of een grapje. Het dakterras is erg comfortabel. De omgeving is fantastisch en er liggen prachtige bezienswaardigheden, o.a. de grossclockner (een must do!!) binnen redelijk korte afstand. Er is niets aan te merken op dit verblijf. Alles was TOP!!!

• Stephan (10/5): Sehr netter Aufenthalt - Ich war im Apartment und es war wirklich super! Vom Balkon aus hat man Aussicht auf die Lienzer Dolomiten und man kann super entspannen da es sehr ruhig ist. Sehr gemütliches Bett, gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer sowie ein Küchenblock sind auch vorhanden. Beim Frühstück gibt's auch eine gute Auswahl und die Qualität ist sehr gut! Auch können einem die Gastgeber sehr gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung geben. Ich werde wiederkommen! 👍

Hostess was very friendly and helpful - gave information about restaurant were to eat late evening, about The Grosklochner Alpine road opening (because it was closed for heavy snow few days).... Comfort and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Highly reccommend!

• Phil (8/5): Great location for driving the High Alpine Road - Our host was very welcoming and provided useful information regarding the local area and places to eat. Breakfast was extensive and varied. We enjoyed the bright breakfast room. It was good to have a balcony to enjoy the clean mountain air. Parking was tricky so we opted to park in a close lay-by, not on-site as expected. The bed was very wide but also very firm - too firm for our tastes although we slept well. We would have appreciate the option to have UK style pillows.

• Lucylibe (10/5): Exceptional - Haus Rupitsch is very beautiful house on great place with amazing view on Gailtaler Alps 😍 We had a nice full equipped room with big terrace so I admired Alps every evening ❤️ This house is nearby to Lienz (12 minutes by car) so we had a skiing area, shopping center and wellness very close 😊 Mrs. Rupitsch is very nice and friendly woman. She speaks very good English so I was happy that I didn't have to use my quite bad German... 😃 That's why I really love Austria - beautiful nature and friendly people. We'd like to come back again.
