• Marianne (8/5): God til prisen hvis man vil bo centralt og kan lide at bo småt og tæt😉 - Det lå centralt, var rent. Småt, men det generede ikke os, da vi har ude i Barcelona by hele dagen. Døren til toilettet bare meget tynd, men så lærte vi hinanden bedre at kende😂 😉

• Agostina (10/5): Excelente. Lindo, limpio y una ubicación inmejorable - Excelente. Lo primero que voy a mencionar es la ubicación que es inmejorable. Cerca de todo, se encuentra en la entrada del Barrio Gótico, junto a la Catedral de Barcelona. Es un hotel moderno situado en un edificio antiguo restaurado. Son habitaciones individuales con baño. Todo muy limpio y las cosas funcionan bien. Destaco el agua de la ducha que sale con muy buena temperatura y caudal. Otra cosa a mencionar es que las camas son muy cómodas y amplias. Lamentablemente olvidé tomar fotos de la habitación. Además hay un pequeño espacio comunitario (dejo fotos) que tiene disponibles café, té, agua y galletas las 24 hs. También se puede usar para trabajar. La verdad, un 10. Las habitaciones y baños son algo pequeños. Pero no pesa tanto como todos los factores positivos de este hotel.

• Erickson (9/5): Wonderful way to end our stay in Spain. - Exterior room was fantastic - balcony was lovely. Noise from square was not terrible - great city white noise. Location was ideal - basically in the heart of Barrio Gotico. Free coffee and water were such a perk! Bathroom took some getting used to - not a lot of room between bathroom and bed and we had to dance alot to get around each other.

• Vilne (7/5): Good location, ok rooms! - The location is great and you can walk to many main attractions with ease. We stayed in double room, so the bed was large and comfortable! The room itself felt nice and light. We had a small balcony with a lovely Cathedral view. As the hotel is placed next to a cathedral, you will hear bells ringing every hour. So if you are a light sleeper this could be a bother. In our stay construction was taking place in the building, so destruction noises would happen from Monday to Friday. (We were just unlucky with the timing) We also noticed that the room wasn’t fully cleaned, the floor was dirty.

• Felicity (8/5): - Rustic hotel, that blends on in with the surrounding. Cosy little place perfect for couples on holidays, right in the heart of the Gothic quarters. Walking distance to most top tourist places. Sometimes the noise from the cafe or buskers outside can be loud.
• Νεφελη (6/5): - My stay at this hotel had one major advantage, but also several areas that need improvement. The strongest point is definitely its location. It is situated in a fantastic area, surrounded by plenty of shops, tourist spots, brunch places, and food options that you absolutely need to try when visiting Barcelona. For exploring the city, the location couldn’t be more convenient. However, the rooms are quite small and not very practical. If you have two suitcases, it becomes difficult to open them and move around comfortably, as there is very limited space and almost no proper storage. Cleanliness was below expectations. There were stains on the carpet and curtains, and the walls had visible marks and spots. The decorative pillow placed on the bed didn’t feel fresh or clean, which was off-putting. On the positive side, the bed sheets were acceptable. Another thing that stood out to me was the housekeeping. One day, I left the room in the morning and returned around 3 PM, only to find that it still hadn’t been cleaned. Eventually, it wasn’t cleaned at all that day, which I found quite unusual, as in most hotels housekeeping is typically completed by that time. There is also a shared common area where you can make coffee and grab some snacks, but this only highlights how limited the room amenities are—there isn’t even a coffee maker in the room itself. Overall, while the location is excellent, the facilities and amenities do not justify the price. Basic items you would expect in most hotels were missing, such as slippers and essential bathroom supplies like cotton swabs or other toiletries. In summary, you’re mainly paying for the location rather than the overall comfort or quality of the stay.

• Elysia (10/5): Fantastic location, recommended stay. - Really lovely hotel, all of the staff were welcoming and attentive. They have a complementary coffee machine and water situated by the lobby; a bottle of water for the room, shampoo and shower gel were also provided. The hotel was also very secure, I felt safe and well looked after. Fantastic location for sight seeing, food and drinks and also a very short walk away from the metro station. We will definitely be staying here again ☺️. Not so much that we didn’t like, but the lift is very small, we (2 people) travelled with backpacks and just about fit😂, may have to go one person at a time if you have luggage. Our tv remote didn’t work, but we took our fire stick so this wasn’t a major issue.

• Nabah (9/5): Great location to explore on foot! - I absolutely loved the location and the overall experience! The common areas are wonderful, and the coffee provided there was exceptional. The room was incredibly quiet, and the bed was very comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. Shower was great aswell!! Room was a bit old and a little poorly maintained with wallpaper coming off.. There’s no full-length mirror and zero surface space for getting ready aside from the small mirror in the bathroom...the side tables are just too small to be able to use them for makeup or jewelry.

