• MARIA ESPERANÇA (4/5): Decebedor - El llit i l'habitació són còmodes. Balcó de bon tamany. Bona zona prop del centre. L'aire acondicionat estava sempre funcionant i no es podia controlar pel que feia fred a l'habitació a aquestes dates d'abril. Complicada la forma d'accés a l'establiment, sense un mòbil amb conexió no podies accedir. No repetirem.

• David (5/5): Mejorable - Lo escogimos por la ubicación y precio, que para las fechas que eran era de lo más aceptable, y la habitación era justo lo necesario para ir una pareja y una amiga a ver un concierto, para 1 noche está muy bien, nosotros pasamos 3 Tanto el acceso por llaves digitales como, como el phishing antes de llegar, no son de mi agrado. Además de que la limpieza, olor de la habitación, y estado del baño, eran mejorables dado el dinero que cuesta este servicio. Había un olor a cañería que te llegas a acostumbrar, pero es chocante en un primer momento, y la ducha aparte de tardar una eternidad en calentar, fugaba agua por los lados. A nivel habitación la cama y sábanas todo correcto, se echa de menos algo más práctico que los colgadores con 6 perchas, una mesa donde colocar la maleta algo alta, una mesilla de noche en la habitación pequeña, muebles útiles para colocar cosas que no sea tirarlas en el suelo. Por otra parte, comentar el tema luces, hay un popurrí de luces a 6000K, en otro punto de luz de 4000K, una tira led a 2500K, es un poco mareante encender varias a la vez. Además de que el baño tiene una pared de cristal translúcido, y si alguien va al baño, deslumbra a la habitación principal en medio de la noche. Me gustaría hacer una crítica constructiva animando a que hagan un ejercicio de interiorismo, y con presupuesto casi nulo, 2 muebles del Ikea, cambiar 4 luces, hacer el mantenimiento necesario al baño y poner un vinilo a ese cristal, la experiencia sería mucho más agradable

• Stefanny (10/5): Una estadía cómoda y muy bien ubicada. - El hotel me gustó mucho: es muy lindo y cómodo. La habitación era tal cual como se ve en las fotos, lo que da mucha tranquilidad al llegar. Además, está muy bien ubicado, con fácil acceso al transporte público, lo que hizo que movernos por la ciudad fuera súper práctico. Lo único negativo fue que se escucha bastante el ruido de la habitación de al lado, lo cual puede ser incómodo si buscas total tranquilidad para descansar.

The virtual key to the building itself did not always work but there was a spare physical key in the room and some extra hangers and space like a wardrobe is very needed to put our stuff expecially in the bathroom.

• Valerie (8/5): Very comfortable accommodation - Location ideal, not too touristy, but handy for accessing all the sights and great bakery downstairs. Very clean and comfortable. Cleaned daily, bed made, toiletries replenished and some towels changed. Not a huge room but adequate and Juliet balcony a surprise bonus. Smell in bathroom a bit unpleasant

Does state check in after 3pm but spoke to host and managed to get into my room earlier Location is fantastic 15 min walk from main Barcelona Sants station. also there are metro stations 5 mins from Hostal. Really impressed with room as so clean and tidy and spacious. I had a balcony and double bed was so comfy the bathroom was spotless its a credit to the cleaners I would totally recommend this place and I will stay again There is nothing I did not like

Could be cleaner, the shower door won't close properly... the virtual keys didn't work on my cellphone but luckily they did work on my friend's phone so everything was fine.

• Joseph (3/5): One of the worst place to stay in Barcelona. Its value doesn't deserve its cost. - I like almost nothing at this accommodation. The bathroom was the worse. Not only was it too small and confined, but the supposed plexiglass used to separate the shower from the remaining bathroom area was falling apart. The room has no table and no chairs, just the beds. there was no iron, no dryer for women's hair, no microwave, no refrigerator, nothing. In fact, these people are renting at that high cost, just the two beds where you can put your head to sleep under the roof, nothing more because even just taking a shower is problematic. This is one of the worst places I have ever slept at, except that it is safe and not too far from downtown Barcelona. I dislike almost everything about this place except that it is safe and a little bit close to downtown Barcelona. As indicated above, they don't have the minimum acceptable amenities that are required in order to accommodate the public in this place.

• Erik (7/5): Good value for money, but very small - Great location in the middle of the gay area of Barcelona. Room is very small, but all you need. They clean the room every day, that is a big plus! The check in is not very personal and a hassle. the first door in the street has to be openend with a key. And there was no key…nobody picked up the phone, so we couldn’t enter. Fortunately another neighbour opened the door. If you do a self-check in, also make the first door to be openend (hang a key-safe with a code in the hallway)

• Saunders (6/5): Great location and value for money - The location was excellent, could not have been in a better location to access the Metro and get around all areas of the city with ease. Felt very safe and was relatively quiet apart from a lot of construction work going on in the city at the time. The check-in and online key access feature I didn't really like. It's quite complicated to setup and in my opinion, does not feel as safe as having a key or a Pin number for entry. The beds were relatively comfy, the pillows not so much and the smaller single bed would squeak about with very minimal movement.
• Juliana (5/5): decent for one night but would not stay any longer - location of the property was good. bed was decent- comfortable and clean. overall, enough for an overnight stay property looked better in the photos. the bathroom was really old, shower and sink drained slowly, and obvious signs of teardown that need to be repaired. the walls were thin and we could hear the guest in the next room snoring at night. it was also quite difficult to enter the property- it required internet to access the keys and there was no cellular signal inside the building so it took a while to enter the property itself. we also arrived ahead of check in time but the property did not offer luggage storage. low value for money
• Amelin (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the room, very centric. Too small and really smelly. The digital lock kept failing, we had to call to Madrid at 1 am for them to let us in. In the photos and the hotel details it said that it had a balcony and a desk and none of it was there. The price was excessive for just a tiny room and a mega tiny bathroom. I don't recommend it at all.

The bedroom had a OK size and quiet clean facilities. The entrance with codes and telephone worked super good. There is a big construction in the whole street in front of the building. There is a terrible smell at the entrance of it. The pillows are terrible. small, thin and just 2 for a big bed. The bathroom is small and floor gets wet after shower. There should be a chair or stool to put our bathroom travel bag. Not good for work if you need a table.

• Jacob (6/5): It was a nice place, but needs a good deep clean unfortunately. - It was a nice enough place, but there was this overwhelming stench of mould eminating from the bathroom that we couldn't get rid of. We had to leave the bathroom door open and the balcony door all day and evening to try and flush the smell out. It was quite horrid. The cleanliness. Whilst there was daily cleaning services, we stayed there for 4 nights and they didn't change the sheets or anything, and again the mould stench from the bathroom was quite overpowering.