• Tess (9/5): Clean, great views, great location! - Friendly and helpful staff available at all times. Room was very clean, fresh towels and toiletries replaced daily. Great location, so central and beautiful views of the cathedral. Slight noise at night but to be expected when in a busy city. The layout of the room meant the toilet was in the bathroom, however the sink and shower were in the same room as the bed meaning not much privacy when in the shower.

• Lisa (8/5): Beautifully decorated crash pad for central Barcelona - Very modern, clean and well decorated. Great location and welcoming staff Only minor thing was there wasn’t much space to squeeze around the bed, I’m small so didn’t mind but my partner is 6 foot and he found it a bit tight to move around the room. Worth thinking about for longer stays.

• Diane (5/5): Not good value for money. - Property was clean and well appointed. The staff were really helpful and check in process was smooth and efficient. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage in reception. Our room was made available earlier than the check in time stated. Property had no natural light. This made it challenging to dress appropriately for the weather. Rooms were short on space with tea and coffee facilities in a shared space within reception area only. The hotel covers a top floor within a large Victorian building. Access to the hotel is via an original gated lift which was tight for two people with luggage. Cost for two nights was excessive for the quality of the facilities. The hotel is within the gothic quarter and next to the cathedral so reasonably central for all attractions. However, be mindful that the cathedral bells ring on the hour every hour throughout the day and night and could be heard clearly from our room, which made sleeping a challenge so take ear plugs!! The mood of the area changed markedly at night and felt more threatening. This was not the case during the day.

Bra med tillgång till kaffe, te, kylskåp och att man kan äta sin egen frukost där. Mycket hjälpsam personal. Mycket liten gammal hiss. Rummet kunde varit lite större,
• lisa muckle (10/5): Fantastic hotel in heart of Barcelona - A little gem of a hotel in the gothic quarter but on the outskirts so no noise, we slept brilliantly. Room had everything we needed and balcony had a great view. For me the common room was a massive plus as I could get complimentary coffee whenever I wanted ( even free biscuits!) The staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Location was amazing Nothing!

Pegamos um quarto com vista para área externa (área rústica, com visão para a catedral de Barcelona e para as ruas do bairro que são lindas). Amamos! Ps: O hotel fica em um andar específico de um prédio que tem outras acomodações (não sei se também são estadias). Os outros andares do prédio não são tão atrativos, são feios e velhos, quando chegamos assustados… mas, quando você chega no andar do hotel, tudo muda kkkk

• Natasha (10/5): Perfect for a few nights stay - Location was really ideal and good for our stay. The room was nicely decorated. The sliding doors were nice and saves a ton of space in the room. The staff were really friendly and helpful. During our stay we didn’t hear noise from other people, but we could hear the shower from the other room. The bed was comfortable as well and we were able to get good sleep during the stay. I liked that there seemed to be staff 24/7 in reception and that you had to be buzzed to get into the building each time as it made us feel safe during our stay. The menus? That were in our room were sticky and looked like they have had something spilt on them and could do with a clean or replacing. But this was minor to us and we just placed them in a corner. The lift that you could use from the lobby of the building to the hotel, is very small, we found it a tight fit with just the two of us and our bags, this maybe something to bare in mind if you have a big group or a lot of luggage, you could also just use the stairs

• Hilde (8/5): Zeer aan te bevelen voor een paar dagen en zeker als je alleen bent.Super locatie.!!!!!! - Locatie is geweldig. Personeel ook geweldig.Aardig behulpzaam en altijd aanwezig. Badkamer was goed,schoon en alles aanwezig. Leuk hotelletje voor een paar dagen. Altijd water,Thé,koffie en koekjes aanwezig. Gezellige lounge. Zeker aan te bevelen. Ik was deze keer alleen maar je voelt je daar zeer veilig. Ze hebben mijn kamer nooit schoongemaakt. Ik hing mijn kaart….please clean room aan de deur van 9.00 tot 13.00 Daarna was ik op mijn kamer ……. Siësta…. Van 13.00 tot 15.00. Dan hang ik mijn Don,t disturb kaart aan de deur, Van de receptie hoorde ik dat mijn Don,t disturb er hing op het moment dat het meisje wilde schoonmaken. Dus als je de pech hebt dat je een Spaanse Siësta houdt……… Maken ze niet schoon. Vervelend en bijzonder,wat behalve tussen 13.00 en 15.00 was mijn kamer de hele dag leeg. Jammer!

• Shirley (8/5): Good, clean hostel. Value for money and if we had a larger room it would've been 10/10 - The hostel is in a fantastic location, with a Metro close by and good taxis service. The hostel was very clean, our room was serviced every day we were there with clean towels and bedding. The staff were friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early and at the end of our stay leave our bags as we had a few hours to spare before leaving for the airport. Our room was very small with very little space for clothes/toiletries etc. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there is a common area with a very good coffee machine so it wasn't too much of an issue.
